Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy skills and the social environment on impulsive buying behavior through online stores. The research method used is research based on a quantitative approach. Methods of data through documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that: the literacy ability of students had no effect on impulsive buying behavior through online stores. In the study, it was also found that there was a positive and significant influence on the social environment on purchasing behavior made through online stores in class X students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. There is a positive and significant effect of collaboration between economic literacy and the social environment on impulsive buying behavior through online stores for class X students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of students in economic subjects using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning Model. The research method uses this type of classroom action research with data collection methods trhough observation, ability tests and documentation during the second cycle. The subject of the research were 31 students of class X IPS 4 at SMAN 4 Makassar. The result of this study indicate that the motivation and learning putcomes of students during the learning process using the STAD learning model have increased. This increase was seen from the first cycle post-test seen from 31 students, there were 11 students who had not completed and 20 others got complete scores with the percentage of completeness of 64,51% and the category of the average score of student as “good”. Then in the second cycle there were 28 students got complete score with a compeleteness percentage of 90,32% and score category of 13 students who were “very good” and others in the good “category”.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to the determine the impact of the application of discovery learning models on the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Selayar. This researches is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data was collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study consisted of all class XI IPS students with a sample of 81 students selected from each class by simple random sampling. The results of the study were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was concluded that the application of the discovery learning model has an impaction the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Selayar.

Abstract

Background: This research aims to delve into the potential of independence and increasing family economic income through hydroponic urban farming in the Women Farmers Group (KWT) of Anggrek, Bara-Baraya District, Makassar City, using a qualitative approach. The main focus of this research is to deeply understand how hydroponic urban farming affects the economy and independence of families, taking into account the experiences, perceptions, and social impacts of active participation in this activity. Methods: The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the main data collection instrument. The research sample consists of 3 housewives and 1 government official who have been involved in hydroponic urban farming. The interview process was conducted in a structured manner, focusing on aspects of personal experience, changes in lifestyle, and the role of urban farming in improving family economics. This study is structured using qualitative analysis and further elaborated with descriptive writing methods. Findings: The research findings indicate that hydroponic urban farming has a significant positive impact on the independence and increasing economic income of families. Conclusion: Hydroponic urban farming significantly enhances women's economic self-reliance, offering policy insights for optimizing implementation and productivity. Novelty/Originality of this Study: This study explores the economic empowerment of urban housewives through hydroponic urban farming, specifically within the Anggrek’s KWT in Makassar City. This research uniquely addresses the dual impact of hydroponic farming on enhancing family income and ensuring food security, focusing on the often-overlooked demographic of housewives in urban settings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of income expectations and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interests of students of Madrasah Aliyah Pompanua District Ajangale Bone District. This research is categorized as quantitative descriptive research with correlation approach. The population in this study as many as 188 students of class XI and class XII in Madrasah Aliyah Pompanua District Ajangale Bone district and obtained a sample of 65 students. Data collection is done by observation and questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that income expectations and the family environment have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interests of students in Madrasah Aliyah Pompanua, Acaraale District, Bone Regency, both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the most dominant variable was income expectations because it had a higher regression coefficient value than family environment regression coefficient value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pembelajaran pembelajaran berbasisi E-learning terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Wajo pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest One-Group Design. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu melalui tes (pretest dan posttest). Jumlah sampel pada penlitian ini 26 peserta didik terdiri dari 17 laki-laki dan 19 perempuan. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa Analisis statistik deskriptif dan Analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Learning (variabel bebas) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (variabel terikat), sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai perserta didik yang terus meningkat setelah diberi perlakuan dengan metode e-learning.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how economic literacy, advertising media, and self-control of generation Z in Makassar relate to impulsive buying behavior. In this research, quantitative and descriptive methods were used. This research focuses on the demographics of generation Z, namely Makassar people born between 1996 and 2009. Nonprobability sampling and incidental sampling methods were used in the sampling strategy. Data collection methods used include observation, surveys, and writing information. The SPSS application uses several data analysis techniques, including multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and f test. Research findings show that in Makassar City, Generation Z (Y)'s impulse buying behavior is influenced by economic literacy (X1), advertising media (X2), and self-control (X3).

Abstract

Mekanisme kelompok tani petani bawang merah yang efektif, belum nampak pada kelompok tani Bontosunggu yang ada di Desa Manimbahoi Kabupaten Gowa. Kondisi ini dibuktikan dengan situasi lahan garapan yang masih dalam tingkat teknologi irigasi yang minim, yakni dalam hal pengairan tanaman bawang merah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian terlihat pada kegiatan aplikasi teknologi irigasi sprinkler, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap aktivitas kerja tiap anggota dalam kelompok tani Bontosunggu, total biaya operasional, total pengeluaran tak terduga, total hasil produksi, dan total pendapatan melalui penjualan hasil produksi. Program PKM dilaksanakan dengan metode survei geografis, landuse capacity (kapasitas penggunaan lahan), hidrologi dan morfologi wilayah mitra. Selanjutnya dilakukan survei mengenai kondisi sosial ekonomi kelompok tani Bontosunggu petani bawang merah selama 8 bulan. Petani bawang merah pada kelompok tani Bontosunggu mengungkapkan bahwa irigasi sprinkler merupakan teknologi irigasi yang melibatkan penyemprotan air di atas lahan pertanian dengan menggunakan sprinkler. Sistem irigasi sprinkler otomatis merupakan teknologi pertanian terkini yang digunakan dalam pengairan tanaman secara efisien dan otomatis. Teknologi irigasi sprinkler memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan air untuk pertanian, dan relevansinya dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan efisiensi penggunaan air, produktivitas pertanian, penghematan waktu dan biaya, serta keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to explore information on how family economic education influences the growth of entrepreneurial spirit among the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program/Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) who own businesses in Tellulimpue District, Sidrap Regency. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects of this research are the PKH beneficiaries who own businesses. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews and observations. Findings: The results show that family economic education has been instilled by PKH beneficiaries who own businesses in Tellulimpue District. They do this by involving their children in business activities to foster discipline. Conclusion: Family economic education is capable of nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit of PKH beneficiaries with businesses in Tellulimpue District because it motivates children to aspire to have their own businesses in the future through an entrepreneurial spirit. Novelty/Originality of this article: The novelty of this research lies in analyzing how family economic education among recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) contributes to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit not only for parents, but also for their children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of applying blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The research method in this research is quantitative method, and the data collection method in this study is through observation, documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 95 from 129 students majoring in Social Sciences with grade X and grade IX at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant influence in the application of the blended learning on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The simple linear regression equation shows the effect of the application of the blended learning learning method on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep has a positive influence, and the magnitude of the influence of the application blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects in SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep, amounted to 41.1% while 58.4% was influenced by other factors.
