Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening Body Lotion among Scarlett Whitening consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is causality through a survey approach, with a research sample of 100 Scarlett Whitening Body Lotion Consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The data used uses primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that Brand Ambassador has a very good classification, Brand Image has a good classification, and Purchase Decisions have a good classification for Scarlett Whitening Consumers in Tasikmalaya City. Together or simultaneously Brand Amassador and Brand Image have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Partially Brand Ambassadors have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. And partially, brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening Body Lotion among Scarlett Whitening consumers in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

Morale is often associated with the attitude or behavior of employees towards the work they do by paying attention and observing the attitudes and behavior of employees towards their work. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Work Environment and Communication variables on Work Enthusiasm. The population used in this study were 448 production employees at PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample selection uses a random sample. The sample used is using a random sampling sample, namely 211 employees of the production division of PT. Goenoeng Poetri Lestari. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that the Work Environment and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale. The work environment partially has a significant effect on work morale. Communication partially has a significant effect on morale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Ayam Petelur Armina. The research used is quantitative research with a survey method to 100 respondents of Ayam Petelur Armina consumers who live in Tasikmalaya City. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that location and word of mouth have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Ayam Petelur Armina.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of Prasetya Bunda Hospital employees in Tasikmalaya. The population that will be the subject of the research is the employees of the Medical Department of the Prasetya Bunda Hospital in Tasikmalaya with a sample of 190 employees. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection using questionnaires, interviews, field studies, and literature studies. Data analysis is done with Validity Test, Reability, Interval Value (NJI), Method Of Successive Interval, Classic Assumption Test and multiple linear regression test to test the relationship between variables of organizational commitment, work motivation, and employee performance. The important points from the results of the research are the commitment of the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya which is included in the high category. The work motivation of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees is included in the very high category. The performance of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees is included in the very high category. Simultaneous Effects: Organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance on the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya. Partial Effect: Partially, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance in Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees, as well as work motivation. With this result, it can be concluded that organizational commitment and work motivation play an important role in encouraging high employee performance in the employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and incentive on the performance case on the courier PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in a quantitative method with with a survey approach to 120 respondents who live in Tasikmalaya city. The data analsysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this test, it proves that workload and incentives have a significant effect simultaneously on courier performance at PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch. Based on the test results, workload partially has a significant negative effect on courier performance and incentive partially have a positive effect on courier performance PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Relations and Work Commitment on Civil Servant Work Discipline at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation, Communication and Informatics Office (DISHUBKOMINFO). This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 81 civil servants of the Transportation, Communication and Information Technology Office (DISHUBKOMINFO) of Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations and Work Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Transportation, Communication and Information Technology Office (DISHUBKOMINFO) of Tasikmalaya Regency. Human Relations partially has a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Office of Transportation, Communication and Information Technology (DISHUBKOMINFO) Tasikmalaya Regency.  Work Commitment partially has a significant effect on the work discipline of civil servants at the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics (DISHUBKOMINFO) Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

The research carried out by the author aims to find out and analyze the description of the supply of raw materials and production results at the Adinda Embroidery Convection, Tasikmalaya Regency. The influence of raw material supplies on production results at the Adinda Embroidery Convection, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used was full sampling, namely using 48 months of data for 4 years from 2020 - 2023 at the Adinda Embroidery Convection. The analytical tool used in this research was simple regression using SPSS 26.0. The research results show that the supply of raw materials and production results at the Adinda Embroidery Convection in Tasikmalaya Regency fluctuates every month according to market conditions and consumer demand. The supply of raw materials has a significant effect on production results at the Adinda Embroidery Convection, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth on Survey Purchasing Decisions for Sustainable Product MSME Consumers. This research method is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive survey method, the population in this study is not known for certain and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The research results show that Digital Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Digital Marketing partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Electronic Word Of Mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Currently, competition among companies in the beauty industry is increasing rapidly. In the midst of intense competition, Somethinc tries to implement various appropriate marketing strategies to attract consumer buying interest, one of which is utilizing the Korean Wave phenomenon by appointing NCT Dream and Han So Hee as Brand Ambassadors. In addition to the Korean Wave Brand Ambassador variable, the Brand Image variable and the Brand Awareness variable will be measured in this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Korean Wave Brand Ambassadors, Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decision of Somethinc Products in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Somethinc Products. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the Korean Wave Brand Ambassador, Brand Image and Brand Awareness have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the Purchase Decision of Somethinc Products in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on consumer buying interest in Netflix Tasikmalaya City. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 100 respondents were taken as samples using non-probability sampling techniques from the population of all downloaders of the Netflix application in Tasikmalaya City. This study uses path analysis with SPSS version 26 as the test tool. The results obtained in this study that social media marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention, social media marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention through electronic word of mouth.
