Abstract

− Gapoktan Cooperative is a community organization engaged in the economic sector as a cooperative business entity in Pematang Panjang village, East Seruyan Hilir sub-district, Seruyan district, central Kalimantan. Data processing at the Gapoktan collective in Pematang Panjang Village is still carried out using Ms. Excel and Ms. Word applications in recording member data, searching member data, loans, and member deposits. This is an obstacle for cooperative officers, resulting in the length of service to its members. So the need to build a desktop-based information system for saving and borrowing Gapoktan funds that can solve the problems faced by the Pematang Panjang village Gapoktan cooperative because recording and searching data can be done quickly. So that errors or mistakes that have occurred so far can be minimized. In making application programs using software (software) Borland Delphi 7 as a programming language and using Interbase software as a database.

Abstract

Blended Learning practiced by the PalComTech Institute of Technology and Business in the teaching and Learning activity system describes a combination of 3 teaching and Learning activity systems face-to-face (offline), online (online), and application support. The PalComTech Online Learning Android application is an application for teaching and Learning activities used by the PalComTech Institute of Technology and Business in supporting the ease of teaching and Learning activities online (online). To support teaching and Learning activities digitally, this application provides Learning modules in the form of video material and pdf material. The application of technological sophistication along with the development of the user-friendly PalComTech Online Learning Android Application will run better in carrying out the teaching and Learning process and training easily and can also create a generation of students who are aware of the use of digital technology. Therefore, this research tested the level of Usability in using the PalComTech Online Learning Android application with the PACMAD (People at the Center of Mobile Application Development) method which consists of factors of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Learnability, Errors, Memorability, and Cognitive Load.

Abstract

The tourism business in Indonesia has a lot of potentials that could be utilized. This crucial sector of the economy could benefit society, especially the local community, in developing financial inclusion. However, the linkage between tourism and financial inclusion needs to be examined. This study gives perspective and examines the dynamic relationship between the tourism business and financial inclusion. This study is categorized as descriptive qualitative and utilizes a structured literature review by collecting literature data from a journal database. The main finding of this study is that the tourism business has a connection with financial inclusion through indirect effects. Financial inclusion indicators, which are economic welfare and availability and accessibility of financial services, were directly influenced by the tourism business and therefore impacted financial inclusion in the long run. This study does not examine the model constructed quantitatively, thus proposing future research to enhance the model by quantitative testing and examine additional variables such as socio-demographic conditions.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important things in the business world. This includes higher education services which are increasingly mushrooming. The research to be carried out is qualitative in nature. This study emphasizes the descriptive aspects sourced from the marketing team owned by private universities. From the explanation of the resource persons, the researcher will group and classify and analyze what techniques are used to do marketing for the campus. The proposed research aims to find out what technique, how the process is, the target market and the management of the marketing mix owned by the village. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1. Based on the observations of the Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda campus, it has carried out and made a good strategic marketing process from analyzing the marketing situation, designing marketing strategies, developing marketing programs and implementing well, followed by strict evaluation so that the objectives of the promotion are successful or achieved 2. The development of marketing programs carried out by providing scholarship information is able to provide a very large opportunity for the success of the promotion team 3. The campus is able to provide fairly good policies by providing concessions to the payment system by way of 4. Campus through its promotion team tries to give a good image by providing maximum service quality.

Abstract

The position of workers is very weak when compared to the position of the owner of the work in practice. A number of workers' rights have been regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. However, these rights are not fulfilled by employers and labor supply companies (companies outsourcing). Business ventures like this are actually businesses that are mutually beneficial to the parties, both the company providing the job contracting and the company receiving the job contracting and the workers in it. Because it's all about outsourcing good company outsourcing and workers outsourcing already regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. However, it is very unfortunate because of the lack of legal knowledge of workers and the lack of supervision from the government, so often the rights of workers are taken away by rogue companies. Legal protection from the government is needed in the form of strict supervision and action against companies that take away workers' rights. Things like this are intended to provide a sense of security and comfort for workers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, both at work and in the workers' families.

