This study aims to describe Effective PAI learning strategies. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study show that in general the types of Islamic Religious Education learning strategies in general are Expository Learning, Inquiry Learning Strategies and Cooperative Learning Strategies. In the learning process, a teacher as a teacher must be clever in taking steps so that the learning process can be carried out properly and achieve educational goals. A counseling guidance teacher is a teacher whose job is to provide scientific and professional psychological and humanitarian assistance so that a counseling guidance teacher must try to create good communication with students in facing life's problems and challenges. The role of the guidance and counseling teacher is very influential in achieving independence and developing the character of students as well as developing the potential possessed by students. This research aims to find out whether there is a significant difference between the role of guidance and counseling in child-friendly schools for students at SMP Negeri 38 Medan and SMP Sinar Husni Medan.This research uses a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive methods. The research population was students from SMP Negeri 38 Medan and SMP Sinar Husni Medan. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the rating scale model. The first and second research objectives were analyzed using percentage techniques. Next, the third objective was analyzed using the t test.The findings of this research: (1) according to the student's perspective on the role of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 38 Medan, students on average are in the very high category, (2) according to the student's perspective on the role of guidance and counseling at SMP Sinar Husni Medan, students on average is in the medium category, and (3) There is a significant difference between students' perspectives on the role of guidance and counseling in friendly schools and conventional schools.

Misconceptions are incorrect explanations of ideas that are not in accordance with the scientific understanding accepted by experts. Misconceptions often occur because the concepts studied and accepted are different. The aim of this research is to find out what misconceptions there are regarding guidance and counseling services. The technique used in writing this article is a bibliographic display method that uses literature such as journals, books, documents and other sources without conducting field research. This research examines efforts to improve the professionalism of Indonesian language teachers at SMPN 3 Nibung Hangus. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) Strategies that can be used to develop teachers' professional competence in carrying out their duties, namely through the In Service Training program; (2) The principal's leadership strategy in developing the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 3 Nibung Hangus includes two strategies, the first is the formal strategy, namely the teacher is directed by the institution to take part in education and training, the second strategy, namely the non-formal teacher with a strong desire and motivation must be able to train and develop potential related to the teaching profession. Furthermore, there are several obstacles in teacher professional development, namely (a) Lack of teacher interest independently in creating new creativity and innovation in learning because teachers lack mastery of learning models, methods and strategies; (b) Some teachers have non-teaching educational backgrounds so their ability to understand psychology and pedagogy is still relatively low; and (c) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

This research aims to increase students’ writing ability at descriptive text by using bits and pieces game at MTs PAB 1 Helvetia Medan. This study used class room action research as a methodology. The subjects of this study were 30 students at the eight grade of MTs Helvetia in the academic year 2020/2021. This research used two type data namely quantitative and qualitative. The data quantitative taken by test. On the other hand, to complete the data qualitative were taken by interview, observation sheets, diary notes and documentation. The result of this research showed that there was increasing of students’ writing ability at descriptive text. The mean of the pre test was 59.5 or only 13.33% who success did the test. The mean of first cycle was 70.87 or 36.67% who did the test. And the mean of second cycle was 79.03 or 86.67%. It showed that the mean of second cycle was better than pre-test and first cycle. It can be conclude that bits and pieces game can increase students’ writing ability at descriptive text at eight grade of MTs PAB Helvetia Medan.

Vocabulary as one aspect of language skills is considered to have a paramount role on the mastery of other language skill in language learning. Therefore, to improve students’ vocabulary mastery a myriad of studies have employed MALL as an approach in clasroom practices, particulary for English language teaching (ELT). This study aimed to investigate how to use of digital game application called Quizlet affected students’ vocabulary mastery. This study was conducted at the Tenth grade class of MAS Ibadurrahman with 33 students as the participants. Classroom action research with two cycles was used as the research design. In each cycle, the researcher collected both qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were taken through observation checklist, diary notes, interview, and documentation while the quantitative one from pre- test, post-test I and post-test II. The result of qualitative data revealed that: 1) students enjoyed and actively participated in vocabulary learning utilizing Quizlet application; 2) students felt more interested and motivated to learn vocabulary mastery. Whereas the result of quantitative data showed that in cycle I, there was 9 students reaching the Minimum Criteria of KKM score with the average score of 62.2 while the percentage was 27.2%. In cycle II, 29 students reached the Minimum Criteria of KKM score with the average score of 85.6 while the percentage was 87.8%. Eventually, it can be concluded from the students’ scores that there was improvement from cycle I to cycle II, thus vocabulary learning activities utilizing Quizlet application was effective.

