Abstract

One way to succeed in village development is to increase village income. The size of the village income is influenced by the strategy undertaken by BUMDES in managing and maximizing the assets in the village. The Village (BUMDES) is a business entity whose capital is wholly or most of the capital owned by the village through direct participation from village assets that are separated in order to manage assets, services, and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. The research design uses historical qualitative research methods. The variables studied were the BUMDes strategy and the increase in village original income. Data collection techniques using study documentation, observation and interviews. Informants taken in this study were the Village Head, Director of BUMDes, and the village community of Bojonggede. This paper describes the management strategy carried out by BUMDES in increasing village income. The strategies carried out by the Bojonggede Prosperous BUMDES are strategy formulation, strategy implementation. The strategy was carried out by the BUMDES of Bojonggede Village both in the field of goods and services. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the management strategy that has been carried out by the prosperous Bojonggede BUMDes cannot run well because the prosperous Bojonggede BUMDes cannot increase the original income of Bojonggede Village in 2019.

Abstract

The socio-economic phenomenon in the form of the rapid development of Islamic Islamic banking cannot be separated from government policies that provide support for this development. Regulations regarding the development of Islamic banking have provided a kind of legal certainty for the development of banks which is expected by Muslim communities who seek to invest in a bank that is deemed to be blessed by Allah SWT. The mass media is in the form of electronic media and preachers as a form of mass communication as agents in socializing Islamic banks and has also dynamized the development of Islamic banks in the country. Everything is reinforced by the MUI Fatwa which is a kind of mandatory call to invest as much as possible the Muslim community's money into a sharia bank which is considered a bank that upholds the values of justice and is considered in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan tantangan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya di seluruh dunia, sehingga memerlukan strategi respons pandemi yang efektif. Indonesia, dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar dan beragam, menghadapi kendala unik dalam mengelola krisis ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder untuk menyelidiki strategi respons pandemi di Indonesia, hasil, tantangan, dan pembelajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara komprehensif respons pandemi di Indonesia selama krisis COVID-19. Laporan ini berupaya menjawab pertanyaan penelitian penting mengenai strategi respons utama, hasil, tantangan, pembelajaran, dan implikasinya terhadap perumusan kebijakan, pengambilan keputusan, dan kesiapan menghadapi krisis di layanan kesehatan masyarakat di masa depan. Metode: Teknik analisis data kualitatif, termasuk analisis tematik, digunakan untuk menganalisis sumber data sekunder seperti laporan pemerintah, statistik layanan kesehatan, publikasi akademis, dan laporan media. Temuan: Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan strategi-strategi utama respons pandemi, hasil-hasilnya, dan tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Laporan ini mengungkap pembelajaran, menekankan pentingnya pembuatan kebijakan berbasis bukti, sistem layanan kesehatan yang tangguh, strategi adaptif, komunikasi efektif, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Pembelajaran yang didapat dari pengalaman tanggap pandemi di Indonesia memberikan wawasan penting untuk manajemen krisis kesehatan masyarakat di masa depan. Kebijakan yang efektif, pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data, penguatan sistem layanan kesehatan, kemampuan beradaptasi regional, dan keterlibatan masyarakat merupakan hal penting dalam memperkuat kesiapsiagaan menghadapi krisis. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the role of the district Head in the guidance of village supervision in the rule since 2015 from removing the village funds until now. District in law No.23 of 2014 on Regional Government is part of the region of District/City. In this district law is a regional/city regional device that executes government affairs that become the authority of the region and also the administrative task. However, the existence of the district has been often regarded as a confusing government unit. The issuance of Law No.6 of 2014 on village makes the government should replicate the district role, whit the existence of the contemporarial government of whether the government is district only serve as a facilitator alone or still get authority to oversee village funds, from the results of this study the Koowerow District Government of Buluanop is work of activities (Kun-Ker) and evaluation which is a direct duration of the district, work visits and evaluation which is a regular activity of the district government in overseeing the implementation of village funds, conducted by coming to monitor as well as check the activities implemented by the village apparatus, administrative checks, liquid funds, the allocation of village funds, checking the construction of the village from measuring the land to the checking of the building. However, the supervision is only to monitor the village funds to the extent of the ones and do whether the completeness of the data is available, since there is no continuous surveillance of the district, subsequent supervision is directly done by APIP regency/city. The district government also performs indirect control checking the document-document of the village which is always reported to the district, both RPJMDes, RKPDes, BKK, and others, so indirectly the district also oversees the village finance through the reported document.

Abstract

This researcher aims to find out how mature the implementation of an electronic-based government system is in service by using the Village Development Index application in Tapos I Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The research method used was qualitative to understand the abilities that were able to be carried out by the research subjects, while the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the data validation techniques used were research triangulation, methodological triangulation and theoretical triangulation. The results of the study show that the Implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in Village Services through the Development of the Village Building Index Application. What is said is the Development Village Index (IDM) by showing the level of independence of the village with the IDM application by looking at the human and economic resources of the community as well as network constraints that are not strong so that the input of IDM data is hampered, the application is still constrained when the data transmission process is interrupted by the program itself, this happens when the server, especially the Village Development Index application, not only 1 village uses the IDM application but all villages in Indonesia. Tapos I Village is still classified as a developed village with an IDM score of 0.7614. For this reason, the Tapos I Village government seeks to increase the potential of its human resources and improve the community's economy in the field of food security and fisheries.

