Abstract

The Regional Government is the regional head as an element in the implementation of Regional Government in charge of leading the implementation of the government element into an autonomous regional authority. In order for the implementation of government affairs to be carried out, it must be based on the principles of good governance. Good governance is the implementation of management that is responsible and runs with efficient democratic principles. Basically, this is a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and being carried out together and can be accounted for. One of the roles of the regional government is in the scope of guidance and supervision of the implementation of regional government in accordance with the mandate of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 20 of 2001.

Abstract

This research gave insight on Mirabel's conflicts and personality as depicted in the movie Encanto. In this study, the qualitative method was used to give more details and explained a simple summary of the conflicts and her personality as represented by the id, ego, and superego as the main human personality structures. It was investigated by using Kenney's (1966) conflicts theory as well as Freud's psychoanalysis theory (1896). Mirabel's internal conflict was illustrated when she tried to accept that she did not have any gift as she was unlucky girl. External conflicts included Mirabel versus Abuela, her mother, her sibling, nature and society. The conflicts led the researchers to three main personalities. The Id's personality is the humans have in order to get as much pleasure as possible. Mirabel's impulsive and anger behavior demonstrates the id. The ego's function is to find a realistic way to meet the demands. Mirabel’s ego was revealed when she ignored her heartbreak. The superego, which is idealistic, acts to restrain the will of the id and oblige the ego to act morally. Mirabel's super-ego was revealed when she requested an apology.

Abstract

English teachers' perceptions of interactive learning multimedia and differentiated learning are important to know, considering that they are part of the independent curriculum. This study aims to find out English teachers' perceptions of interactive learning multimedia and to find out English teachers' perceptions of differentiated learning. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The respondents of this research were 22 English teachers. The data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows that (1) there are still many teachers who have not made interactive learning media multimedia, (2) there are still many teachers who have not participated in training or workshops on making interactive learning multimedia, (3) there are still many teachers who have not made learning materials based on differentiated learning principles, (4) and there are still many teachers who have not participated in training on making differentiated learning materials. Thus, the recommendation from this study is that there is a need for training or workshops on making interactive learning multimedia and differentiated learning for English teachers in Dompu district organized by the local education office, the English subject teachers' meeting (MGMP), or higher education institutions (campus/university).

Abstract

Gunungsewu is one of the areas that has the second largest karst landscape in Indonesia. The diversity of morphology in the karst hill area makes this area interesting for research, especially by researchers in the field of geology. In the western region towards Gunung Kidul the formation of karst produces a morphology in the form of conical hills and in the eastern region towards Pacitan produces a morphology dominated by the formation of vertical caves. The Pacitan area is still limited in terms of information on the characteristics of the limestones that make it up, including the fossils that make up the limestones in this area. This paper describes the diversity of foraminifera fossils that make up the Wonosari and Oyo formations. Comparison of samples from the two formations, both planktonic and benthic fossils, shows the age and depositional environment of these two formations. The diversity of foraminifera fossils found in these two formations provides a new perspective on the age order in the Gunungsewu karst area. The presence of abundant Groborotalia mayeri fossils in both formations, which are well preserved, indicates that the Pacitan karst area was formed in the Middle Miocene. Meanwhile, the presence of benthic fossils indicates a deep littoral to neritic depositional environment from the Wonosari Formation and the Oyo Formation

Abstract

Indigenous land disputes are not new anymore because in every region or area of customary law communities there are bound to be customary land disputes. Therefore this study aims to determine the role of the village head in resolving customary land disputes in Lugom Village, Yugungwi District, Lanny Jaya District and to determine the obstacles experienced by the village head in resolving customary land disputes in Lugom Village, Yugungwi District, Lanny Jaya District. The method used in this study is normative and empirical juridical, namely an approach that refers to legal norms contained in laws and regulations, library materials, written regulations or other legal materials that are secondary in nature and also looks at the facts that happened in the field. The results of this study reveal that the role of the village head in resolving customary land disputes in Lugom Village, Yugungwi District, Lanny Jaya Regency is very important with regard to the rights and obligations in the life of an indigenous community where a village head is required to be able to play an active role in holding his leadership so that he can manage community members properly, safely and regularly, if there are problems or disputes that occur among their customary communities, the village head acts as a mediator to resolve these problems or disputes, acts to restore peace within their customary communities and the factors that cause customary land disputes in the village Lugom, Yugungwi District, Lanny Jaya Regency, that is, there is overlapping customary land ownership whether the land is used for personal use, such as a place to live or shelter, or the land is used in groups or together, such as a place for farming and development. cattle stock, where fellow indigenous people claim that it is their land while the other party also states that the land is theirs, then a dispute arises over the customary land.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the demand for labor in large and medium industries in Sumatra. The determinants of labor demand in this study are the Regional Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Total Labor Force. The minimum wage is one of the determining variables because the sample in this study are production workers. The data used is industrial survey panel data for 2010-2019 for 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The structural model that has been estimated for each industry and has been tested significantly is REM. The estimation results show that the provincial minimum wage, gross regional domestic product and the size of the workforce have a positive and significant effect on employment. In medium industries, the estimation results show that the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect, gross regional domestic product has a positive and significant effect, the size of the workforce has a negative effect but is not significant.

Abstract

The main objective of this scientific article is to identify, explain and conduct an analysis study of the influence of transformational leaders and the work environment on employee performance strategies. The research method used in writing this article is to use the literature review method by collecting several article reference materials to review and analyze the contents of the topic of discussion that has the same correlation with the research article being studied. Based on the results of the analysis and interpretation of the results of the research article, a conclusion can be drawn that the type of transformational leadership is a suitable leadership style to be applied by a leader in the present/digitalization period which tends to be oriented towards employee development and providing massive motivation also proves that the work environment plays a role in building employee performance strategies which simultaneously have an influence on employee performance strategies.

Abstract

Project management application is an application designed to help and facilitate project management. This project management application is a new breakthrough in terms of project management and as an alternative to desktop-based project management applications because it has the advantage of a real time system or can be monitored remotely at any time. This application focuses on the tasks assigned by the project head to employees or project staff. to be clear in the division of tasks and can be completed on time. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based project management application that focuses on the project management process so that the project is completed as expected. The benefit of developing this application is to help project management so that the project becomes more organized, easier and faster to complete. The tasks to be carried out are clear and directed to the employees.

Abstract

Information system project management is an activity of available resources from an information system solution development project so that a solution system can be produced that meets the stated objectives. Information system project resources referred to here include human resources, work equipment and facilities (both hardware and software), funds, and logistics. Information systems project management controls three aspects of an information systems project, namely product, time, and cost. Products produced by information system projects are determined to have features according to design, meet predetermined performance limits and are easy to maintain. “The project must be completed within a predetermined timeframe with a tolerable level of success and cost according to the budget.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of work life, self-confidence and corporate culture can improve an employee's performance. The research method used is literature study, where information is collected from several reliable sources. The results of the study show that a good quality of work life can improve employee performance by creating a healthy and comfortable work environment. This can motivate employees to work more productively and creatively in their tasks. In addition, high employee selfconfidence can have a positive impact on their performance. Employees who are confident in their abilities are more likely to take initiative and take risks to achieve better results. Good corporate culture can also affect employee performance. A positive corporate culture can create a harmonious and supportive work environment that can motivate employees to work better and achieve more satisfying results. In short, it can be said that the quality of work life, self-confidence and corporate culture play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies must provide a healthy and comfortable work environment, provide opportunities for employees to develop themselves and pay attention to the values and norms contained in the corporate culture. In this way, employee performance can improve and better results can be achieved.
