Abstract

This study has the main objective, namely to find out how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Primkoppabri branch of Brebes. This research uses quantitative research with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The population used in this research is Primkoppabri employees, totaling 74 employees. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample where all the number of employees is used in the sample. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the t test show that the job training variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (2.618 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.011 <0.05. The variable of work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (6.428 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05. Then through the F test it is known that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance with F count > F table (84.066 > 2.50). Adjuster R square of 70.4% indicates that job training and work motivation variables affect employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of love of money (X1), Machiavellian (X2), tax rates (X3), understanding of taxation (X4) and self-assessment system (X5) on tax evasion (Y) and tax sanctions (Z) as moderating variable, for individual taxpayers who are active and registered at the Kediri Primary Tax Office in 2023. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with moderating variables (MRA). The sampling technique uses random sampling and determines the number of samples of 100 WPOP obtained from the calculation of the Slovin Formula. The results of the study show that love of money, Machiavellianism, tax rates, understanding of taxation and the self-assessment system have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion. The test results of the variable moderation of tax sanctions are able to weaken the Machiavellian influence, tax rates and understanding of taxation on tax evasion actions, while the role of moderation of tax sanctions in the influence of love of money and self assessment systems on tax evasion actions is able to strengthen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on performance, the effect of the work environment on performance and the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and relate to the problem being studied with a sample size of 47 people. The results of the research show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.03 indicating that the influence it has is negative on the independent variable. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a significance level of 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.044 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how relationship marketing and product quality influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Zahdan Kamal Sentosa catering. This research a quantitative descriptive research type using AMOS 22 Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) analysis. The population used in this research is catering customer in 2022 with a total of 143 respondents. The results showed that relationship marketing had a positive effect on cunsomer satisfaction and customer loyalty with a CR value of 2.279 and 2.958 (CR ≥ 1.96) respectively and a probability value of 0.003 and 0.023 (P ≤ 0.05). Product quality variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a CR value 2.867 (CR ≥ 1.96) and the probability value is 0.004 (p ≤ 0.05). The product quality variable does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty because the CR value is 1.239 (CR ≤ 1.96) and the probability is 0.215 (p ≥ 0.05). the consumer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on loyalty customer with a CR value of 2.294 (CR ≥ 1.96) and a probability value of 0.022 (p ≤ 0.05).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of paying Land and Building Tax for the development of an area because tax revenue is used as an instrument for increasing welfare and can be used for the development of the country, be it facilities, services or other government efforts. Land and building tax is an important income for each region, therefore each local government has its own way of optimizing local revenue from the land and building tax sector. This research aims to find out how much influence service and income have on compliance. This study uses a quantitative method, with primary and secondary data for the 2021 tax year which will be paid in 2022. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 92 respondents. The analytical method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The research results show that the service variable has no influence on compliance, while the income variable has an influence on compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of providing additional employee income on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The sample in this study were all employees who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The data in this research was collected using a survey research method, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who work at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research results will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that additional employee income has an effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

Abstract

Employee performance measures the success of an organization in achieving its mission and completing a task. The work culture must be designed in such a way that it achieves the goals of the organization and at the same time realizes the individual goals of employees. Competence can affect the improvement of the performance of an employee when the employee has good competence in a professional attitude such as having a cooperative relationship with a colleague in completing a job. The research method used in this research is statistical quantitative. The population in this study is the entire employee of NISD & Partners with a total population of 36 employees. The data collection technique used is a survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The research uses data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test. Data analysis uses the IMB program SPSS Statistic Ver. 25. The results of this study show that work culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

PT. xxx is a company that operates in the business of processing wood in the form of logs into layers that are ready to be marketed. The purpose of this research is to determine employee Take Home Pay after receiving incidental income in the form of overtime pay and bonuses. The sampling technique in this research used the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using interviews and documentation methods.The research results show that determining bonuses using the TOPSIS method is different from before the TOPSIS method was used. With this, the Take Home Pay that employees receive before implementing TOPSIS is very different from after implementing the TOPSIS method.