Language skills can be obtained by mastering vocabulary first. With that, this study will use the application as a medium for learning vocabulary. So that mastery can grow optimally with learning methods like this. This is also related to the nature of the environment which lacks insight into the media (smartphone) and also the limitations of something that is always unconditional (economic). This study aims to make it easier for students to improve vocabulary mastery so that it is easy to learn and understand. The subjects of this study were students of class X- IPA 1 Tunas Bangsa Private High School, the sample used was 32 students. The method used in this research is Classroom Action which is carried out in two cycles. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. In qualitative data obtained through observation activities. Meanwhile, quantitative data were obtained through pre-test and post- test. Based on quantitative data, the use of the Rosetta Stone application can improve vocabulary mastery skills in students. This can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results. In the pre-test, the percentage of student scores was at 59.65%. Then in the first post-test, the percentage of student scores was at 67.84%. Whereas in the second post-test the percentage of student scores was at 79.53%. From the data found, we can see that the Rosetta Stone application is proven to be able to significantly improve students' vocabulary mastery.

This paper wants to describe the educational interaction in PAI learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data from various relevant written sources. The results of the author's search show that the ongoing learning process does not escape the interaction between teachers as educators and students. This interaction is nothing but a form of communication of teachers as informers and students as recipients of messages, with the help of media and channels that have been planned by educators. This interaction is called educational interaction. Educative interaction, especially in PAI learning, occurs in the learning process carried out by educators with several principles, as follows: learning objectives, learning materials, teaching and learning activities, learning methods, media, learning resources and evaluation.Keywords: Interaction, Educational, PAI

In general, the age of students is the age of character formation. The better the child's character, the more advanced his educational thinking and behavior will be. Character is what must be prioritized in schools, because character aims to shape humans into an advanced and modern era, character also encourages a developing mindset. Information services are services that attempt to cover individual deficiencies in required information. The aim of this research is to improve good character in class The research technique used was a simple random sampling technique, in two cycles, where the first cycle was planning and ended with the second cycle with the evaluation stage. Meanwhile, to obtain information data from the results of this research, the researcher used a questionnaire distribution which will be a comparison of before the service was implemented and after the service was implemented, which is in the form of a simple percentage. . The results of distributing and collecting questionnaire data in the first cycle were with an average value of 63.81 (low), then distributing and collecting questionnaire data again in the second cycle with an average value of 96.06 (high), it can be understood that the implementation of the service Information to Improve Good Character in Students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year increases.

This research aims to determine the picture of academic burnout on YPK Medan Vocational School Students. The purpose of this research is too: describe the difference in scores in reducing academic burnout in students experimental group before and after being given service treatment group guidance using self-regulated learning techniques. Whereas control group before and after being given treatment with services group counseling. This research is a quantitative type of research experimental research. The object of this research is class X OTKP SMK YPK Medan. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire to students who experience academic burnout. The results of this research show that students who experience academic burnout are seen from several indicators including physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, feelings of low self-esteem, depersonalization, and decreased academic confidence. Analysis test results using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and the Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis test Teo Independent Samples. Thus, based on the research results carried out include: (1) there is a significant difference in academic burnout students in the experimental group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with group guidance services using self-regulated learning techniques. (2) there is a significant difference in students academic burnout in the control group before (pretest) and after (posttest) with group guidance services. (3) there are significant differences in student academic burnout between groups experimental and control groups given treatment.
