Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the human resource capacity of the Bantaragung Majalengka Tourism Village managers through training in creative content and digital marketing campaign strategies. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved participants through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The activities included training in digital content creation, social media management, and designing digital campaigns based on hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pre-test score of 58.0 increasing to 80.4 in the post-test, an increase of 38.6%. In addition, participants were able to produce more creative content and began implementing digital marketing strategies independently. The impact of implementation was seen in the increase in the tourism village's social media activity, including the number of posts, user interactions, and follower growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity was to transfer knowledge to the PKK women of Tidore Village. The stages of implementing community service activities were observation and initial interviews, determining solutions to partner problems, implementing activities, and evaluating. There were two materials provided in this activity, namely “The Impact of Nutritional Inadequacy Which Can Lead to Stunting Conditions” and “Nutritional Benefits of Fish and Processing Techniques.” In addition to providing material, there was also a practice of diversifying fishery products from Decapterus sp. into high-value processed products, namely dragon leg, which was expected to increase fish consumption and contribute to reducing stunting rates. According to the evaluation results, this service activity could increase the knowledge and skills of PKK women about the benefits of fish consumption for child development and pregnant women. Activities like this are expected to continue to be carried out regularly so as to contribute to the prevention of stunting in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the communication experiences of adolescents engaging in self-harm in Pekanbaru City using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six participants selected using a snowball technique. The findings reveal that communication experiences are formed within four main contexts: family, peers, romantic partners, and community. Supportive, open, and empathetic communication both verbal and nonverbal, emerges as a protective factor that enhances emotional stability and reduces self-harm tendencies. In contrast, negative communication such as verbal abuse, emotional neglect, social exclusion, and abusive relationships intensifies feelings of isolation, low self-worth, and psychological vulnerability. Additionally, communities serve as alternative spaces that can support recovery, although they may also present risks of social rejection. Thus, the quality of interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in shaping relational experiences and the dynamics of self-harm among adolescents.

Abstract

This research examines the  effect  of  Green Organizational  Culture (GOC) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Green Performance (KH) at the authorized  dealer of Toyota TAA Palembang. Within the context of the automotive industry facing increasing pressure to adopt environmentally sustainable practices, GOC and  GHRM  serve as critical determinants in enchancing GP within the organization. This study employed a quantiative approach using a a survey method with a quesionaire administrated to all 46 employees of the authorized dealer Toyota TAA Palembang, applying a total  sampling (sensus) technique. The findings demonstrated that both GOC dan GHRM have a positive and significant  effect on GP. Notably, the results revealed that GHRM exerts a dominant influence compared to GOC on GP. Simultaneously, both variables collectively explained 52.4% of the variance in GP. This study offers valuable insights for automotive dealership management to develop strategic GHRM interventions, particularly through technical training on hazardous waste handling and the implementation of reward systems based on GP achievement, in order to enhance organizational competitiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore financial management practices in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and understand the meaning, experiences, and strategies used by entrepreneurs in managing finances. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the subjective experiences of SME entrepreneurs. Data sources were collected through several stages of data collection from SME entrepreneurs selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The results reveal several key themes, namely limited understanding of financial management, mixing personal and business finances, the influence of social and cultural factors, experience-based adaptive strategies, and the low utilization of digital technology in financial management. These findings indicate that SME financial practices are not only influenced by technical factors but also by social, cultural, and psychological aspects

Abstract

The increasing elderly population in Indonesia demands integrated health and social services. Posyandu Lansia plays a strategic role for society, yet Posyandu Lansia Lenggono RW 25 Mojosongo lacked a comprehensive model covering physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. This project aimed to develop a community-based service model using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, including needs assessment, model design, cadre training, implementation, and evaluation. Results show elderly participation increased from 35% to 72%, while cadre capacity improved by 48% based on post-test scores. The model integrates elderly exercise, health and psychosocial counseling, spiritual guidance, reminiscence therapy, home visits, and a structured data recording system. These findings confirm that community-based approaches effectively improve service quality. Cadre involvement, family support, and institutional backing are key to sustainability, and the model is replicable in other areas
