Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of an Organic Banana Chips House business using business feasibility measurement aspects, namely legal aspects, market aspects, finance, engineering/operations, management, economics and social. Apart from using these aspects, measuring business feasibility also uses the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and the data source used is the primary data source in the form of interviews with the owner of the Rumah Organik Banana Chips business. Based on the business feasibility analysis using BCR at Rumah Organic Banana Chips, a measurement result of 0.95 was obtained, which means this business is categorized as a business worth maintaining in accordance with Faradiba & Musmulyadi (2020) which states that if BCR>0 then the business is worth maintaining

Abstract

Examining employee engagement with a view to job satisfaction through mediated Job Security is the aim of this study. All respondent who have made worked from Senior High School and who meet the criteria listed constitute the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used to select 58 respondents. Data collection methods rely on survey methods, with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The statistical program was used for causal qualitative analysis. Employee Engagement (X1) and Job Security (X2), are variables exogen and endogen variable is job satisfaction (Y) to this study. This study uses Smartpls program to process and analyze data. The results showed that Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Security had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction which was mediated by Job Security for the teaching staff.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to investigate the influence of teacher workload on students' academic achievement, particularly within the unique framework of science, technology, and Buddhism. Employing a phenomenological research model, the study delves into the lived experiences of teachers and students in educational settings infused with Buddhist principles alongside science and technology education. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling, selecting participants with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Data analysis follows thematic analysis methods, identifying patterns and themes within the collected narratives. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between teacher workload, students' academic outcomes, and the integration of Buddhist perspectives within the curriculum. Understanding these dynamics can offer insights into optimizing teaching practices and curriculum design to enhance student learning outcomes in science, technology, and Buddhist-oriented educational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data, with a research sample of 76 respondents from CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim and uses the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The Work Environment partially has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention.Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research aims to explore the efficacy of AI-driven marketing solutions in facilitating ethical product branding within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research adopts a descriptive model, employing purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse range of MSMEs engaged in ethical product branding practices. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis to identify patterns and insights from qualitative data. The study aims to unveil the impact of AI-driven marketing strategies on enhancing sustainability and ethical branding efforts among MSMEs. Results are expected to shed light on the effectiveness of these solutions in fostering responsible consumerism and promoting sustainable business practices within the MSME sector, thereby contributing to the discourse on ethical marketing and sustainable development.

Employing a qualitative approach, the study adopts a mixed-method model combining interviews and case studies. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to select participants representing diverse MSMEs. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes. The findings reveal a multifaceted understanding of sustainable digital marketing integration, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and best practices within MSMEs. Insights garnered from this research contribute to a deeper comprehension of sustainable digital marketing strategies tailored for MSMEs, thereby fostering their resilience and competitiveness in contemporary markets.

Abstract

The influence of organizational culture on employee performance at BPJS Employment Bangkalan is discussed in this research. Employees can be inspired, motivated, and guided to achieve company goals effectively through a strong and healthy organizational culture. Based on previous research, this study tries to investigate how company culture influences employee performance. Literature review is the research method used. This approach uses various literature sources, including books, journals, and other scientific publications, to collect data. The findings of this research can be used to find out how much influence organizational culture at BPJS Employment Bangkalan has on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and communication at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office and its influence on job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research model uses a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 83 permanent employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office staff. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously and partially influence Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline and Communication both have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that companies can improve Work Discipline, Communication and Job Satisfaction so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between Social Media Marketing Activities, Brand Experience, Brand Reputation, and Brand Equity towards Purchase Intention on the brand. A survey method was employed to collect data from respondents who are customers of the brand in the JABODETABEK area. The sample consisted of 180 respondents, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS was utilized to test the proposed hypotheses. The data collection technique employed purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate a significant positive correlation between Social Media Marketing Activities, Brand Experience, Brand Reputation, Brand Equity, and customers' Purchase Intention. This underscores the importance for Uniqlo to address these issues through improved marketing strategies, consistency in customer experience, reputation enhancement, and efforts to build strong brand equity. Uniqlo can enhance brand awareness, strengthen interaction with potential customers, build trust, increase customer preference, and ultimately boost consumers' intention to purchase its products. The managerial implications of this research highlight the importance of enhancing Social Media Marketing Activities, strengthening Brand Experience, building a good Brand Reputation, and continuously innovating to enhance Brand Equity. These findings provide valuable insights for marketing managers in designing effective strategies to increase sales and strengthen the brand's position in the market.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of segmenting and targeting on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening survey variable for consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. This research used a sample of 220 consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikalaya. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Segmenting and Targeting on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya both partially and simultaneously, meaning that the more focused segmenting and targeting is applied to CIO Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya, purchasing decisions will increase so that consumer satisfaction will also increase
