Abstract

SD Cuwelo 1 is located in Candirejo sub-district, Soka hamlet, RT 03 RW 13. Soka hamlet is on Jalan Baron, east of Cuwelo Kidul hamlet and west of Gebang hamlet. The implementation of education at the school runs effectively every Monday to Saturday with several additional extracurricular activities from the school. SD Cuwelo 1 school received 30 notebooks from the local government to improve learning, especially in the digital and information technology fields. Because of this potential, the real work lecture program is related to increasing teacher and student understanding of the importance of developing educational structures and digitization of education by socializing it to schools. The socialization was carried out 1 time with a duration of 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes explained in general about digitalization, educational transformation, ebooks in general, and the digital library of the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. Then the second 30 minutes was the application of l earning management system, digital library of Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University and e-books in general developed by the government and private sector. and the last 30 minutes of direct application by students and questions and answers related to socialization material on that day. After the socialization takes place, it is hoped that students and students will still be connected with real work college students regarding the continuation of this socialization.

Abstract

Stunting refers to the condition of a child's height being shorter than the height of his age, which is caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time in the first 1000 days of life (HPK), diabetes, or kidney failure; hampering Indonesia's demographic bonus where the ratio of the non-working age population to the working age population decreases; threat of reducing intelligence level by 5-11 points. In addition to nutritional factors, stunting is caused by a lack of public knowledge, especially pregnant women, mothers of toddlers and posyandu cadres. The purpose of this community empowerment is to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres and the community in the Rangkah Surabaya Health Center area through health promotion by forming the Community Movement Prevent Stunting (GEMAS), academic and technical related to the implementation of Posyandu. The provision of stunting education is expected to be able to carry out posyandu activities optimally on target. Cadre education activities showed an increase in general knowledge of posyandu cadres, attitudes and actions of cadres and knowledge about stunting.

Abstract

Cattle and sheep waste contain chemical elements that are beneficial to the environment. Livestock waste which is processed into fertilizer is very useful for the fertility of agricultural land. The processed livestock waste is organic compost or known as manure. Farmers generally use compost to improve soil productivity, so livestock processing businesses have good prospects as an alternative to providing fertilizer other than chemical fertilizers. Farmers in Segobang village have several livestock. The problem is that the waste is not treated and has polluted the environment. Farmers generally have limitations in disposing of livestock waste or manure. In community service activities, trying to introduce ways to use livestock waste to be processed into organic fertilizer. The goal is that it can be used by farmers to fertilize the soil and can reduce input costs for farmers. Community empowerment programs, namely facilitation and counseling for farmers, breeders members of Gapoktan Rukun Tani with animal waste processing materials, the process of making solid organic fertilizers, the urgency of using organic fertilizers, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers. The activity method begins with problem identification, prioritization and problem solving. This activity shows that there is an increase in knowledge, insight, awareness and skills of farmers processing waste into solid organic fertilizer, as well as increasing the use of organic fertilizer for paddy fields and plantations. Involvement requires farmers, Gapoktan officials in collecting waste, fermentation routines every week so they can produce organic fertilizer at 2 tons per 2 weeks. The users of organic fertilizers extend from members of the combined farmer groups to the general public. The success of the Gapoktan farmer institutional unit in organic fertilizer production was able to reduce input costs. This attracted the interest of various other farmer groups to adopt. The program for processing waste into organic fertilizer can provide benefits for increasing the economy, agricultural productivity, the environment and the formation of a new livestock waste processing business unit.

Abstract

Robotics is one of the fields of study that is closely related to several other subjects such as mathematics, science, and technology. Studying robotics will obviously be very beneficial for students. There is no exception for students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Godean who do not yet have a curriculum or extra-curricular about robotics. One of the efforts to increase knowledge about robotics, especially line follower robots, is a training on how to assemble and test the robot. In collaboration with the service team from the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, the training activities were carried out with 30 students from grade 7. In this training, 10 line follower kid robots were used and a track field for the arena to test the success of the assembly. In this activity, a pre-test was carried out with an average result of 43% of participants who answered correctly. At the end of the training, a post-test was conducted with the average result of participants who answered correctly as much as 90%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge about robotics by the participants by 47%.

