Abstract

Financial literacy research in small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) has sparked considerable interest in recent years, evolving both swiftly and unevenly. Through a bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature evaluation, this research is the first to give a credible, consistent, and up-to-date overview of financial literacy in SMEs. After identifying the most influential agents involved in this field of research, we conducted a co-occurrence analysis of the authors' keywords, a co-citation analysis of the cited references, and an in-depth analysis of 50 documents published between 2017 and 2023. According to the findings, SME financial literacy research has largely focused on the following topics: (1) performance, (2) access to financing, (3) innovation, (4) risk mentality and entrepreneurship, (5) owners-managers, and residual contributions. This research structure is supported by the following theoretical foundations: (1) the resource-based view, (2) pecking order theory, agency theory, and trade-off theory, (3) the entrepreneurial orientation viewpoint, human capital theory, and upper echelon theory, and (4) planned behavior theory. Following that, we created an integrated framework on which to base ideas for major future research directions. As a result, this study provides a detailed and comprehensive overview of this new research topic

Abstract

The phenomenon of transmitting feelings via language methods also referred to as "impact labeling," has the potential to lessen the intensity of our negative emotional experiences. In contrast to explicit procedures used to regulate emotions, the process of effect identification may not be seen as an intentional regulating mechanism when it first occurs. This was made by comparing the effects of affect tagging to the outcomes of deliberate emotion management. This study aims to construct a comparison analysis with reappraisal, a kind of explicit emotion management, and offer a complete review of the existing literature on affect classification. Additionally, to provide a comprehensive assessment of the current research on affect category. The investigation will be carried out with a significant focus on four areas of effects: the experiential, the autonomic, the neurological, and the behavioral domains. The second sources such as documents, and review previous published papers have been used as a methodology Findings The research findings indicate that affect category has resulted in various outcomes, including reduced self-reported effect, decreased autonomic activity, and activation of similar neural regions, in addition to addressing other issues detailed throughout this review paper.

Abstract

The study's main topic was how Ethiopian coffee cooperatives' financial management practises and organisational performance are mediated by human capital. The cross sectional study with multistage sampling was employed by the researchers. KMO was employed as a test for adequate data. To evaluate the overall impact of the regression, total variance was used. To determine if the observable variables could adequately explain the latent determinants, confirmatory factor analysis was utilised. The model fitness and mediation analysis were both tested using SEM. According to study, there was a significant link based on the data because the KMO value of.906 was greater than 0.5 and the statistical threshold for the Bartlett's test was lower than 0.05. The researchers discovered that the CMIN/DF was less than 3.0, indicating model acceptance. The model being tested is compared using the Tucker Lewis Index (TLI). co-ops for coffee Human capital has led to a roughly 75% boost in performance. As a result, there is now some partial mediation between financial management practises and coffee cooperative performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Jl. Bunga Sedap malam XVIII Medan North Sumatra with an altitude of ± 30 meters above sea level (masl), this research took place from February to April 2022. This study used the Non Factorial Randomized Group Design method. Factor B1 = Control, B2 = Organic fertilizer 15 tons/ha, B3 = Rice husk biochar 15 tons/ha, B4 = Organic fertilizer 12.5 tons/ha + Rice husk biochar 2.5 tons/ha, B5 = Organic fertilizer 10 tons/ha + Rice husk biochar 5 tons/ha, B6 = Organic fertilizer 7.5 tons/ha + Biochar rice husk 7.5 tons/ha, B7 = Organic fertilizer 5 tons/ha + Biochar rice husk 10 tons/ha, B8 = Organic fertilizer 2.5 tons/ha + Biochar rice husk 12.5 tons/ha. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the treatment of cow organic fertilizer and rice husk biochar had a significant effect on plant height, number of branches, root nodules, wet weight of pods/plot, dry weight of pods/plot, soil pH, base saturation (KB), and N absorbed, but had no significant effect on the number of filled pods, number of empty pods, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and N available. The average number of filled pods was highest in treatment B4 (36.67%) and lowest in treatment B1 (1.33%). The highest average cation exchange capacity (CEC) was found in treatment B2 (18.76m3/100g) and the lowest average was found in treatment B6 (10.79me/100g). The highest average available N was found in treatment B2 (4.13%) and the lowest was found in treatment B8 (3.15%).
