Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk kelangsungan kualitas hidup manusia. Dari pendidikanlah segala aspek kehidupan berasal. Oleh karena itu, semakin baik pendidikan suatu negara, maka semakin baik pula kemajuan negara tersebut. Namun, Kapitalisme dalam pendidikan tidak membicarakan mengenai tujuan utama pendidikan akan tetapi lebih mengutamakan keuntungan dan materil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui defenisi kapitalisme pendidikan, fenomena kapitalisme pendidikan di Indonesia, faktor potensial kapitalisme pendidikan, dampak kapitalisme dalam pendidikan, dan solusi melawan kapitalisme pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah content analysis. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah: (1) kapitalisme pendidikan adalah proses pendidikan yang berdasarkan prinsip kapitalisme dimana pemodal akan memanfaatkan pendidikan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dalam berbagai kesempatan, (2) fenomena kapitalisme pendidikan di Indonesia berupa adanya RSBI (Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional), privatisasi lembaga pendidikan, komersialisasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan bimbingan belajar tambahan, (3) faktor yang berpotensi menjadi penyebab timbulnya kapitalisasi pendidikan adalah faktor teknis tersebut diantaranya kualitas guru, rendahnya sarana fisik, mahalnya biaya pendidikan, rendahnya prestasi siswa, rendahnya kesejahteraan guru, rendahnya relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan, kurangnya pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan, (4) Kapitalisme pendidikan dapat menyebabkan hilangnya peran negara dalam pendidikan, stratifikasi masyarakat berdasarkan status sosial, terjeratnya Indonesai pada sistem kapitalisme global, akses pendidikan hanya untuk golongan elit, pendidikan hanya bisa dinikmati oleh kalangan menengah ke atas, KKN semakin tidak terelakkan, dan kapitalisme pendidikan tidak sejalan dengan traisi manusia, dan (5) Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk melawan kapitalisme pendidikan adalah Meningkatkan rekognisi kinerja pendidikan, mengoptimalkan apresiasi profesionalitas pendidik, mendorong pemenuhan anggaran pendidikan, dan memakmurkan paradigma pendidikan “kolaboratif” dan “berkeadilan sosial”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between grants and inheritance, to determine the position of the compilation of Islamic law in national law and to determine the analysis of grants that are calculated as inheritance. This study uses a sharia approach, namely a problem approach based on the Al-Quran and Hadith, as well as other agreed Islamic legal bases. The formal juridical approach is a problem approach based on the main law relating to legal principles, legal doctrine, regulations and the legal system related to the issue being discussed. And the sociological approach is to identify and conceptualize law with real and functional social institutions in real life systems. This means that the results of this research are expected to be able to answer the problems that exist in the community related to grants.

Abstract

Journal entitled wadi’ah Syirkah and Mudharabah in an Islamic perspective. The Purpose it to find out what is meant by Syirkah and Mudharabah, The legal basis of syirkah and Mudharabah, the types of syirkah and Mudharabah. The results of the study show that Syirkah is a cooperation between two or more people in a business and the consequences of profits in Islam. Because its existence is strengthened by the Qur’an, hadith, ijma ulama. Mudharabah or Qiradl is giving capital from one person to another for business capital,while the profit for both is according to the peace (agreement) between the two during the contract, divided by two or divided by three, for example. Mudharabah has a basis from the Qur’an al-Sunnah, Ijma’ and qiyas. Broadly speaking, mudharabah is divided into two, namely mudharabah mutlaqah and mudharabah muqayyadah. A valid mudharabah contract must meet its pillars and conditions. There are five pillars of mudharabah, namely capital owners (sahibul maal), business actors or capital managers (mudarib), capital (ra’sul mal), capital management jobs, (al-‘amal) and profits (al-ribh). A valid mudharabah must meet the requirements. Conditions attached to the pillars. These conditions are as follows: first, the terms related to the parties to the contract, Second, the terms related to capital, and the third terms related to profits or profits. Abstract

In principle, Sufism is a manifestation of the value of ihsan, carrying out devotion to Allah swt. as if seeing Him, and with it Allah Himself witnesses who performs service to Him. Since the beginning of its emergence, Sufism which is still in the form of zuhud life to its development which gives birth to various color patterns, there is a common thread which is a point of similarity between one style of Sufism with other Sufism styles, namely the effort to instill al-Karimah character in a Sufi through efforts. the maximum, step by step to get closer to Allah swt., including the attitude of wara', zuhud, mahabbah, sincere, and qana'ah. This attitude is expected to be a driving force for human service on this earth, devotion needs to be accompanied by sincerity, strong cooperation on the joints of love and mutual respect, devotion must be carried out with full caution, dedication will certainly produce results, and the maximum results are grateful for, while the results that have not been maximized become the motivation to improve further in the next step.