Abstract

The electoral system in Indonesia has not changed too much because it still uses proportional, starting from a closed proportional system (close list PR) to an open proportional system (open list PR). The phenomenon that occurs in elections with an open proportional system has been carried out since after the amendment to the 1945 Constitution with various regulations issued one after another. Both of these systems raise pros and cons in society. In order to prevent multiple interpretations, it is necessary to have an understanding of the development of a proportional system in legislative elections in Indonesia, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each of these systems, so that people can find out the reasons for choosing the electoral system in Indonesia. At present the debate regarding the 2024 general election system (Election) has re-emerged along with the judicial review of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections to the Constitutional Court (MK). Considering that the electoral system is an important aspect of holding elections, the 2024 election system that will be used later must be completed as soon as possible. The approach used in this research is normative juridical. Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan hasil kerja yang telah dicapai dalam proses pembelajaran ketika seorang guru selesai melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan menilai hasil belajar siswa di kelas. Keberhasilan pendidikan disekolah sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja gurunya, disamping itu guru juga harus memiliki kinerja yang baik dan dituntut memiliki komitmen serta konsep diri yang baik dalam membimbing dan melatih siswa di kelas. Kinerja seorang guru yang berkualitas akan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran, mutu lulusan, mutu pendidikan dan pencapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar serta evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar di kelas. Kinerja Guru dilihat dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian ini seluruh guru yang mengajaar di SDS RK Xaverius Namorambe.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawacara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru di SDS RK Xaverius Namorambe dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 84,26%, dalam aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 88,52%, dan dalam aspek evaluasi pembelajaran dengan kategori tinggi dengan persentase 85,83%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru di SDS RK Xaverius Namorambe masuk dalam kategori tinggi

Abstract

This study is a descriptive qualitative research. Where to discuss a famous piece of literature by Ellen White challenging young people to adhere to the principles present-day life and the life promised by God in the beyond. According to this study, young people need to have noble dreams, be able to carry the light of Christ, have a wide range of desires, and become soldiers of Christ—that is, actively participate in serving God. The steps to achieve high and noble goals are written in this article. Thus, the young people can ultimately achieve both the lofty and noble goals of life in this world and of the much greater life that God will bestow.

Abstract

is a big phenomenon, the implementation of elections in developed and developing countries, elections are a means of people's sovereignty in choosing and also facilitating the change of power in a peaceful way, however the election process is carried out in various ways, from those carried out in an honest and fair way , until it is carried out in a way that is full of violations and fraud, in practice in the years of holding elections and elections which are commonly called political years, it is not uncommon for conflicts to occur between people which even result in hostilities in the community resulting from the emergence of cases of fake news (hoaxes). ) and hate speech. Law enforcement should be able to control the political situation and firmly give punishment to violators. Public trust in election results should be maintained by all parties who have an interest on the moral and ethical foundations that have long been instilled from generation to generation, so as to realize the implementation of independent, honest and fair elections as mandated by the election law. Abstract

Fascinating phrases have distinct connotations, including the usage of figurative language to describe thoughts in song lyrics. This research examined at the metaphorical language of an Olivia Rodrigo song's lyrics. The study's objective is to determine the different forms of figurative language contained in Olivia Rodrigo Songs and examine the meaning of figurative speech in Olivia Rodrigo Songs from Album “Sour”. In the analysis, Sour is the debut studio album by Olivia Rodrigo, an American singer-songwriter. It was released by Geffen Records on May 21, 2021. Rodrigo wrote the album with producer Dan Nigro and recorded it during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown seclusion. Ffigurative refers to the use of words in ways that deviate from their traditional order or meaning to convey complex meaning, fascinating sentences, clarity, or evocative comparisons. Use regular phrases refer to something without saying it directly. The data were taken from Olivia Rodrigo Songs. Knickerbocker and Reninger's (1963) theory was utilized to analyse the data, while Leech (1981) and Johnson (2003:4) theory was used to examine the meaning of figures of speech employed. The analysis was done by applying descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with observation and noted taking techniques to acquire data. This study discovered there were 4 categories of figurative language and 2 forms of figurative meaning.
