Abstract

This research explores the impact of IoT and AI on various aspects of Indian agriculture, including crop yield optimization, resource management, and market integration.IoT and AI technologies offer advanced solutions such as precision farming, automated irrigation, and predictive analytics, which can significantly enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. IoT devices, including soil sensors, weather stations, and drones, provide real-time data that allows farmers to make informed decisions regarding crop management, pest control, and irrigation schedules. AI algorithms process this data to predict crop yields, optimize the use of inputs like water and fertilizers, and streamline supply chain management. This paper draws on data from government reports, including those from the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and the National Sample Survey Office (NSSO), to assess the effectiveness and adoption of these technologies across different regions of India. The findings of this research indicate that regions where IoT and AI technologies have been implemented have seen a noticeable increase in crop yield, ranging from 15% to 20%. These technologies have also led to a significant reduction in water usage, with automated irrigation systems optimizing water resources by up to 30%. Additionally, AI-driven market analytics have improved farmers' access to markets, helping them to secure better prices for their produce by predicting market trends and demands

Abstract

In the dynamic era of globalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face major challenges in achieving competitive advantage. MSMEs, which also play an important role in the national economy, often find it difficult to adapt to the latest trends such as digital marketing. Digital marketing provides great opportunities for MSMEs to expand market reach and increase interaction with consumers, but its effectiveness in increasing competitive advantage is still debated. This study examines how the integration of digital marketing, product innovation, and customer relationship management (CRM) funds can strengthen the competitive advantage of MSMEs, especially in the culinary sector in Ambon City. Using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, this study involved 155 culinary MSME actors to test the three elements against competitive advantage and marketing performance. The results showed that digital marketing, product innovation, and CRM significantly influenced competitive advantage, which also had a positive impact on marketing performance. These findings support the importance of holistic strategy integration to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market and provide insights for the development of relevant theoretical models

Abstract

This research aims to explore how social interaction influences stock market participation in the Kathmandu Valley. It utilizes a descriptive and causal study design, applying a positivist approach to investigate the phenomenon. The focus is on understanding the effects of social interactions on individuals' involvement in the stock market within this specific geographical context. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data about factors influencing participation in the stock market. A total of 399 samples were gathered from this population using convenience sampling. The data was then analyzed using several statistical techniques. Reliability analysis was employed to assess the internal consistency of the measurement instruments. The results of the analyses found that internet usage, social norms/community influence, and the influence of friends/partners had a significant impact on whether someone participates in the stock market. However, there was no evidence that parental involvement in the stock market influences their children's participation. In summary, the study examined how different factors relate to individuals' participation in the stock market through a survey and statistical analyses of the collected data. Internet access, social environment, and peer influences were found to affect participation, but not parental involvement

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing investment behaviour among Generation Z in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India. Through a series of hypotheses, we explore associations between investment frequency, stock exchange preferences, information sources, and motivational factors. The findings reveal weak correlations between traditional indicators such as investment experience and stock exchange choice, suggesting that Generation Z relies heavily on digital platforms and social influences for decision-making. Their motivations for investing—primarily cantered around wealth creation, income generation, and diversification—reflect a nuanced understanding of risk and strategy. Additionally, sociocultural factors play a significant role in shaping their investment choices, challenging conventional notions of investor behaviour. Practical implications for financial institutions include the need for tailored financial products, enhanced educational initiatives, and effective use of digital channels to engage this demographic. Future research directions are identified, including longitudinal studies, cross-cultural comparisons, and an exploration of the role of technology in shaping investment behaviours. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of Generation Z's unique approach to investing, highlighting the importance of adapting financial strategies to meet their evolving needs