Abstract

Banjarharjo 1 is one of the hamlets in Muntuk Village, Dlingo District, Bantul Regency. Geographically, Muntuk Village is a village located in an area that is in the highlands. It can be seen from the typology of Banjarharjo 1 hamlet, namely bamboo plantations, rosewood tree plantations, rice fields, farming, and small industries. So most of the livelihoods of Dusun Banjarharjo residents are bamboo craftsmen, but some of them raise animals. Based on the livelihoods of the residents in the Bajarharjo 1 hamlet, the hamlet has potential in various fields such as the potential for human resources, namely bamboo craftsmen and natural resources, namely sonokeling trees. This community service focuses on the branding strategy carried out by the service team in an effort to develop the Bajarharjo hamlet. The branding strategy carried out has the main goal of being known to the wider community and having a place in the minds of the community as well as to attract people to come and enliven the Banjarharjo hamlet again, then the ultimate goal is to make a transaction. This research on branding strategy refers to the theory of Brand Communication and this research is a qualitative research that uses a descriptive method to analyze a found fact. The team conducted interviews with several informants to obtain the required information and made observations at the location of the Bajarharjo hamlet to see the conditions firsthand and observe the media used in branding. The branding strategy efforts that have been carried out by the Bajarharjo hamlet and the UMY service team are still not optimal because there are several aspects of the branding strategy that have not been implemented optimally and have not even been implemented at all. So that currently the condition of the Bajarharjo hamlet is still empty of visitors and the people are still not interested in coming even many people do not know about the information from the hamlet.

Abstract

Administrative Management Training Activities for the Development of Information Technology-Based Officials and Society Softskills in Pelabuhan Dalam Village are carried out in accordance with the results of discussions between the PKM team and the village head. In selecting topics, training activities are adjusted to the needs of village officials and communities. This is based on the importance of IT for society in facing the demands of the times and the development of the IT world. The training activities started with the preparation of the PKM team in the multimedia laboratory and game programming at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. Then continued with the PKM team's survey to the location and further discussions with the village head and village officials for the implementation of PKM activities. The result of this activity is the knowledge of the village community with IT, to deal with the development of the IT world.

Abstract

Community service activities can be carried out according to the agreed agenda and schedule between the community service team and the team from the Sungai Pinang village head, in this case represented by the village head and the village secretary. From the results of the evaluation during the implementation of the activity, it was found that the enthusiasm of the participants was very high in accepting what was conveyed by the resource person. In addition, from the results of communication with the Sungai Pinang village team, it is hoped that there will be further training from the community service team for 2022. So that there will be a continuation of activities. The success rate for this activity is around 75%. Methods in community service activities, mentoring and counseling. The target of this activity is the village staff of more than 10 village staff and 20 representatives from the village community. Village representatives consist of youth organizations, RT, RW and the community.

Abstract

The world of fashion for hijab is a promising business because more and more Muslim women are familiar with the hijab trend. Now more and more Muslim women are interested in wearing the hijab. There are many interesting tips and tricks on how to wear the hijab. This makes us see a great opportunity to open a hijab business. From these problems, the contribution of this community service is to get complete information about the canvas business model on hijab hampers. This community service uses qualitative analysis methods to find out how big the role of the Canvas Business Model is for startup businesses to design improvement businesses. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this service is that the community, especially millennials, supports the existence of this almost hijab business because it is very helpful, especially for both formal and non-formal events.

Abstract

Muntuk Village is located in Dlingo District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The Muntuk Village area consists of 11 hamlets, namely Gunung Cilik Hamlet, Muntuk Hamlet, Sanggrahan I Hamlet, Sanggrahan II Hamlet, Banjarharjo I Hamlet, Banjarharjo II Hamlet, Tangkil Hamlet, Karangasem Hamlet, Seropan I Hamlet, Seropan II Hamlet, Seropan III Hamlet . the majority of the population of Dukuh Muntuk work as wood craftsmen (furniture) and bamboo (woven) craftsmen. However, there are also those who work as farmers and traders, but that is only a side job because their main job is wood and bamboo craftsmen. The main problem in wood and bamboo craftsmen is marketing. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to introduce a marketing method that is more widespread and of course also cost-effective, namely by selling on an online media basis. Publication on social media, and through E-commerce media. Community service activities are assisted by students as well as entrepreneurship learning for students as entrepreneurship knowledge. The innovation being carried out is developing marketing through E-commerce based media which aims to expand the market segment of the skullcap industry.

Abstract

Implementing new and renewable energy (EBT) in Vocational High Schools can support the green school program. EBT is clean energy and clean technology that can be applied in the context of realizing a green school. Vocational High Schools whose curriculum is more inclined towards a practice that provides a more significant portion of skills to students, so skills are needed in technology, especially those related to EBT. Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is one of the EBTs that is easy to apply in green school-based vocational schools. Vocational High School 2 Turi is a Vocational High School that has implemented a green school-based school that needs to be given knowledge and skills about EBT and PLTS. Implementing this service consists of EBT counseling and PV mini-grid training. The EBT extension program and PLTS installation training participants were 20 students and ten teachers. EBT counseling increased students' knowledge by 70%, from 15% to 80% after counseling. Meanwhile, for teacher participants, there was an increase of 75% from 25% to 100%. The results of the PLTS installation training increased by 75% for all participants, student participants from 0% to 75%, and teachers from 5% to 80%. At the same time, the rest can improve their skills by practicing themselves in assembling PLTS components that have been granted.
