Penelitian ini merupakan best practice, yang bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahuibagaimana cara melaksanakan Supervisi Teman Sejawat, dan (2) mengetahuiEfektivitas Supervisi Pelaksanan pembelajaran oleh Teman Sejawat . Sterategiyang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan IN 1 – ON 1 – ON 2 dan selanjutnya IN 2.Dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut yaitu : (1) Cara melaksanakan supervisiakademik agar berjalan optimal, (2) Kegiatan Supervisi Akademik PelaksanaanPembelajaran Teman Sejawat ini berjalan efektif yaitu jika sebelumnya 7 sd 10guru yang dapat disupervisi oleh kepala sekolah dan Pengawas, maka dengansupervisi Teman Sejawat , jumlah guru yang disupervisi bertambah menjadi 36orang guru, dan secara kualitatif terdapat hasil Amat Baik (A) = 2 orang, Baik (B)= 26 orang dan cukup (C) = 8 orang. Dan demikian juga diperoleh gambaranbahwa hanya 50 % guru melaksanakan beberapa aspek seperti pembelajaran yangdilaksanakan menumbuhkan kreativitas sesuai dengan bakat, minat, danperkembangan fisik serta psikologis peserta didik dan melaksanakan tindak lanjut.Kata kunci: supervisi akademik, supervisi teman sejaawatThis research is a best practice, which aims to: (1) know how to carry out PeerSupervision, and (2) find out the Effectiveness of Supervision of LearningImplementation by Peers.
