Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kesejateraan masyarakat Desa, pemerintah dalam hal ini Negara memberikan hak kapada kepala Desa sebagai penanggung jawab utama untuk mengatur segala kepentinganya, termasuk mengatur sektor ekonomi masyarakat melalui program pemberdayaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Meningkatkan kesejateraan masyarakat tidak terlepas dari peran pemeritah Desa dalam pembangunan Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam peningkatan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dari aspek perencanaan,pelaksanaan,dan pengawasan, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada 15 informan yang terdiri dari perangkat desa,pengurus bumdes, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran pemerintah desa dalam peningkatan BUMDes masih beum berjalan optimal. Dalam tahap perencanaan,meskipun struktur telah dibentuk,namun penyusunan program usaha belum matang dan kurang melibatkan masyarakat. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, banyak kegiatan tidak terlaksana dengan baik akibatlemahnya pembinaan dan koordinasi. Dalam pengawasan mekanisme control belum berjalan rutin dan tegas.faktor pendukung sepeti anggaran dan kerjasama pihak ketiga belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, sementara faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya sosialisasi dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakatmenjadi kendala utama. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa peningkatan BUMDes masih memerlukan upaya yang serius dari pemerintah desa agar dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan awal pendiriannya.

Abstract

Indeks literasi keuangan syariah penduduk Indonesia masih sangat rendah, yakni berada di 9,14% pada tahun 2022 dengan capaian indeks inklusi keuangannya yang juga mengkhawatirkan di 12,12%. Pemerintah melalui OJK telah mengeluarkan beberapa Strategi dan Peraturan terkait peningkatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan yang dalam pelaksanaannya turut dilakukan oleh Bank sebagai Pelaku Usaha Jasa Keuangan (PUJK). Hasil evaluasi OJK di tahun 2020 menunjukkan persentase kepatuhan PUJK baru mencapai 79,09%, jumlah edukasi keuangan syariah yang belum signifikan proporsinya terhadap edukasi keuangan konvensional (2,86-3,57%) dengan rata-rata peningkatan yang juga minim (6,16%). Dari sisi jangkauan kegiatan, pelaksanaan edukasi keuangan selama tiga tahun (2018-2020) masih belum merata di semua wilayah dan lebih terpusat di pulau Jawa dan Bali (7.686 dari 12.906 kegiatan). Bank Syariah berdasarkan POJK No. 3 Tahun 2023 diamanati pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi keuangan syariah kepada konsumen dan/atau masyarakat sebagai bagian dari program tahunannya. Sedangkan sebagai entitas bisnis, Bank Syariah dituntut untuk berorientasi pada efisiensi dan keuntungan agar tetap sustain dan mampu mengembangkan pangsa pasarnya. Hal ini menjadikan Bank Syariah perlu menata ulang strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi dan inklusi keuangannya agar selaras dengan setiap aktivitas bisnis Bank. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Bank Syariah dapat menetapkan sasaran dan wilayah prioritas pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah melalui metode peramalan bisnis (model regresi berganda) dari perspektif inklusi keuangan dan pendekatan analisis lokasi (p-Median Model) dalam penentuan lokasi optimal suatu fasilitas bisnis seperti kantor cabang atau saluran distribusi lainnya. Hasil dari metode dan pendekatan ini diperoleh model permintaan produk (tabungan, deposito dan giro syariah) yang menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan berkontribusi pada pencapaian besaran Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Selain itu melalui simulasi penentuan lokasi optimal untuk fasilitas saluran distribusi Bank Syariah di wilayah Kalimantan, diperoleh beberapa solusi yang meminimalkan total jarak terboboti permintaan di lokasi-lokasi fasilitas terpilih berdasarkan tiga skenario yang dibuat. Meskipun masalah multikolinieritas masih dijumpai pada model regresi yang dibuat, namun model ini masih dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan tingkat dan karakteristik hubungan antara variabel DPK dengan variabel-variabel bebas yang menjadi sasaran prioritas pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah, yakni populasi Pelajar dan Mahasiswa, Institusi Keuangan Syariah, dan Perusahaan atau Nasabah Badan Usaha

Abstract

Human Rights Instruments are a reference as a foundation for the establishment of justice and the fulfillment of human rights as citizens. Human Rights Instruments (HAM) in the abstract refer to documents and legal regulations that regulate the protection and enforcement of basic human rights. These instruments can be national instruments (such as the Human Rights Act) or international (such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), which play an important role in ensuring that these rights are respected and protected in the sense of human rights. Human Rights are basic rights that are inherent in every individual since birth. Rights that are naturally irrevocable because they are a gift from God Almighty are one of the important aspects of human life.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the use of agricultural technology on social change in the Tawiri village community, Teluk Ambon sub-district, This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of agricultural technology on social change in the community in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District. With the background that agriculture is the main sector of the economy in the area, this study identifies how the adoption of modern agricultural technology can improve farmers' welfare and affect their work routines. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and field observations. The results of the study indicate that the use of agricultural technology, such as modern machinery and digital agricultural systems, contributes to increasing farmer productivity and income. However, these changes also bring social challenges, such as reduced social interaction between farmers and impacts on the workforce. This study provides important insights for the government and related institutions in formulating policies that support agricultural modernization without ignoring the social values ​​of the community.

