Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola konsumsi pangan penduduk dapat berubah dari waktu ke waktu yang disebabkan oleh perubahan pendapatan, perubahan kesadaran masyarakat akan gizi dan kesehatan serta perubahan gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) jenis dan jumlah pangan pokok yang dikonsumsi, 2) cara memperoleh dan mengolah pangan pokok, 3) frekuensi mengkonsumsi pangan pokok. Pengambilan contoh dilakukan secara acak kelompok. Jumlah responden yang diambil sebanyak 35 kepala keluarga yang terdiri atas 22 kepala keluarga yang bekerja sebagai petani dan 13 kepala keluarga bukan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis pangan pokok yang dikonsumsi masyarakat suku Amungmee di Kelurahan Kwamki Distrik Mimika Baru adalah beras, ubi jalar, singkong, keladi dan sagu. Jumlah konsumsi beras setiap rumah tangga rata-rata sebanyak 3.702,86 gram/hari, ubi jalar sebanyak 3.451,43 gram/hari, keladi sebanyak 2.400 gram/hari dan sagu sebanyak 3.100 gram/hari. Sumber pangan pokok yang dikonsumsi berasal dari hasil produksi sendiri, dibeli dan bantuan pemerintah. Pangan pokok ubi jalar, singkong, keladi dan beras diolah dengan cara direbus sedangkan sagu diolah dengan cara direbus dan dibakar. Frekuensi konsumsi pangan pokok ubi jalar, singkong, keladi dan beras sebanyak dua kali sehari sedangkan sagu dikonsumsi sebanyak satu kali dalam sehari. Kata Kunci: konsumsi, pangan pokok, Amungmee ABSTRACT The population's food consumption patterns may change over time due to changes in income, changes in public awareness of nutrition and health, and changes in lifestyle. This study aims to determine: 1) the type and amount of staple food consumed, 2) how to obtain and process staple food, 3) the frequency of consuming staple food. Sampling was done randomly in groups. The number of respondents taken as many as 35 heads of families consisting of 22 heads of families who work as farmers and 13 heads of families who are not farmers. The results showed that the types of staple food consumed by the Amungmee tribe in Kwamki Village, Mimika Baru District were rice, sweet potatoes, cassava, taro and sago.The average consumption of rice per household is 3.702., grams/day, sweet potato is 3.451.43 grams/day, taro is 2.400 grams/day and sago is 3.100 grams/day. Sources of staple food consumed come from own production, purchased and government assista nce. The staple foods of sweet potatoes, cassava, taro and rice are processed by boiling, while sago is processed by boiling and burning. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pala merupakan salah satu jenis rempah-rempah yang menjadi komoditi unggul di Kabupaten Fakfak dan telah diperdagangkan baik antara pulau maupun telah diekspor. Pengelolaan pala yang baik dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani pala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tingkat penerapan petani pala tentang kualitas produk pala, (2) manganlisis hubungan/pengaruh antara karakteristik petani pala dengan penerapan standar panen dan pasca panen untuk menghasilkan pala yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan contoh secara purporsive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat penerapan Standar panen dan pasca panen pala di Kampung Sum, Puar Dan Adora dikategorikan “tinggi”, dimana komponen karakteristik/ciri pala matang merupakan komponen penerapan tertinggi yang diterapkan petani pala dalam standar panen sebesar 2,80 (tinggi), sebaliknya komponen penerapan pasca panen untuk komponen bentuk kemasan biji dan fuli pala adalah yang terendah sebesar 1,47 (rendah). Hasil dari Hubungan/pengaruh antara variabel karakteristik dan variabel penerapan yang memiliki hubungan/pengaruh adalah (a) sub variabel umur mempunyai hubungan/pengaruh terhadap penerapan standar panen dan (b) sub variabel penyuluhan memiliki hubungan/berpengaruh terhadap penerapan pasca panen. Kata kunci : Kualitas, Pala, Penerapan ABSTRACT Nutmeg is one type of spice which is a superior commodity in Fakfak Regency and has been traded both between islands and has been exported. Good nutmeg management can improve the welfare of nutmeg farmers. The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the level of application of nutmeg farmers regarding the quality of nutmeg products, (2) to analyze the relationship or influence between the characteristics of nutmeg farmers and the application of harvest and post-harvest standards to produce quality nutmeg. The method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The sampling technique was purporsive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of application of harvest and post-harvest standards of nutmeg in village Sum, Puar and Adora is categorized as "high", where the characteristic component or characteristics of ripe nutmeg is the highest application component applied by nutmeg farmers in the harvest standard of 2.80 (high). On the other hand, the post-harvest application component for the components of the packaging form of seeds and mace of nutmeg is the lowest at 1.47 (low). The results of the relationship or influence between characteristic variables and application variables that have a relationship or influence are (a) the age variable has a relationship or influence on the application of harvest standards and (b) the extension variable has a relationship or effect on post-harvest implementation. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas, pola konsumsi dan mengatahui hubungan produktivitas dengan pola konsumsi keladi, ubi kayu dan ubi jalar pada petani lokal di kampung Warbefor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petani Papua lokal yang adalah suku asli Arfak dan petani papua non lokal yang adalah suku Biak dan Serui yang berusahatani di Kampung Warbefor. Metode pengambilan contoh dilakukan secara acak berlapis yaitu petani papua lokal dan non lokal yang mengusahakan umbi-umbian diambil secara acak sebanyak 30 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara langsung ke responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari lembaga, istansi dan dinas terkait. Data dianalisis secara tabulasi dengan penjelasan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat (1) Produktivitas umbi-umbian (2) Pola konsumsi petani kampung warbefor yang terdiri dari Jenis Umbi-umbian yang dikonsumsi, Jumlah umbi-umbian yang dikonsumsi, frekuansi mengkonsumsi umbi-umbian. Kata Kunci : produktivitas dan Pola mengkonsumsi umbi-umbian ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to Productivity of the staple food crop commodity of taro, wood tuber and sweet potato in the farming community of Warbefor village, knowing the consumption pattern of taro, cassava and sweet potato crops and the standard of consuming staple food for local farming families in Warbefor village, knowing the relationship between the productivity of the staple food crop commodity of taro, cassava and sweet potato with consumption patterns of taro, cassava and sweet potato among local farmers in Warbefor village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and a quantitative method using survey techniques. The subjects of this research are local Papuan farmers who are the indigenous Arfak tribe and non-local Papuan farmers who are the Biak and Serui tribes who are farming in Warbefor Village. The sampling method was done randomly in layers, namely local and non-local Papuan farmers who cultivate tubers were taken randomly as many as 30 respondents. