Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on ecosystem materials through the use of diorama media in grade V SDK Ora et Labora Pamulang for the 2021/2022 school year. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The use of diorama media is expected to increase students' understanding and interest in ecosystem materials, as well as improve their learning outcomes. The results of the study show that the use of diorama media can improve student learning outcomes, both in terms of understanding concepts and the application of ecosystem materials in daily life. Based on these findings, it is suggested that diorama media be used further as an alternative in science learning, especially for materials that require visualization to facilitate student understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi manajemen konflik dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen pada bidang Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, UIN SMH Banten. Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari fenomena rendahnya kinerja dosen dalam kegiatan pengabdian, yang sering disebabkan oleh konflik interpersonal dan kelembagaan yang tidak terselesaikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap informan yang dipilih secara purposive, yaitu ketua program studi dan beberapa dosen. Validitas data diuji melalui triangulasi, dan analisis data dilakukan secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen konflik yang efektif—seperti komunikasi terbuka, pendekatan pemecahan masalah secara kolaboratif, dan pengendalian emosi—berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen. Penyelesaian konflik menjadi lebih optimal jika didukung oleh sistem komunikasi yang terstruktur, dukungan kolegial, dan pelatihan manajemen konflik dari institusi. Perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi strategi penyelesaian konflik menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan akademik perlu memberikan perhatian terhadap penguatan kapasitas manajemen konflik, pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja secara rutin, serta membangun budaya kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Program ke depan disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan protokol penyelesaian konflik secara formal dan pelatihan keterampilan manajemen konflik yang berkelanjutan bagi para dosen. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan model bagi institusi lain dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja akademik melalui manajemen konflik yang strategis.

Abstract

In a progressively competitive global environment, organizations must continually reinvent their products and services to sustain their competitive advantage and achieve success in marketing management. Product innovation enables companies to generate additional value, distinguish themselves from rivals, and address the changing demands of the market. Concurrently, service innovation improves client experience, fortifies loyalty, and broadens market reach. This study seeks to investigate the degree to which product and service innovation impacts the efficacy of marketing management in internationally competitive markets. A quantitative methodology was utilized, employing survey data gathered from global corporations across diverse industry sectors. The analysis indicates a substantial association between innovation levels and the attainment of marketing objectives, with service innovation serving as a mediating role in the efficacy of product strategies. The research emphasizes the necessity of synchronizing innovation with marketing initiatives as a crucial element in creating durable competitive advantages. These findings provide strategic insights for marketing managers aiming to implement adaptable and innovative strategies to address the challenges posed by changing customer demands and global market dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for the development of a principal leadership assessment instrument in the implementation of academic supervision based on interactive media Wordwall Random Wheel. The background of this research is based on the still dominant use of administrative and one-way supervision instruments in elementary schools, as well as the lack of involvement of teachers in providing feedback on the principal's leadership style. The research uses a qualitative approach with Research and Development (R&D) methods, adapting the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data was obtained through observations, interviews, and questionnaires conducted in three elementary schools: SDN Bentarsari 01, SDN Bentarsari 02, and SDN Ciputih 01. The results of the study show that teachers need interactive, reflective, and collaborative instruments. The Random Wheel wordwall is considered effective in increasing teacher involvement in the supervision process, encouraging honest reflection, and building constructive two-way communication between teachers and principals. The implementation of this media has proven to be able to strengthen the role of school principals as professional coaches and not just administrative assessors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik petani dan karakteristik usahatani terhadap tingkat keberhasilan petani sayuran di Negeri Administratif Limumir, Kecamatan Bula, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 petani, dengan sampel sebanyak 28 responden yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani berada dalam kategori usia produktif, berpendidikan rendah, dan memiliki pengalaman bertani yang cukup panjang. Karakteristik usahatani yang diamati meliputi luas lahan dan status kepemilikan lahan. Tingkat keberhasilan petani diukur melalui dua indikator utama, yaitu jumlah produksi dan pendapatan. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik petani dan usahatani terhadap keberhasilan usaha tani sayuran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas petani, akses lahan, serta kebijakan pertanian yang berbasis karakteristik lokal dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and physical work environment on employee performance at Command Center 112 Surabaya City. Command Center 112 is an emergency response service that requires optimal performance from every employee to provide maximum public services. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents who are all employees of Command Center 112 Surabaya City using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 2.884 and a significance level of 0.005. Conversely, the physical work environment has no significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 0.601 and a significance level of 0.550. The R Square value of 0.113 indicates that both independent variables can explain 11.3% of the variation in employee performance. These findings indicate that improving the quality of job training is a key factor in improving the performance of Command Center 112 employees, while the already good physical work environment conditions do not require significant improvements to enhance performance.

Abstract

The performance of the road sweeping task force is the result of employee work achieved by meeting the criteria and deadlines that have been set. Some of the factors that affect performance include discipline and occupational health and safety (K3). This study aims to analyze discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of the sweeping task force. This study aims to analyze discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) on the performance of the sweeping task force. This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 55 respondents. The distribution was carried out offline by measuring answers using a linkert scale score of 1-5. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of the road sweeping task force. whereas occupational health and safety (OHS) does not have a significant effect on the performance of the task force for sweeping the southern cleanliness rayon road 1 of the Surabaya City Environment Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Surabaya City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents who are active employees at the institution. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables through multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings suggest that improving the quality of the work environment and enhancing employee motivation can significantly boost employee performance. This study provides important implications for the management of the Surabaya City Social Service in designing strategies to improve employee performance through workplace enhancement and motivation strengthening.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of performance allowance and workload on the performance of civil servants at the Social Affairs Office of Surabaya City. A quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression design was applied. Data were collected from 40 civil servants through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The results reveal that performance allowance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while workload has a significant negative effect. The regression model met all classical assumptions, demonstrating its validity and reliability. These findings highlight the importance of designing effective compensation systems and managing workload distribution to improve employee performance in the public sector. The study provides practical insights for government institutions to develop human resource strategies that are both fair and performance-driven. Further research is recommended to include additional internal variables, such as motivation or job satisfaction, to build a more comprehensive model of civil servant performance in public administration.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyse how the implementation of the basic values of ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance in Garut Regency, and to find out and analyse what are the inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the basic values of ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance in Garut Regency. The research method was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and analyse the implementation of the basic values of ASN BerAKHLAK in improving employee performance in Garut Regency. This research focuses on data collection through in-depth interviews with employees who are directly involved in public services in Garut Regency. The results revealed that the implementation of ASN BerAKHLAK basic values in Garut Regency, which consist of service-oriented, accountable, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative, is an important foundation in building an effective work culture in government agencies. These values not only improve employee performance, but also strengthen ASN's commitment to public services in Garut Regency.
