Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Good Corporate Governance, Firm Age, and Leverage on Firm Value. This study's sample consists of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the LQ45 Index from 2014 to 2018. This study relies on secondary data. The technique used for data analysis is quantitative analysis. Panel Data Regression with the Fixed Effect Model was used as the analytical method. The findings indicate that Good Corporate Governance by proxy of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and the Audit Committee do not affect the Firm's value. Firm Age and Leverage, on the other hand, impact Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Career Development on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction as a Variable Mediator. The population used in this study were employees of PT Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik with a total sample of 84 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3. This study shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction can mediate workload on turnover intention, and job satisfaction can mediate career development on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price, promotion, product quality and consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. The sample used in this study is the people of the DKI Jakarta area who have bought the HAUS! beverage product. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results showed that (1) price had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (p-value 0.025) (2) promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (p-value 0.005) (3) product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (p-value <0.001) (4) consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (p-value 0.009).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction on One Pintu Coffee Customers in Bandung. This research uses explanatory research. The population of this research is customers who are or have used One Door services and products with a total of 100 respondents. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (5) Simultaneously Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at One Pintu Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, knowledge sharing and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 100 employees. the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Work Environment has no influence on Employee Performance. (3) Knowledge Sharing has no effect on Employee Performance. (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on the Performance of the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency Employees.

Abstract

The objective of this study was how to increase the market performance of micro and, small, medium enterprises in Kampung Wisata Tegalwaru Bogor. We examine the effect of relationship marketing and sustainable competitiveness advantage on market performance. On the other hand, this study also examined sustainable competitive advantage as moderating variables. The survey was conducted by distributing the questionnaires to 50 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME). The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling with a purposive technique. The results indicate that relationship marketing was influenced significantly by sustainable competitiveness advantage. Relationship marketing was influenced significantly by market performance. Sustainable competitiveness advantage was influenced significantly by market performance. Sustainable competitiveness advantage was the mediate relationship between relationship marketing to market performance. This research implies that companies can create sustainable competitive advantage for company managers as a strategic step by identifying competitors who can positively influence the implementation of management strategies that are expected to improve marketing performance to achieve sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

This study examined the effect of professional commitment and spirituality-based motivation on lecturer performance. The survey method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 lecturers of YARSI University. The results showed that spirituality-based motivation had a positive and significant effect on professional commitment, spirituality-based motivation had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, and professional commitment had a positive and significant effect. Professional commitment mediates spirituality-based motivation on the performance of lecturers at YARSI University. The implications of this research are to develop professionalism in a sustainable manner by carrying out reflective and communication actions to develop the profession and apply it in the teaching and learning process as a form of good performance or self-performance. This research contributes to improving the performance of lecturers who are relevant to their respective fields so that students can obtain additional knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their education

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service satisfaction, price, and location on customer satisfaction. The type of examination is quantitative exploration, with the client population of Kampoeng SPA in the Sumenep, Madura. The testing strategy in this exploration is a purposive testing method. Information was collected using surveys, interviews, perception, and documentation methods. The information tests used are Illustrated Insights, Exploration Instrument Tests, Traditional Assumptions Tests, Tests for Various Straight Relapse Conditions, and Suitability Tests. The results of this study indicate that the quality, cost, and extent of consumer loyalty in Kampoeng SPA as a whole affect consumer loyalty in Kampoeng SPA. Judging from the t-test shows that the administrative quality factors, costs, and area as a whole influence consumer loyalty. This research can be a benchmark for Kampoeng SPA in the Sumenep Regime to retain consumers to buy their products. The success of Kampoeng SPA employees and owners in the Sumenep Regime in determining prices, selecting locations, and providing service forms following consumer wants and needs and satisfying consumers

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of GCG (Governance Code Guidelines) and leverage on the financial performance of construction and building firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. The research involved 22 firms in the building construction sector, and data collection utilized a purposive sampling method to examine eight selected firms. The analysis method employed was Multiple Linear Regression. The findings indicate that the Independent Board of Commissioners has no significant effect on financial performance, whereas GCG (Board of Directors) negatively influences Financial Performance. Additionally, Leverage (DER and DAR) impacts Financial Performance. Firm management can use GCG and leverage as strategic tools to enhance financial performance and communicate this information to the market. Firms implementing good corporate governance and showcasing concern for the environment can receive incentives or reputation benefits from the community, which can further improve their financial performance

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on firm value, with commodity prices as a moderating variable. Causal research was employed, and 23 companies were selected as samples using purposive sampling at the IDX. Secondary data from these companies were used for analysis, and panel data analysis with e-views was applied. The findings reveal that liquidity and profitability do not significantly influence firm value, while capital structure has a significant effect on firm value. Commodity prices moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value, but not for liquidity and capital structure. The study's implications suggest that coal mining companiesˑneed to carefullyˑconsider decisions that affect theirˑvalue, particularly regarding investment funding through the management of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity. For investors, it is crucial to make informed decisions based on firm value and performance, considering financial reports and stock price developments at IDX