Abstract

Currently, Musrembang in the Suator District from the villages is often late and for this reason researchers want to know the effectiveness of development planning deliberations in the interior of the Suator District, Asmat Regency, the supporting and inhibiting factors and the efforts made. This research was carried out as one of the requirements for students in the government science master's program to prepare which is supported by several theories, namely government theory, effectiveness theory, planning theory, participatory theory, and development theory with a qualitative approach. The research results serve as information for researchers for further research, academically as reference material for the regional government of Asmat Regency and Suator District, input in outlining policies to increase the effectiveness of Musrembang in the interior of Suator District. The conclusion is that the village musrembang has not been effective, which shows that the pre-musrembang stage of the village, the implementation stage of the village musrembang, and the post-musrembang stage of the village have not complied with statutory regulations both internally and externally. Supporting factors, namely awareness and willingness, ability and opportunity, kinship and kinship, level of education. The inhibiting factors are knowledge, skills, attitudes and socialization that do not reach the community. The efforts made are to implement the mandate of five approaches in regional development, namely making political approaches more effective, increasing community participation more effective, empowering technocratic personnel, making bottom-up systems (from the bottom up) and top down systems (from top to bottom) more effective. It is recommended for local governments to create a planning stage as a guideline for implementing the participatory planning planning process, outreach to district officials and communities to supervisors. Together with the community, traditional leaders, village heads/NGOs, they always monitor the results of participatory development planning at the village and district levels so that proposed activities attention is brought to the district level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement and to develop a model depicting the relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement. This study was conducted through a literature review of national and international journal articles published from 1983 to 2023 which were carefully selected, analyzed, and reviewed. The result of the literature review indicates a positive relationship between employee well-being and remote work engagement. Some factors that can improve employee well-being comprise of organizational support, workplace environment and atmosphere, emotional intelligence, and job demands. This study concluded that an employee that able to quickly adapt to workplace environment and condition changes (flexible working arrangement) will increase their well-being and lead to an increase in remote work engagement. The relationship model between employee well-being and remote work engagement developed in this study will serve as the basis for future research to empirically examine the causal relationship between these two variables.

Abstract

The corruption that occurs in Indonesia is very worrying and has an extraordinary negative impact on almost all aspects of life. Therefore, there needs to be an effective strategy that can be used to overcome this problem. The aim of this research is to discuss various strategies that have been implemented and which can be the basis for a more effective eradication of corruption in Indonesia. This research uses a literature study method, which includes collecting, reading and documenting literature relevant to the research topic. The literature referred to is in the form of written works consisting of research results that have been published or not, and data sources are obtained from various sources, including books, journals and other references. Eradicating corruption requires public understanding of its negative impacts and developing a culture of integrity. The strategy to eradicate corruption must include changes in the behavior of officials, improved bureaucratic reform, increased supervision, firm law enforcement, and transparency in the management of state finances. Changes to laws and regulations that are more harmonious and comprehensive as well as better coordination between law enforcement agencies are key to eradicating corruption. The importance of strengthening an anti-corruption culture in society and effective education is also undeniable. Along with these efforts, Indonesia needs to ensure that the National Integrity System is well integrated, eliminating overlaps in corruption investigation authority between law enforcement agencies, and ensuring that these three institutions have equal roles and authority. With a holistic approach and comprehensive change, Indonesia can achieve a more effective eradication of corruption, contributing to improving societal welfare and national resilience in the future.

The Depok City Government responded to advances in information technology by launching an e-app. Government application, Depok Single Window (DSW), in August 2018. Despite its potential to improve public services, DSW faces several obstacles such as lack of evaluation, decline in users, unpreparedness in handling complaints, and lack of socialization. This research aims to find out the Implementation of e-government in improving public services through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, Furthermore, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government. supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application in Depok City, and to find out the efforts of the Depok City government in improving the implementation of e-government through the Depok Single Window application. Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan SDM Pemerintahan Desa Kaponan, Kecamatan Mlarak, Kabupaten Ponorogo berdasarkan regulasi atau undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Desa. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan juga dokumen, peneliti melakukan uji triangulasi untuk memperoleh keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perangkat desa berusia 31-40 tahun dengan presentase 33% yang merupakan presentase tingkatan usia dengan jumlah terbesar sedangkan presentase terrendah pada usia 61-70 tahun dengan presentase 8%. Selanjutnya perangkat desa dengan pendidikan terakhir SLTA sebesar presentase 83% yang merupakan presentase terbesar di Perangkat Desa Kaponan, sedangkan perangkat desa dengan Pendidikan S1 memiliki presentase 17%. Kemudian dari hasil wawancara dengan perangkat desa mereka menyatakan bahwa perangkat desa yang mempunyai usia lanjut dan sudah tergolong tua mengalami kesulitan dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, sehingga perangkat desa yang mempunyai usia lanjut melimpahkan pekerjaannya ke perangkat desa yang memiliki keterampilan tersebut, tentu hal tersebut memperlambat dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kondisi in harus disikapi dengan melakukan persiapan penggantian perangkat desa yang sudah menginjak purna sesuai amanat undang-undang, sehingga dapat segera mendapatkan pengganti yang kompeten sesuai kebutuhan lembaga supaya dapat memperlancar jalannya pemerintahan.
