<![CDATA[The development of the globalization era at present leads to technological advancements in various fields, encompassing economics, social aspects, education, and health. Technological progress brings forth both positive and negative impacts on the environment. One of the negative impacts of technological advancement on the environment is environmental degradation resulting in a decline in the quality of the living environment. The environment constitutes a unified system wherein there exist interrelated interactions among living organisms, objects, and resources. An individual's attitude can determine the favorable or unfavorable conditions and situations that occur within the surrounding environment. The environment must be maintained in terms of cleanliness and beauty with a strong sense of responsibility and a heightened awareness in environmental preservation. However, based on observational findings, it is evident that the attitude of environmental concern among students at a certain State Elementary School in Purwakarta is still lacking. To cultivate a sense of environmental concern, a service initiative is conducted with the aim of providing education regarding environmental awareness, particularly for elementary school students. The outcomes obtained from this service initiative prove to be highly beneficial for the students, as they become more conscious of safeguarding and maintaining the environment around them.]]>

This research used pre- experimental design. The research population consisted of students of V UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang , Mangarabombang District, Takalar regency. The research used purposive sampling technique, while the samples in this research were the 5th grade students, which consisted of 21 students. <![CDATA[The main problem in this study is to see how far the ability of class VIII students of SMP Unismuh Makassar in determining the class of words in the text of the novel "Mekkah memoir the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN. This study aims to describe the ability to identify word classes in the novel "Mecca memoirs the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN Class VIII students of SMP UNISMUH Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the data obtained is in the form of answers which are the result of the questions contained in the test. The data obtained from the tests were processed using descriptive statistical techniques. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII which consisted of two classes, namely class VIII A which had 25 students and class VIII B which had 25 students. who obtained a score of 7 and above were (41 people (82%)), while students who obtained a score of 7 and below were (9 people (18%)). This has reached the criteria that become the standard of student ability, namely (80% or 40 students) who get a score of 7 and above. Keywords:]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem in this study is whether the use of flashcard media can improve letter recognition for second grade students in the Indonesian language subject at SD Inpres Malakaya, Gowa Regency. Based on the observations, several problems were found which were identified as the cause of the low recognition of letter shapes in class II students, namely the teacher still used one learning method and used less interesting media, so that learning became boring. This study aims to determine the use of flashcard media to improve letter recognition for class II students in the Indonesian language subject at SD Inpres Malakaya, Gowa Regency.This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with individual learning models. CAR is carried out in two cycles where each cycle is held in three meetings with one evaluation. The subjects in this study were 25 grade II students of SD Inpres Malakaya, 15 male students and 10 female students.The data source is class II students, amounting to 25 students. CAR carried out in cycles I and II. The use of flashcard media in Indonesian subjects is proven to be able to improve the recognition of letter shapes for class II students. This can be seen from the results of the percentage of student completeness in cycle I by 24% and increased in cycle II by 92%. So it can be concluded that the use of flashcard media can improve the recognition of letter shapes for class II students of SD Inpres Malakaya, Gowa Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims (1) to analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year using the conventional learning model; (2) To analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 Academic Year using the Concept Sentence learning model; (3) To analyze the effect of the Concept Sentence learning model in improving the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is the experimental method of two group post-test design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem. The population of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year is 108 students divided into 4 classes. Of the 108 students, the samples in this study were class VII-A which consisted of 27 students and class VII-C which consisted of 27 students. In this study, the researcher made class VII-A as the experimental class, while class VII-C was the control class. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the fable text writing skills of the experimental class students was 83.96 belonging to the good category while the average value of the control class was 62.25 belonging to the sufficient category and did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. Based on the t test, the significance level value α = 0.05 and n = 27 is obtained, ttable = 2.056. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable, that is, 8.68 > 2.056, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Concept Sentence learning model on the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out how the sharing learning model has an impact on the ability to write poetry in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research involved all students in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, a total of 303 students in 10 classes. Of the 303 students, 29 were selected to be the research sample. This study uses a one-group pre-test post-test experimental design. The method used is a description test. Test "t" data is used to test the hypothesis. The results show that the students' ability to write poetry before using the Reciprocal Learning learning model is classified as poor, with an average value (mean) of 60.51, while their ability after using this model is quite good, with an average value (mean) of 81.37 . Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because tcount is greater than ttable, which is 8.01 greater than 2.045. This shows that the ability of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan to write poetry texts is influenced by the sharing learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[God and human have a complex relation that often creates paradox. The paradox appears because human being doesn't completely understand God's mean behind His rules. So, in this research, the author will explain paradox of the characters in Semua Ikan di Langit, a novel written by Ziggy Zesyazeoviennazabrizky in reflecting the relation of human and God. The data collection method used in this research is read and note method. Then the data was Analyzed with qualitative method. The result of the research shows that Beliau, a character that resemble God, has a God's power who is omnipotent, but on the other hand, is also not perfect. However, this imperfection occured because Bus Damri and Nad as servants did not fully knowing about Beliau. This imperfection is only a misunderstanding since the servants didn't know Beliau completely. The human relationship with God is also illustrated in the figures of Bus Damri and Nad who represent obedience and betrayal. In addition, the relationship between God and human can occur because human being is reliant on God , which was reflected in the character of the Farmer. <![CDATA[This research discusses about the problem of resistance to gender injustice in Dian Purnomo's novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam (PMBH). This study aims to describe and interpret the forms of resistance of women who experience gender injustice and to understand the forms of gender injustice experienced by these female characters. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by utilizing feminist literary criticism theory. Data sources are obtained from the entire contents or chapters of the PMBH novel. Data collection techniques using reading and note techniques. The data validity technique of this research is triangulation. The steps in analyzing are: 1) reading the PMBH novel; 2) determine the research focus; 3) marking important parts; 4) sorting data; 5) describe forms of gender inequality and forms of women's resistance; and 6) make conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the forms of gender injustice experienced by the character Magi Diela as the main character and other female characters as subordinate figures are in the form of marginalization, stereotypes, violence, workload, and subordination. The forms of resistance carried out by the character Magi Diela as the main character and other female subordinate figures are in the form of 1) actions and 2) thoughts.]]>

<![CDATA[Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency is one of the villages for hand-drawn batik craftsmen who still adhere to the heritage tradition. Girilayu written batik is rich in culture, which then contributes to the language treasury. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the form of the lingual unit of Girilayu written batik in Karanganyar Regency; (2) identify the lexical meaning and cultural meaning in Girilayu batik in Karanganyar Regency. The theoretical approach used is ethnolinguistic studies and methodologically uses qualitative descriptive. Data collection uses listen and speak method. The data were analyzed using the agih method and the matching method. The results of data analysis are presented with formal and informal methods. From the results of this study, it was found that there were 68 findings of lingual units which were classified into 2 forms, namely word forms and phrase forms. The lingual units found in the form of words amounted to 34 data which were then divided into two forms, namely monomorphemic with 22 data and polymorphemic with 12 data. The form of phrases found a number of 33 lingual units.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the critical incident strategy on learning outcomes in writing narrative essays. This research is a descriptive type. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDN 19 Malela for the 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of one class. The sample in this study were all Class V students at SDN 19 Malela, Suli District, totaling 27 students. Sampling used a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests (pre-test and post-test), observation and documentation. Learning outcomes after applying active learning strategies based on calculations with 26 degrees of freedom, produce t-count = 5.0144 and t-table = 2.056. The results of these calculations show that t count ≥ t table (5.0144 ≥ 2.056). It can be concluded that the use of active learning strategies in critical incidents has an impact on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 19 Malela, Suli District, Luwu Regency.]]>
