Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of communication and work discipline on employee productivity of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using Random Sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 110 employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that communication has an effect on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang. This is because the Communication variable has a t value of 3.908 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Work Discipline affects employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Work Discipline variable has a t value of 13.677 greater than the t table of 1.982 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Communication and work disine affect the employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency. This is because the Communication variable has a calculated F value of 162.973 greater than the f table of 3.08 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of communication and work discipline on employees of PT Agrindo Maju Lestari in Tangerang Regency is 75.3%, which means that the contribution of employee work productivity can be explained by the independent variables, namely communication and work discipline. Then the remaining 24.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. Sampling technique using saturated sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 38 employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a t value of 3.820 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05. Workload affects employees in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the workload variable has a t value of 12.014 greater than the t table of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Job satisfaction and workload affect employee performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang. This is because the job satisfaction variable has a calculated F value of 347.817 greater than the f table of 3.29 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The magnitude of the effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Employee Performance in the QA (Quality Assurance) section of PT Haloni Jane Tangerang is 95.2%, which means that the contribution of Employee Performance can be explained by the independent variables, namely Job Satisfaction and Workload. Then the remaining 4.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to gain an understanding of the influence of product quality and employee performance on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Madani National Capital Sindang Jaya Branch, Tangerang Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. In this research, it includes Product Quality (X1) and Employee Performance (X2), Customer Satisfaction (Y). Research object PT. Madani National Capital Sindang Jaya Branch in Tangerang Regency. Simultaneous test results show that product quality and employee performance jointly influence the Customer Satisfaction variable. The results of the hypothesis test show that the T test value on X1 is 34.391 with a significance of 0.000 on .9% indicates that most of Customer Satisfaction is influenced by product quality (X1) and employee performance (X2), while the remaining 7.1% is due to other factors not covered in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation, both partial and simultaneous, on employee performance at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. The results show that the training variable (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y), the work motivation variable has a positive influence on employee performance (Y). The training variable (X1) and motivation variable (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y). Through the t test (partial) with the calculated t-value of the training variable is 8.126> t-table 1.996 and the significance value is 0.000<0.005. Through the f test (simultaneous) with an F-Calculated value of 639.958 > F-Table 3.13 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision on work productivity in the sewing department at PT Horn Ming Indonesia, Tangerang. The research method was conducted with quantitative method and the analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study is PT Horn Ming Indonesia, Tangerang which consists of 5 lines and all employees amounted to 167 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique method and sample calculation with slovin formula so that the number of respondents was 118 employees. The results showed that partially there is a significant influence between work discipline (X1) on work productivity (Y) and and partially there is a significant influence between supervision (X2) on work productivity (Y) and there is a significant influence between the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Supervision (X2) on the work productivity of the sewing section at PT. Horn Ming Tangerang, Indonesia (Y) and the results of this study are expected from the leadership of PT. Horn Ming Indonesia, Tangerang to pay more attention to work discipline and supervision because it can support employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for the M3 Fried Chicken franchise in Tangerang Regency. The method used is Quantitative Research. The sampling method is non propbability. The number of samples in this study was 58 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Then the test tool used was SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) software version 20 with a population and sample of 58 respondents. The research results show that there is a partial T influence of promos and prices on purchasing decisions. Promotion with a value of 3,835 then a price of 2,353 is greater than the T table of 2.004 and is significantly smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the promotion and price variables influence the purchasing decision variable. The results of this research are simultaneous with a calculated F value of 63,610 which is greater than F table 3.16, so the promotion and price variables have a joint influence on the purchasing decision variable. It can be concluded based on the research results that promotion and price on purchasing decisions have a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

In line with economic developments, the level of business competition in the bottled tea beverage industry in Indonesia is now getting increasingly tighter, especially for companies that produce similar products. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection used the questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale and processed using the SPSS 25 program. The sample in this study was 100 people with the simple random sampling method. To find out and analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression equations, the coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing are used. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, which from the partial t test results for brand image with a value of 81,157, price 2,917, product quality 3,082, service quality 9,594 and each significant value is smaller than 0, 05. So it can be concluded that partially both brand image, price, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously the variables brand image, price, product quality and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to gain an understanding of the influence of teamwork, communication and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. This research uses quantitative methodsThe results of this study are that in the T test the Teamwork variable (X1) has a tcount value of 3.644 and a ttable value of 1.979 this value indicates that the tcount value is greater than the ttable so that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accePTed. In the T test, the Communication variable (X2) has a tcount value of 5.730 and a ttable value of 1.979, this value indicates that the tcount value is greater than the ttable so that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accePTed. In the T test, the Discipline variable (X3) has a tcount value of 7.617 and a ttable value of 1.979, this value indicates that the tcount value is greater than the ttable so that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accePTed. The Fcount value of 355.130 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.07 with a probability value of 0.000 because the probability value is less than 0.05, the regression model can be used to explain the effect of Teamwork (X1), Communication (X2), Discipline (X3) has a joint (simultaneous) effect on Employee Performance (Y). and the value of the adjusted R square is 0.895 or 89.5%. This shows that the variation in variable changes in Teamwork (X1), Communication (X2), Discipline (X3) and Employee Performance (Y) has a percentage value of 89.5%., while the remaining 11.5% is explained by other variables not used in this studyit can be conculeded based on research, teamwork, comuunication and work dicpline on employee performance have a positiveand significant relationship.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in schools requires professional and systematic education to achieve its targets. This is because improving the quality of education at a micro level is largely determined by management operations at the school level. National education development is a joint effort of all components of government and society. Education can produce educated people who have an important role in social transformation in society. Teacher professional competence refers to the combination of knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior required to carry out teacher duties effectively and efficiently in an educational context. This involves a deep understanding of the subject being taught, effective teaching methods, the ability to communicate well, as well as the ability to adapt to changes and challenges in the world of education. Educators are professional staff who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, providing guidance and training, as well as conducting research and community service, especially for educators in higher education."The research results show that there is a positive influence of the Implementation of Supervision and Implementation of Education Quality Management on Teacher Professional Competence of 0.910. The r2 value is then converted into a percentage which shows that the contribution of the Implementation of Supervision and Implementation of Education Quality Management to Teacher Professional Competency is 91%. Meanwhile, the remainder (9%) is influenced by other variables not included in this model.

Abstract

Process Career maturity begins with the development of curiosity and digging to obtain information. Career development can be carried out well, this is due to the career guidance provided by several people so that they are ready to work. The career guidance in question is a mentoring activity or a process of providing assistance to individuals on an ongoing and systematic basis, which is carried out by a person so that the individual can understand the skills that the individual has. Based on the results of the analysis carried out by the researcher, the conclusions that can be drawn from this research are Career Guidance influences the Career Planning of Class XII Students in Office Administration at Karya Pembangunan Vocational School. This is because the calculated t value of the Career Guidance variable is 9.181 which is greater than the t table value which is 1.99125. Fieldwork Practices influence the Career Planning of Class XII Office Administration Students at Karya Pembangunan Vocational School. This is because the Field Work Practice variable has a calculated t value of 9.489 which is greater than the t table value of 1.99125. Career Guidance and Field Work Practices influence the Career Planning of Class XII Students in Office Administration at Karya Pembangunan Vocational School. This is because the Career Guidance and Field Work Practices variables have a calculated F of 892.733 which is greater than the f table value of 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000 or <0.05.
