Abstract

In social life, the need for medical workers is different in each region, because the population varies. If doctors cannot treat a large enough number of patients in an area, it can have various impacts on society, such as contracting dangerous diseases if not treated as soon as possible. The effect will be a decline in people's standard of living. By classifying the need for the number of health workers (doctors) relative to the population, the level of welfare in an area can be obtained. To assist in optimizing health workers (doctors) they can use fuzzy logic and ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System). By using ANFIS, it is hoped that we can find the optimal value for the classification of health workers that will be needed in each region. In the ANFIS test, the RMSE error value was 0.2698 and the first accuracy value was 73%. Then by adding a membership function, an RMSE error value of 0.17698 was obtained, this second accuracy value increased by 10% to 83%. By using the ANFIS method to classify health workers according to different population sizes in each region, you can measure the level of community welfare well.

Abstract

Implementing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in information security management is crucial and timely due to the increasing cyber threats, the necessity for regulatory compliance, and the significance of information security as a competitive edge. The latest revision of this standard demands proper adaptation and implementation to ensure effective information security management across various organizations. This study examines the key components of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, including organizational context, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation, and improvement. It delves into the application of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in security system governance, emphasizing how this standard can enhance risk management and information security within an organization. A case study on a logistics company adopting this standard was conducted to identify best practices, implementation challenges, and its impact on security and regulatory compliance. The study's findings demonstrate that implementing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 effectively improves an organization's information security posture by integrating security policies, procedures, and controls into business processes. These findings offer recommendations as practical guidelines for organizations aiming to strengthen their information security management through the adoption of globally recognized international standards.

Abstract

A wedding invitation is a letter in the form of a card asking the recipient to attend a wedding. But now, wedding invitations can also be distributed via social media in the form of a web which is commonly called digital invitations. This study discusses the registration process, inputting forms, package selection, and payment. In addition, there is an admin interface whose job is to manage transactions which include managing payments, and managing incoming orders in the form of user data that will be included in the invitation web design.

Abstract

Air Vice Marshal (Anm.) Nurtanio Pringgoadisuryo is an Indonesian aviation hero who remains largely unknown to the younger generation. To raise awareness about him, an engaging and interactive application is required. A Visual Novel can serve as an ideal medium to introduce or preserve the legacy of Air Vice Marshal (Anm.) Nurtanio. The historical Visual Novel about L.M.U Nurtanio was developed using Ren’Py software, a tool for creating visual novels with a simplified version of the Python programming language. The application development followed the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which includes the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collection, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. This application is accessible on Android-based devices. The design and development of this Android-based historical Visual Novel about L.M.U Nurtanio provide a more engaging and interactive learning medium for Android users.

Abstract

The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is a guideline used by universities to assess the quality of performance and implementation of higher education internally. SPMI is very important to be considered by universities in order to compete positively with other universities, both at home and abroad, as well as to improve the management and implementation of higher education in the institution. In this study, three machine learning algorithms are applied, namely K- Means, Mean Shift, and DBSCAN, to cluster SPMI data. The methods used include Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce data complexity without losing important information, and three clustering algorithms to group universities based on similarity of quality indicators. The K-Means algorithm clusters data based on distance to the nearest centroid, Mean Shift identifies clusters based on data density, and DBSCAN clusters data based on density and is able to handle outliers and irregularly shaped clusters. The results show that Mean Shift produces the best cluster with Silhouette Score 0.566, Davies- Bouldin Index 0.648, and Calinski-Harabasz Index 971.07. The K-Means algorithm provides quite good results with Silhouette Score 0.466, Davies-Bouldin Index 0.757, and Calinski-Harabasz Index 757.06. Meanwhile, DBSCAN has lower performance with Silhouette Score 0.216, Davies-Bouldin Index 1.045, and Calinski-Harabasz Index 105.67. This research provides the results of identifying universities that need special attention and helps in strategic planning for quality improvement so that they can carry out guidance more effectively and contribute to the development of a quality assurance system for higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indramayu Regency in West Java has substantial potential in the tourism sector, which can bolster the region's economic growth. However, the dissemination of information about tourist attractions in Indramayu is limited, necessitating the creation of an application to simplify the search for tourism data and information. This study successfully designed and developed an Android-based mobile application named Wisayu using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to create a fast, efficient, and user-friendly app. The application was tested in two phases: alpha testing and beta testing. Alpha testing employed blackbox and whitebox methods, yielding valid results. Beta testing was divided into two parts: quantitative data analysis for validity and reliability testing, and descriptive statistical analysis using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The quantitative data analysis revealed that 22 out of 26 indicators were valid, with Pearson Product Moment correlation values exceeding the r table value of 0.33, while the remaining 4 indicators were below the r table value. The Cronbach's Alpha value for the 26 questionnaire items was 0.63, indicating good reliability. Descriptive statistical analysis showed positive evaluations in each UEQ dimension, with attractiveness scoring 1.32, pragmatic quality 1.63, and hedonic quality 1.11, demonstrating that the application was well-received by users.