Abstract

Peranan merupakan proses dinamis kedudukan (status). Apabila seseorang melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan kedudukannya, dia menjalankan suatu peranan. Perbedaan antara kedudukan dengan peranan adalah untuk kepentingan ilmu pengetahuan. Masalah pendidikan para ahli pendidikan masih menemui kesulitan dalam merumuskan definisi pendidikan. Kesulitan itu antara lain disebabkan oleh banyaknya jenis kegiatan, masing-masing kegiatan tersebut dapat disebut pendidikan. Dengan perkataan lain kesulitan itu disebabkan oleh banyaknya jenis kegiatan dan luasnya aspek kepribadian yang harus dibina oleh pendidikan. Pengertian pendidikan dalam bahasa Arab berasal dari kata “tarbiyah” dengan kata kerja “rabba”. Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam bahasa Arab adalah tarbiyah islamiyah, sedangkan Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan pengertian istilah adalah pembentukan kepribadian muslim. Sedangkan pendidikan menurut Theodore Mayer Greene yang dikutip oleh Ahmad Tafsir adalah usaha manusia untuk mentiapkan dirinya untuk suatu kehidupan yang bermakna. Pada dasarnya pembentukan kepribadian adalah suatu proses pembelajaran dalam diri yang selalu melekat dan tak akan pernah berakhir kecuali berakhirnya dengan kematian. Proses pembentukan diri melibatkan manusia secara keseluruhan dalam masa sejarah kehidupan pribadi yang merupakan kegiatan masa lampau maupun kegiatan di masa mendatang. Kemudian terbentuknya individu dan kegiatan individu tidak ditentukan oleh pengalamannya saja tetapi ada proses interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungan sekitarnya, dalam hal ini individu sebagai subjek dalam mengelola pengalamannya, bahkan memiliki berbagai pengalamannya. Dan manusia dengan pengalamannya mampu berinteraksi sebagai makhluk sosial, manusia terpanggil untuk mengembangkan dirinya, bertafakur dengan dirinya, melakukan dialog secara terus-menerus dengan lingkungan, dan saling berinteraksi untuk menggapai kualitas pribadi. Manusia berupaya mendakwakan dirinya untuk beraktualisasi dalam lingkungan sosialnya dengan menampilkan tahap demi tahap dari perkembangan kepribadian yang mantap dan harmonis sebagai wujud manusia yang mempunyai totalitas.

Abstract

Study this aim for dig problem related registration legality soil waqf in the District Tompobulu , Regency Gowa . Because based on waqf data there are 95 locations waqf , by whole waqf made the object is waqf soil and part big waqf soil the not yet certified as legality soil waqf . Method study this is study qualitative , using field data ( field research ), approach study use approach law and approach sociological . Method manipulation and data analysis was performed with method data reduction , data display and withdrawal conclusion . Based on results research , author conclude that protracted factor back low registration legality waqf is lack of understanding and knowledge law Public as well as paradigm waqf society . So that strategy optimization registration legality soil waqf conducted with build awareness law society , because awareness law will make Public will obey to law .

Abstract

This study proves that how the effect of cooperation between parents and teachers of Islamic religious education on the ability to read the Qur'an. This study uses Ex Post Facto Quantitative research, namely research that uses numbers while the data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaire sheets are question sheets that are distributed to students to find out how students respond to the collaboration of parents and teachers of Islamic education and documentation is used to score sheets on the ability to read the Qur'an for class VI SD Negeri Inpres No. 230 Garonggong. Based on the results of the research conducted, the authors conclude that the collaboration between parents and teachers of Islamic religious education can be seen from the results of the questionnaires distributed with the average number of those who answered Strongly agree 80% agree 20% disagree 0% and strongly disagree 0%. Abstract

Character education based on ethical values of religious teachings is considered urgent to be promoted as a basic capital to sha- pe human beings who have superior character, play an active role in creating a peaceful society and a dignified nation. Education in the Qur›an strongly emphasizes aspects of morality. The verses that contain emphasis on cognitive are determined by morality, as well as things that are ritualistic, such as prayer which is a ritual aspect directly related to God at the end is to look right and left which symbolizes the necessity to have social care. The concept of education in the Qur›an is implied by the use of the terms tarbiyah, ta›lim, tadris, ta›dib and tazkiyah. From the term, it is understood that the Prophet Muhammad. as a source of exemplary always strives to educate people to be able to read and express the meaning contained in the Qur›an and can practice it. The five terms are important in providing a clear concept for character education in the perspective of the Qur›an, which has the purpose of forming a pious person who has divine values in him. To achieve this goal the Qur›an provides an overview of the use of various approaches, methods and steps in charaacter education. The implementation and results can be seen in the stories of the prophets in inviting and educating their people. Considering that Indonesia is predominantly Muslim, there are two questions to be answered in writing this article: first, what is the concept of character education in the Qur'an; and second, how is the concept of character education in Islamic education. Abstract

“This study aims to determine the process of buying and selling fertilizer in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency and to find out an overview of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling fertilizer with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. In this study using a description method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by collecting data and information obtained directly from informants by observing directly. The results showed that the first sale and purchase transaction of agricultural fertilizer with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency had been carried out for a long time. Farmers will take agricultural fertilizer first and then farmers will pay for it after harvest. Fertilizer buying and selling transactions with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency are in accordance with Islamic law.