Abstract

The stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia is still relatively high when compared to neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Singapore in 2021. Then Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 was born as an effort to accelerate the reduction in stunting prevalence. Bogor Regency is one of the Autonomous Regions in West Java Province which also contributes to the high stunting prevalence rate, through Regent Instruction number 440/884 of 2019 concerning Integrated Stunting Intervention with the aim of reducing stunting rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of Stunting Handling Policies in Bogor Regency, West Java Province. To analyze the Implementation of Stunting Handling Policies in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, researchers used Hamdi's theory of public policy implementation which consists of Productivity, Linearity, and Efficiency. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely by describing and analyzing the Implementation of Stunting Handling Policies in Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of stunting handling policies in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, has been running well from the aspects of productivity, linearity, and productivity. This can be seen from the decline in stunting prevalence from 27.6% to 7.59%. However, there are several determinant factors that influence the unsuccessfulness of Policy Implementation such as budget constraints, therefore the author suggests the Bogor Regent to make a Regent's regulation regarding the priority use of the budget each year.

Abstract

Trademark rights are essential for commerce, providing product assurance and consumer guidance. Trademark disputes can cost companies financially and their brand image. Settlement of such disputes can be done through arbitration or institutions such as the Intellectual Property Rights Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Body (BAM HKI).So further in the research with normative methods in order to obtain the research objectives to determine the role of arbitration in trademark rights disputes.Arbitration is one of the steps in resolving trademark disputes outside the court. This method offers several benefits, such as less cost-effectiveness than litigation, confidentiality in the arbitration process, flexibility in choosing arbitrators and the settlement process, speed in reaching a decision, and decisions that are binding and enforceable in any court.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh penambahan tepung bunga rosella dalam ransum domba Garut-Dorper commercial cross terhadap pertumbuhan fisik domba, khususnya panjang badan diagonal, panjang badan horizontal, dan tinggi pundak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan persentase optimal penambahan tepung bunga rosella yang dapat meningkatkan parameter pertumbuhan domba tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan tiga dosis tepung rosella yang berbeda (0%, 0,1%, dan 0,4%) yang diterapkan pada domba jantan dan betina. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung rosella dalam ransum dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan domba secara positif, terutama pada dimensi tubuh mereka yang penting untuk kualitas karkas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam bidang nutrisi ternak dengan mengeksplorasi aditif pakan alami dan menawarkan solusi yang ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan domba.

Abstract

Newborns are babies who have just experienced the birth process, aged 0-28 days. According to data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017, it shows a baby birth rate (AKB) of 24 per 1,000 live births. Every year newborn and neonatal deaths in the world account for 37% of all deaths in children under five. This study was an observational descriptive study. Based on the study, a total sample of 382 subjects was obtained. Male sex is 55.2%, birth weight in the range of 2500 - 4000 grams is 79.1%, birth length in the range of 48 - 52 cm is 69.4%, apgar score in the range of 7 - 10 is 92.6%, type of vaginal spontaneous delivery is 66.8%, gestational age is 37 - 42 weeks 86.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that men are the most gender, the most birth weight is normal birth weight, the most birth length is normal body length, the highest apgar score is 7-10 (not asphyxia), the most types of labor are spontaneous vaginal, and the most gestational age is term pregnancy.

Abstract

Regional Development Problems are the cause of the gap between the development performance that is currently achieved and the planned one. Prioritizing strategic issues is carried out to determine the most priority strategic issues and will affect the formulation of missions, objectives, objectives, strategies and policy directions in the next five years. From the problems that have been studied, for the next 5 years of development, East Kotawaringin Regency has determined strategic development issues, namely: (1) Lack of Optimal Improvement of Human Resources Quality and Community Welfare, (2) Lack of Achievement of Bureaucratic Reform to Achieve Good Governance (3) Lack of Optimal Infrastructure Development, Fulfillment of Needs for Public Facilities and Facilities, and Increased Accessibility, (4) Sustainable Development and Resource Management Nature Optimally.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the implementation of differentiated learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes. The research used an action research method, with procedures including planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative data. The analysis results showed: 1) The Pre-Cycle Test results indicated that out of 17 students, 7 students (41.18%) achieved the minimum mastery criteria (KKM), while 10 students (58.82%) did not; 2) The Pretest in Cycle I showed that 9 students (52.94%) were successful, while 8 students (47.06%) were not; 3) The Posttest in Cycle I indicated that 12 students (70.59%) were successful, while 5 students (29.41%) were not; 4) The Posttest in Cycle II showed that 15 students (88.23%) were successful, while 2 students (11.77%) were not. The discussion results in Cycle I showed that the percentage of student learning mastery was 70.59%, while in Cycle II it increased to 88.23%, indicating an improvement in learning outcomes by 17.64%, meaning that the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) was achieved in Cycle II.