Abstract

An ePuskesmas is a health information system developed through the collaboration of the Sumedang District Health Office and PT Infokes Indonesia. It offers various features to aid health workers at Puskesmas, notably the medical feature for managing patient data during polyclinic examinations. However, this feature faces issues such as synchronization difficulties with Pcare, slow system responses due to high user traffic, and frequent errors. This study aims to assess user satisfaction with the medical features of ePuskesmas using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model and the DeLone and McLean Model. The study involves 93 respondents, including nurses, midwives, and doctors from Sumedang Regency Health Center, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is performed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 with PLS-SEM. The results indicate overall user satisfaction with the medical features of ePuskesmas. Out of 8 hypotheses, 3 are accepted, and 5 are rejected. Key factors influencing user satisfaction include Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Information Quality. This research is important to find out whether the system developed by related parties is in accordance or not with the end user

Abstract

This study develops and implements an Asset Management Information System for Ornamental Fish Breeding Groups in Sumedang using the prototype method. The objective is to streamline the management of asset data, inventory, and asset condition monitoring in an efficient and organized manner. The prototype method was selected because it promotes intensive interaction between developers and users, enabling quick identification and resolution of needs and issues. The development stages include communication, planning, design modeling, prototype creation, and system implementation. This system features the ability to record and monitor assets, track asset loans, and log asset maintenance, thereby generating accurate reports and minimizing data errors. It is expected that this information system will help ornamental fish breeding groups in Sumedang manage their assets more effectively, boost productivity, and support the sustainability of their business.

Abstract

Papoy chicken, a chicken restaurant in Tasikmalaya, is still facing management challenges, especially in the employee payroll process which is still done manually. This research aims to investigate the move from manual payroll to web application as a solution to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the payroll process at Papoy chicken. The research methods used include internal surveys, analysis of existing processes and development of web application prototypes for employee payroll. The research results show that the manual payroll process is prone to errors and takes up valuable time, by introducing a web application for employee payroll, Papoy chicken can reduce errors, save time and increase employee satisfaction. This web application will provide an intuitive interface and it is integrated with the internal management system, enabling managers to easily manage payroll information

Abstract

This study was motivated by the researcher's concern about the difficulty of informatics subjects at the junior high school level. Moreover, when examined, hardware material is a challenge for teachers and students in carrying out learning in the classroom. In some places, student motivation and learning outcomes in understanding hardware material tend to be low. The purpose of this study is to develop Augmented Reality learning media on learning informatics hardware material in class VII junior high school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the Brog & Gall research model with 10 models, then simplified into 3 major steps which will be implemented in the development procedure process by adopting the results of Sukmadinata's R&D model simplification. Testing the feasibility of development, it was tested with the results of a media expert assessment of 81.25% very feasible criteria. While the material expert assessment with a score of 81.82% is very feasible. The results of the implementation of student respondents on a limited scale were 76.42% of the interesting category and a wide scale of 84.11% of the very interesting category. So it can be concluded through the results of expert validation, limited scale trials and wide scale trials, that augmented reality as learning media is feasible to use as a learning tool during the learning process
