Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work motivation and work facilities on employee performance at CV. Tunas Barkah Mebeul. The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 40 employees of CV. Tunas Barkah Mebeul Company. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Work Motivation has a very good rating classification, Work Facilities have a very good rating classification while Employee Performance has a good classification for Employees of the Company CV. Tunas Barkah Mebeul. Taken together, Work Motivation and Work Facilities have a significant influence on Employee Performance at CV. Tunas Barkah Mebeul Company Employees. Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of the ABBDes accounting information system implemented by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government. To understand and analyze the constraints and suggestions on the implementation of the ABBDes accounting information system implemented by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government. Judging from the variety of data and this research applies qualitative descriptive research, qualitative research is research that produces explanatory data in the form of recorded or spoken words from individuals and the behaviors studied. The results of the study prove that accountability regarding the security of information data on the Sihuik - Huik Village APBDes implementation report is in accordance with a good accounting information system because the data is stored in an office computer and can only be opened by limited parties. Accountability for the timeliness of conveying information on the implementation of the Sihuik-Huik Village APBDes is not yet in accordance with a good accounting information system because there are still delays in compiling and conveying information to residents according to the stipulated time period. The effectiveness of the thorough preparation of data on the Sihuik-Huik Village APBDes implementation report is in accordance with a good accounting information system. The transparency of the variations in the APBDes implementation report used by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government is in accordance with a good accounting information system. The relevant transparency of the data provided and reported by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government regarding the implementation of the APBDes is in accordance with a good accounting information system because the data reported is relevant to the specified budget data. In accordance with the results of the research, suggestions were given to the Sihuik-Huik Village Government to carry out special training for village officials who work in compiling reports on the implementation of the APBDes and promoting unity among village apparatus when preparing reports on the implementation of the APBDes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention in Employees of CV. Zharry Home Creative. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a sample of 60 respondents from employees of CV. Zharry Home Creative. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that simultaneously job satisfaction and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee productivity at the Hasgradini Cibeureum Tasikmalaya Convection. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 respondents from Hasgradini Cibeureum Tasikmalaya employees. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data which are then processed using the Mendeley application. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee productivity. Exactly work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

PThis study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the work productivity of employess CV. Zharry Home Creative. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 73 respondents from employees of CV. Zharry Home Creative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that simultaneously workload and work environment had a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially employee work environment on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the internal control unit and internal control on good university governance. This research is focused on the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. While the population in this study were SPI (internal audit unit) and all employees of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This study tested its validity and reliability, the analysis techniques used were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. With the results of the internal control unit on good university governance has a significant effect, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and according to calculations, t count > t table is 6.491 > 1.997, internal control has an effect on good university governance with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, with calculations t count 3.337 > 1.997, and the unit of internal control and internal control has a simultaneous effect on good university governance with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and according to the calculation of f count, f count > f table is 104.616 > 3.14.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product diversity on the competitiveness of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that price and product variety have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the competitiveness of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at CV. Archipelagic Services for the City of Banjar. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques using online and offline questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that work discipline and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Product Quality, Location and Price on Lemona Bakery's Customer Satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and 100 respondents were taken as a sample. The analytical tool used is the multiple regression equation. The results showed that product quality, location and price perceptions simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lemona Bakery. Product quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lemona Bakery. Location partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lemona Bakery. Perceived price partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Lemona Bakery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence analysis of perceived brand authenticity and self-brand congruence on consumer satisfaction (a survey of iPhone smartphone users at Perjuangan University). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 iPhone Smartphone Users at the University of Perjuangan. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Perceived Brand Authenticity obtained from Perceived Brand Authenticity on iPhone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University had good criteria. Self-Brand Congruence at Iphone has good criteria, Consumer Satisfaction with iPhone Smartphone Users at Perjuangan University has good criteria. Taken together Perceived Brand Authenticity and Self-Brand Congruence have a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction Partially Perceived Brand Authenticity has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction Partially Self-Brand Congruence has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction
