Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine compensation, job satisfaction, and work productivity of employees at Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya. The effect of compensation on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. The effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that compensation is included in the very good category, job satisfaction is included in the good category, and work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees is included in the good category. There is a positive effect of compensation on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. There is a positive influence of job satisfaction on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees.

Abstract

PT Manggala is a mining service provider company operating in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan which are the two provinces that have the largest coal reserves in Indonesia. The large number of mining service provider companies has made competition as a mining service provider increasingly stringent. Therefore the author raises a research topic entitled "Application of the Seven- Box Preziosi Organizational Diagnostic Model to Develop the Organization of PT Manggala Site Muara Enim". The application of Preziosi's Seven-Box Organizational Diagnostic Model is a development of the Six-Box Weisbord Model (1976) with six variables namely Purpose, Structure, Relationship, Rewards, Leadership and Helpful Mechanism, each of which is divided into ten research indicators. Then added the seventh variable developed by Preziosi (1980), namely Attitude Toward Change which is divided into five indicators so that the total indicators in this study are sixty five. The results showed that the average achievement value of the Purpose Variable was 77%, Structure Variable was 72%, the Relationship Variable was 77%, the Reward Variable was 65.7%, the Leadership Variable was 74.7%, Helpful Mechanism Variable was 66.9%, and the Attitude Toward Change variable by 74%. All of the variable values need to be increased again by the company in order to improve the company's performance in order to maintain the company's competitive value as a provider of mining services, especially at the Muara Enim Site.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work planning and task division partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency Education and Culture Service. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis explain that work planning has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency Education and Culture Service. The results of the analysis explain that the division of tasks has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency Education and Culture Service. The results of the analysis explain that work planning and division of tasks have a significant effect together on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency Education and Culture Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the comparison of the recruitment system for UKM (Student Activity Units) MAPALA (Nature Lover Students) STUDY MAPALA UNIVED AND MADYAPALA UMB. Based on the characteristics of the research, a research sample was obtained, namely 2 organizations, using the Census or Saturated sampling method. For this type of research, it is quantitative research, namely research in the form of interviews, observations and documentation in order to get the results of this research. The results of the research comparing the Recruitment System for UKM (Student Activity Units) MAPALA (Nature Lover Students) Study MAPALA UNIVED and MADYAPALA UMB are that in MAPALA UNIVED the stages in recruitment are different in conservation camps, whereas in MADYAPALA there is no such thing as a conservation camp, whereas the name of the activity in the two organizations is also different, for MAPALA UNIVED it is called DIKSAR while for MADYAPALA UMB Diklat Lalang, for people who can register in the two organizations there are differences, for MADYAPALA UMB for Engineering Faculty students there are special requirements whereas at MAPALA UNIVED There are no special requirements for each faculty at Dehasen Bengkulu University, for participant limits there is a semester limit when you want to register at MADYAPALA UMB, that is semesters 1-5 while at MAPALA UNIVED semesters 1-3, and for recruitment requirements at MAPALA UNIVED There is such a thing as a parent/guardian's permission letter and a statement of readiness to take part in Diksar, whereas in MADYAPALA UMB these requirements do not exist at all.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence consumer decisions in purchasing at Woci kitchens in Kepahiang district. The sample in this study was 100 customers who shopped at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show the equation Y = 5.139 + (-0.208) X1 + (-0.715) X2 + 0.926 X3 + 0.934 X4 meaning that if social, personal, psychological factors increase, consumer decisions in purchasing will also increase. Cultural factors are not significant to consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci, this can be seen with a significant value of 0.334 greater than 0.05. Social factors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in the Woci Kitchen, this is evidenced by a value of 0.024 smaller than 0.05. Personal factors have a significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.011 smaller than 0.05. Psychological factors have a significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05. It can be concluded that only social factors and personal factors, psychological factors that are significant to consumer decisions in purchasing At Dapur Woci in Kepahiang this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To analyze the presentation of the Financial statements of Waluran Village in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP), 2) To analyze efforts that can be made so that the presentation of the Financial statements of Waluran Village Waluran District is in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP), and 3) To describe the obstacles faced in the presentation of Waluran Village Financial statements in accordance with Government Accounting Standards.  This research is a research that uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach, using data collection techniques which include: observation, interviews and documentation and using Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques which include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of this study show that: 1) The presentation of the Financial statements of Waluran Village, Waluran District, is not fully in accordance with Government Accounting Standards, Waluran Village only presents budget realization reports. While the components of the Financial statements that must be presented according to Government Accounting Standards are budget realization reports, excess budget balance reports, operational reports, cash flow statements, statements of changes in equity and notes to the Financial statements, 2) Efforts that can be made so that the presentation of Waluran Village Financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards include: a) Raising the level / competence of human resources,  b) Conducting seminars/training, c) Placing Employees in accordance with their Competence, 3) Constraints in presenting Waluran Village Financial statements in accordance with government accounting standards, which are as follows: a) Relevance or suitability of majors, b) Human resource competence, and c) Lack of information.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence Of World Crude Oil Prices, Dow Jones Industrial Average And Inflation On Price Index Share In Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Energy Sector Period 2016-2022. Method The research used is a descriptive method. Sample in this study were selected using purposive sampling and obtained 12 companies with 7 years of observation and obtained 84 data. The results of this research partially show that Crude Oil has a significant positive effect on the Energy Sector Stock Price Index, Down Jones Industrial Average has an insignificant negative effect on the Price Index Energy Sector Shares, Inflation has a significant positive effect to the Energy Sector Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, simultaneously crude oil, down Jones industrial average and inflation together have a positive and insignificant effect on the Stock Price Index in the Energy Sector Stock Price Index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system at the Alfamart franchise CV Lintang Alfaria. Data analysis used is qualitative data with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system at CV Lintang Alfaria still uses manual standards in its financial reporting.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the inventory accounting information system on medicines is effective at the Waluran Health Center, 2) To describe the effectiveness of the drug inventory at the Waluran Health Center, 3) To explain the obstacles faced in increasing the effectiveness of the drug inventory at the Waluran Health Center based on the Accounting Information System. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, then data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, and data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show: 1) The Drug Inventory Accounting Information System at the Waluran Health Center can be said to be running well, 2) The inventory of medicines at the Waluran Health Center has been effective, this is indicated by the realization of an accounting information system in its inventory, 3) significant obstacles in increasing the effectiveness of drug supplies at the Waluran Health Center, namely: 1) Human resource competence, 2) Monkey facilities, 3) Concurrent positions, 4) Lack of training.
