Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the human resource capacity of the Bantaragung Majalengka Tourism Village managers through training in creative content and digital marketing campaign strategies. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved participants through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The activities included training in digital content creation, social media management, and designing digital campaigns based on hands-on practice. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average pre-test score of 58.0 increasing to 80.4 in the post-test, an increase of 38.6%. In addition, participants were able to produce more creative content and began implementing digital marketing strategies independently. The impact of implementation was seen in the increase in the tourism village's social media activity, including the number of posts, user interactions, and follower growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity was to transfer knowledge to the PKK women of Tidore Village. The stages of implementing community service activities were observation and initial interviews, determining solutions to partner problems, implementing activities, and evaluating. There were two materials provided in this activity, namely “The Impact of Nutritional Inadequacy Which Can Lead to Stunting Conditions” and “Nutritional Benefits of Fish and Processing Techniques.” In addition to providing material, there was also a practice of diversifying fishery products from Decapterus sp. into high-value processed products, namely dragon leg, which was expected to increase fish consumption and contribute to reducing stunting rates. According to the evaluation results, this service activity could increase the knowledge and skills of PKK women about the benefits of fish consumption for child development and pregnant women. Activities like this are expected to continue to be carried out regularly so as to contribute to the prevention of stunting in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the communication experiences of adolescents engaging in self-harm in Pekanbaru City using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six participants selected using a snowball technique. The findings reveal that communication experiences are formed within four main contexts: family, peers, romantic partners, and community. Supportive, open, and empathetic communication both verbal and nonverbal, emerges as a protective factor that enhances emotional stability and reduces self-harm tendencies. In contrast, negative communication such as verbal abuse, emotional neglect, social exclusion, and abusive relationships intensifies feelings of isolation, low self-worth, and psychological vulnerability. Additionally, communities serve as alternative spaces that can support recovery, although they may also present risks of social rejection. Thus, the quality of interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in shaping relational experiences and the dynamics of self-harm among adolescents.

Abstract

This research examines the  effect  of  Green Organizational  Culture (GOC) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Green Performance (KH) at the authorized  dealer of Toyota TAA Palembang. Within the context of the automotive industry facing increasing pressure to adopt environmentally sustainable practices, GOC and  GHRM  serve as critical determinants in enchancing GP within the organization. This study employed a quantiative approach using a a survey method with a quesionaire administrated to all 46 employees of the authorized dealer Toyota TAA Palembang, applying a total  sampling (sensus) technique. The findings demonstrated that both GOC dan GHRM have a positive and significant  effect on GP. Notably, the results revealed that GHRM exerts a dominant influence compared to GOC on GP. Simultaneously, both variables collectively explained 52.4% of the variance in GP. This study offers valuable insights for automotive dealership management to develop strategic GHRM interventions, particularly through technical training on hazardous waste handling and the implementation of reward systems based on GP achievement, in order to enhance organizational competitiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore financial management practices in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and understand the meaning, experiences, and strategies used by entrepreneurs in managing finances. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the subjective experiences of SME entrepreneurs. Data sources were collected through several stages of data collection from SME entrepreneurs selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The results reveal several key themes, namely limited understanding of financial management, mixing personal and business finances, the influence of social and cultural factors, experience-based adaptive strategies, and the low utilization of digital technology in financial management. These findings indicate that SME financial practices are not only influenced by technical factors but also by social, cultural, and psychological aspects

Abstract

The increasing elderly population in Indonesia demands integrated health and social services. Posyandu Lansia plays a strategic role for society, yet Posyandu Lansia Lenggono RW 25 Mojosongo lacked a comprehensive model covering physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. This project aimed to develop a community-based service model using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, including needs assessment, model design, cadre training, implementation, and evaluation. Results show elderly participation increased from 35% to 72%, while cadre capacity improved by 48% based on post-test scores. The model integrates elderly exercise, health and psychosocial counseling, spiritual guidance, reminiscence therapy, home visits, and a structured data recording system. These findings confirm that community-based approaches effectively improve service quality. Cadre involvement, family support, and institutional backing are key to sustainability, and the model is replicable in other areas

Abstract

Desa Giri Mulya, Kecamatan Ulu Talo, memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi jahe sebagai komoditas pertanian unggulan. Namun, selama ini hasil panen jahe hanya dijual dalam bentuk mentah dengan harga yang relatif rendah, sehingga belum mampu memberikan nilai tambah signifikan bagi pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keuangan warga melalui pemanfaatan hasil pertanian jahe menjadi produk olahan bernilai jual tinggi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan pengolahan jahe menjadi berbagai produk (serbuk jahe instan, jahe merah bubuk, dan minuman jahe kemasan), pendampingan pemasaran, dan evaluasi hasil. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta yang terdiri dari petani jahe, ibu rumah tangga, dan pemuda desa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan produk, terbentuknya jaringan pemasaran melalui media sosial, dan kenaikan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar 35% dalam tiga bulan pasca kegiatan. PKM ini membuktikan bahwa pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam implementasi kurikulum Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI), namun praktik di lapangan masih menunjukkan keterbatasan integrasi teknologi dan dominasi metode konvensional. PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi dan keterampilan dosen serta mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan AI secara pedagogis, sekaligus mendorong integrasinya dalam pembelajaran berbasis KKNI di STT Reformasi Wamena. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendampingan partisipatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan penggunaan AI, serta kemampuan dosen dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam perangkat pembelajaran. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemandirian dan kualitas hasil belajar. Proses pembelajaran mengalami pergeseran menuju pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan student-centered. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi variasi literasi digital dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penguatan kebijakan institusi untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis AI yang adaptif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of peer counselors in providing education and psychosocial support for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) through the utilization of the VIDA Digital Platform. The method used was a participatory approach with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest–posttest). The activity was carried out through several stages, including participant recruitment, pre-test, training and education, role-playing sessions, and post-test evaluation. A total of 56 students from Universitas Negeri Gorontalo participated as peer counselor candidates. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and understanding, indicated by an increase in average scores from moderate in the pre-test to good and very good categories in the post-test. In addition, participants demonstrated improved empathetic communication skills and readiness to provide psychosocial support. The introduction of the VIDA Digital Platform further enhanced participants’ ability to deliver technology-based services

Abstract

Written This community engagement program aims to enhance Islamic financial literacy for the fishing community in Binaan Lazismu Village, Palopo City, through a collaboration between Lazismu Palopo and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The low understanding of Islamic finance among coastal communities has limited the utilization of formal financial services, particularly regarding savings, financing, and other sharia-based financial instruments. The implementation method included interactive workshops, group discussions, demonstrations of Islamic banking products, and assistance in preparing simple family budgeting plans. The results show an increase in participants’ knowledge of Islamic financial principles, understanding of sharia banking contracts, and awareness of planned family financial management. Participants also expressed interest in utilizing Islamic savings products and digital banking services introduced during the session. The activity successfully strengthened Islamic financial literacy and encouraged financial inclusion in coastal communities. Follow-up programs are needed to ensure sustainable financial behavior change
