Abstract

A notarial deed is a legal document that has strong evidentiary power in court and in various legal transactions. Based on Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 30 of 2004 on Notary Position (Notary Law), this law regulates the duties, responsibilities, and authority of notaries, including provisions on the archiving and security of documents handled by notaries. Therefore, it is important for notary institutions, lawyers, and various related parties to manage these notarial deeds carefully and effectively, one of which is by paying attention to the archiving of notarial deeds. The archiving of notarial deeds is an important practice in the legal world involving the storage, maintenance, and recording of notarial deed documents that govern legal agreements, property transactions, and other legal actions. By designing a web-based archiving application system, the goal of addressing the risk of damage or loss of physical documents is effectively achieved. The implementation of digital storage methods reduces the likelihood of physical documents being damaged or lost. Document accessibility is also enhanced by the presence of search and digital storage features. Application design steps, such as needs analysis, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and interface design, provide a comprehensive overview of the desired features and system workflow. This design ensures that user needs are met and the application is easy to use.

Abstract

Gorontalo Province, located at the northern tip of Sulawesi Island, has high tourism potential due to its natural and cultural richness, making it an attractive destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. However, to manage and promote this tourism potential effectively, accurate and easily accessible mapping is needed for tourists and related parties. The use of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) is an efficient solution in presenting complete information about tourist attractions in Gorontalo because changes to the data made can be more easily accessed with the dashboard menu. The goal is to improve the promotion and service of Gorontalo tourism through the development of this information system, actively contribute to improving the management and promotion of Gorontalo tourism, and become a guideline for the development of similar systems in other tourism sectors. The test results obtained using Blackbox testing obtained good test results and had a success rate of 96% so that the application can be used properly. It is hoped that the creation of a Gorontalo tourist attraction mapping information system will continue to be developed so that it is easily accessible to local and foreign tourists

Abstract

The process of accepting new students in Junior High Schools (SMP) is currently still constrained by a conventional system that requires physical collection of registration forms, complete files, and time-consuming interviews and tests. Information related to admission procedures, requirements, fees, and registration schedules is also spread across various communication channels, making it difficult for prospective students and parents to access accurate and up-to-date information. In this context, researchers have succeeded in designing a new student admission information system by implementing the prototype method. This system has gone through Black Box Testing and evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS) scale, and its performance has been analyzed using the Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Services (PIECES) method. The results of the SUS scale calculation show an average value of 72.9, which is included in the acceptable classification indicating that the New Student Admissions (PPDB) system in the form of a prototype after evaluation can be accepted by prospective users of the prototype system. In addition, the results of the PIECES calculation show that each indicator in the evaluation and measurement of the new student admissions system is in the "very good" and "good" categories , with an average value of 6.22 to 6.56 included in the very good category, an average value of 6.09 is included in the good category

Abstract

Poverty is one of the main challenges faced by the government in its efforts to improve people's welfare. Identifying regions based on the poverty line level is an important step to ensure well-targeted interventions. This study aims to categorize districts/cities based on poverty levels using the K-Means Algorithm, so that it can be a guide in data-based policy making. The research method starts with data collection, data selection process to handle missing values using the replacement method. Determination of the optimal number of clusters was done using Within Sum of Squares (WSS) to ensure that each region was grouped into clusters based on their level of similarity, which showed that three clusters were the ideal number. An evaluation of the clustering results was conducted to ensure the stability and accuracy of the clustering. The results show that the districts/municipalities are divided into three clusters based on the poverty line level, namely cluster 0 with a high poverty line level (241 regions), cluster 1 with a medium poverty line level (247 regions), and cluster 2 with a low poverty line level (90 regions). This study concludes that the K-Means Algorithm is effective in clustering regions based on poverty levels, providing a strong basis for data-driven decision-making. Future research is recommended to use more diverse data and cover more indicators, such as education level, access to health services, or infrastructure quality.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the tourism sector, leading to a drastic decline in regional revenue derived from this industry. To accelerate the recovery of the tourism sector, reliable forecasting methods are required to estimate tourist arrivals. This paper presents the use of time series SARIMA and Triple Exponential Smoothing (Holt-Winters) methods to predict the number of international tourist arrivals in the post-pandemic period. The analysis reveals that the SARIMA method with ARIMA (2,0,1)(1,0,1)₅ parameters, which accounts for seasonal trends over a five-month period, provides the most accurate predictions. Evaluation is conducted using MAPE, MAE, and RMSE value. The predictions generated by these methods are expected to assist governments and tourism-related industries in developing promotion strategies, infrastructure planning, and optimal resource allocation.

Abstract

GMIBM Syaloom Imandi Church is a community service organization under the GMIBM Synod headquartered in Kotamobagu. However, its information management system remains uncomputerized, leading to inefficiencies in church services, such as managing congregational data, worship schedules, church inventory, and ongoing programs. These tasks rely on physical archives and announcements during worship, posing challenges in data retrieval and increasing the risk of data loss. To address these issues, a management information system is proposed to improve the accessibility and reliability of church-related information. The management information system is developed using the Spiral Model and implemented with PHP programming and MySQL database. It provides updated information, managed by the Church Secretary, including the church's history, organizational structure, vision and mission, worship schedules, activities, congregation data, offerings, inventory records, correspondence, and church-related news. The system is web-based, ensuring easy access for users anytime and anywhere. The study resulted in a web-based church management information system that facilitates the Church Secretary in efficiently delivering essential information to the congregation, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. This system ensures seamless communication and better management of church resources and activities.
