Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance residents of Candirejo Hamlet, Mojokerto's understanding and skills in managing hypertension and diabetes mellitus by utilizing educational media, including Healthy Snakes and Ladders and a Daily Workbook. This program was implemented with an approach involving the participation of community service workers, students, cadres, and the community. Traditional games were modified into interactive learning tools that contained information on diet, physical activity, and medication adherence. A daily workbook was used to record participants' healthy lifestyle habits. A total of 30 participants participated in a series of activities, including education, game sessions, and blood pressure and random blood sugar checks. The results of the pre-post analysis showed an increase in self-care knowledge, as well as a decrease in average systolic blood pressure from 148 to 136 mmHg and random blood sugar levels from 198 to 170 mg/dL. This program has proven effective in increasing community engagement and health outcomes in the short term and is recommended for sustainable implementation in Posbindu and PKK as an educational model that prioritizes promotive and preventive aspects based on local culture

Abstract

This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at mapping and synthesizing empirical evidence on the role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across both developing and developed countries. Addressing five core research questions, this review examines: (1) the influence of GCG on SME financial performance; (2) the contribution of ESG principles to SME sustainability amid global disruptions; (3) the moderating role of GCG on SME business continuity during crises; (4) the level of GCG implementation in Indonesian SMEs; and (5) the use of disruptive digital innovation to strengthen GCG and reduce corruption. A total of 20 articles sourced from the Semantic Scholar database and published between 2020 and 2026 were analyzed using the PRISMA protocol. Findings consistently indicate that GCG positively impacts SME financial performance, although this relationship is contextual and depends on profitability levels and interactions among governance mechanisms. ESG adoption enhances SME sustainability and reduces leverage manipulation, while robust GCG significantly moderates the negative effects of external crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic Human Resource Management (IHRM) in improving employee performance at PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. The background of this research is based on the challenges faced by Islamic financial institutions in managing employees with non-Islamic educational backgrounds, while the bank has a strategic mission to disseminate Islamic economic principles. The gap between sharia competency demands and employees' educational backgrounds is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed through adaptive and inclusive IHRM strategies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, conducted at the head office of PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven informants, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the interactive model by Miles et al. (2014). The results show that IHRM efforts in developing non-sharia employees are carried out through four dimensions: integrity-based inclusive recruitment, structured re-education, mentoring based on Ta'awun values, and spiritual value internalization. Abstract

The suboptimal level of patient satisfaction at Tebet Health Center underscores the necessity of enhancing Internal Service Quality (ISQ). This study aims to evaluate the contribution of E-Health (E-Puskesmas) and Primary Service Integration (ILP) toward ISQ and its subsequent impact on employee job satisfaction, while examining the moderating role of Human Resources (HR) competence. Employing a quantitative cross-sectional design, data were gathered from 100 employees through structured questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that partially, E-Puskesmas ($p$-value = 0.000; $t_{test}$ = 4.409) and ILP ($p$-value = 0.000; $t_{test}$ = 5.747) exert a significant positive influence on ISQ. Simultaneously, both variables significantly enhance ISQ ($F_{test}$ = 31.108). Furthermore, this research identifies that HR competence acts as a significant moderator ($p$-value = 0.000; $t_{test}$ = 5.221), strengthening the relationship between digital transformation, service integration, and internal quality. An improved ISQ is shown to directly increase employee job satisfaction ($p$-value = 0.000; $t_{test}$ = 4.780). In conclusion, the synergy between technological adoption, systemic integration, and personnel competence is vital for optimizing internal performance and employee well-being at Tebet Health Center.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the relationships among financial management, company valuation, and value creation, as well as the role of learning orientation and marketing performance in Private Universities (PTS) in West Java through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Out of 347 articles identified from Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda databases, 32 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The synthesis reveals that effective financial management positively contributes to company valuation through enhanced profitability and operational efficiency. Value creation, measured through Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA), is consistently influenced by the organization's learning orientation capacity in responding to competitive environmental changes. Marketing performance serves as a partial mediator between learning orientation and company valuation in the context of PTS in West Java. Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the business management competency of Darul Hikmah Vocational School Fashion Design students through business plan development training. The identified problem is the students' limited understanding of the aspects of structured business planning, despite their considerable technical skills in the fashion design field. The activity implementation method includes three stages: preparation, training implementation, and evaluation. The training was conducted business plan interactively through material delivery, case studies and group discussions, as well as hands-on practice in preparing a business plan. The results of the activity showed an increased understanding of the participants regarding the importance of structured business planning, business plan components, including market analysis, marketing strategy, financial planning, and operational management of a fashion business. Participants were able to prepare a simple, applicable business plan document in accordance with business potential in the fashion industry. This activity is expected to provide provisions for students to be able to become independent entrepreneurs after graduating from vocational high school.

Abstract

Public speaking is a crucial skill in English language learning, particularly in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts. However, many learners face challenges such as anxiety, limited exposure, and lack of structured practice. This study reports a community service activity aimed at improving English public speaking skills through speech judging training for Senior High School level. The program involves workshops, simulations, and evaluative practices. Using a mixed methods approach, data were collected through observation, performance assessment, and participant feedback. The findings reveal that integrating speech judging into training significantly enhances learners’ fluency, confidence, and critical thinking. The study suggests that community based programs can provide effective platforms for developing communicative competence in EFL

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a crucial effort in preventing disease and improving quality of life. Elementary school children are vulnerable to various diseases due to a lack of awareness regarding personal hygiene and health practices. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge of 5th-grade students at MIN 1 Bengkulu City through PHBS education. The methods included pretests, lectures using PowerPoint and demonstrations, and posttests to assess knowledge improvement. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a significant increase in knowledge (p=0.001), indicating a meaningful difference before and after education. These findings demonstrate that PHBS education effectively improves students’ understanding of maintaining cleanliness and personal health. This activity is expected to foster sustainable healthy behaviors in school and family environments

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen women-led micro-enterprises through the integration of appropriate technology and digital business practices. The program was implemented at Pempek Rumah Nenek in Medan Johor using a participatory approach involving four stages: needs identification, production and packaging assistance, financial digitalization using the YouTab application, and digital marketing activation. The results show a significant improvement in production capacity and market reach. The implementation of vacuum packaging and freezing technology extended product shelf life and enabled intercity distribution. In addition, monthly revenue increased from IDR 1.5–2 million to approximately IDR 3.5 million. The program also enhanced managerial capacity and confidence among women entrepreneurs. This study demonstrates that appropriate technology combined with participatory methods can improve the competitiveness of micro-enterprises and support inclusive digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning culture on learning motivation with perceived university quality as a mediating variable. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires to students of Cipasung University Tasikmalaya, then analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that learning culture has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation and perceived university quality. Perceived quality also has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. In addition, perceived quality is proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of learning culture on learning motivation. This study contributes in explaining the importance of learning culture and perceived quality in increasing student learning motivation, and can be a basis for universities in improving the quality of learning
