Abstract

Environmental issues, driven by the growing number of industries, including food production, are a pressing concern. This research focuses on introducing green product principles to producers of Talas Beneng chips, a traditional Banten snack, to address the environmental impact of their production processes. Despite the popularity of Talas Beneng-based products, improper waste management during production poses ecological risks. This study emphasizes the urgency of educating small-scale producers on sustainable practices to minimize environmental harm. The initiative involved structured stages: initial surveys, field visits, literature reviews, socialization, education, and evaluation. The program successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of green products, highlighting the importance of sustainable production to mitigate environmental damage. Abstract

The phrase where there is society there is law (ubi societas ibi ius) and "Indonesia is a state of law", means that the consequences of all society's activities must be based on law, including industrial relations activities. Industrial relations, such as: pre-employment, during employment and post employment, are regulated by labor law. Residents of Carenang Village are in contact with industrial relations activities due to their proximity to the East Serang industrial zone. Therefore, it has become a target village in labor law socialization activities, as well as being a location for KKM Group 61 service at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.

This research explores the unique perspective of the Baduy indigenous community onIndonesian elections. While voting is a constitutional right for all citizens, the Baduy peopleview the electoral process through the lens of their deeply rooted cultural philosophy. Theyadhere to the principle of lunang ("following the winner"), signifying their willingness toaccept and support the elected leader with an open heart. This study argues that theirpractice of ngasuh ratu/raja and ngayak menak (guiding and obeying the leader) reveals aprofound form of civic engagement that prioritizes community harmony and nationalstability over partisan politics. This challenges conventional understandings of democraticparticipation and offers a valuable perspective on the importance of cultural context inpolitical processes.

The results of the counseling showed that the response of the counseling participants to the activities was very good. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Ogan Komering Ulu in participating in interactive discussions both by asking and answering questions about the counseling theme. During the counseling activities, it was not only carried out one way, the students of SMA Negeri 3 Ogan Komering Ulu played a very active role in asking questions so that the expected discussion could be carried out well. The legal counseling participants already understand the mode of human trafficking in the digital realm. This can be seen during the question and answer process and quizzes where most students understand the material related to human trafficking. The quiz was carried out through the Kahoot! application.