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data, primary data is collected from direct interviews with respondents and secondary data is obtained from related institutions, agencies and services. Data were analyzed by tabulation with descriptive explanation. The results of this study were seen (1) Productivity of tubers (2) Consumption patterns of farmers in Warbefor village which consisted of: - Types of tubers consumed - Number of tubers consumed - Frequency of consuming tubers. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the agricultural sector, especially food crops, in Manokwari district, supported by an extension system which is institutionally under the coordination and management of the Agricultural Extension Center under the Manokwari District Agriculture Office. The extension activities are managed by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP), as many as 4 Balai, namely Masni, Prafi, Warmare, and Manokwari. These four BPPs are supported by 88 Field Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL). Currently, the Manokwari Regency Agricultural Extension Center is in charge of coordinating and fostering 4 BPPs in Manokwari Regency, namely, BPP Masni, BPP Prafi, BPP Warmare and BPP Manokwari. This study aims to assess the existing condition of BPP Prafi, evaluate the performance of PPL in WKBPP Prafi, identify factors that affect the performance of PPL. This research took place from 06 July 2021 to 05 August 2021. The place of implementation was at (WKBPP) at BPP Prafi, Manokwari Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The subjects in this study were PPL at (WKBPP) Prafi. The sampling method is by census. The data collected are primary and secondary data. Data analysis was done by tabulation with a frequency distribution to assess PPL performance, while to find out the factors related to PPL performance were analyzed using tabular analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out in Prafi, Manokwari Regency. The performance of field agricultural extension workers in Prafi, Manokwari Regency, was declared in the good category. This is supported by three indicators as parameters, namely indicators of extension programs, implementation of agricultural extension, evaluation and reporting. PPL in Prafi has implemented an extension program, compiling a work schedule in which joint visits with extension workers and field visits must be at the invitation of the farmers. In addition, the extension workers have applied the principle of learning while working because the PPL's job is not only to be a lecturer but also to go out in the field to help the fostered farmers carry out planting, harvesting and selling. The factors that influence the success or failure of PPL are success factors, namely education level, age, and length of work. Keywords: PPL Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tanaman pangan merupakan komoditas strategis dan menarik dalam kaitannya dengan isu peningkatan produksi dan jaminan ketersediannya. Hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian pemerintah daerah untuk selanjutnya menentujan arah kebijakan dalam pengambangan tanaman pangan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permsalahan tersebut adalah dengan pengembangan pertanian tanaman pangan berdasarkan sentra produksi komoditas unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komoditas unggulan pada subsektor tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni dan mengetahui distrik yang menjadi wilayah sentra produksi komoditas unggulan pada subsektor tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni. Analisis yang digunakan adalah LQ dan Shift Share (SSA). Nilai Location Quotient (LQ) memberikan indikasi kemampuan suatu daerah dalam menghasilkan suatu komoditas sebagai komoditas unggulan. Analisis SSA bertujuan untuk memahami pergeseran struktur aktivitas dalam hal ini komoditas pertanian di suatu lokasi tertentu dibandingkan dengan aktivitas wilayah keseluruhan pada dua titik waktu. Kriteria Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share Analysis (SSA) yang digunakan dalam penetapan komoditas unggulan tanaman pangan di wilayah Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni adalah dengan melihat nilai LQ>1 dan nilai SSA yang positif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komoditas unggulan untuk komodti pangan di Kabupaten Teluk Bintuni adalah padi, jagung, ubi kayu dan ubi jalar. Padi memiliki nilai LQ > 1 dan memiliki nilai SSA positif adalah Distrik Manimeri, Tuhiba dan Tembuni. Sentra pengembangan jagung adalah yaitu Distrik Aroba, Muskona dan Bintuni. Sentra pengembangan ubi kayu adalah Distrik Farfurwar, Sumuri, Wamesa dan Biscoop. Serta sentra pengembangan Ubi jalar adalah Distrik Distrik Babo, Aroba, Kaitaro, Kuri, Bintuni, Dataran Beimes, Tembuni, Mayado, Moskona Barat, dan Biscoop. Kata kunci: Agribisnis, Komoditas Unggulan, Sentra Produksi ABSTRACT Food crops are strategic and attractive in terms of availability with increased production and guarantees. This needs to be the concern of the local government to further determine the policy direction in the development of food crops. One way to overcome this problem is to develop food crops based on superior commodity production centers. This study aims to analyze the leading commodities in the food crops sub-sector in Teluk Bintuni Regency and to find out which districts are the production centers for the main commodities in the food crops sub-sector in Bintuni Bay Regency. The analysis used is LQ and Shift Share (SSA). Location Quotient (LQ) value provides an indication of the ability of a region to produce a commodity as a leading commodity. SSA analysis aims to understand the shift in the structure of activity in this case agricultural commodities in a particular location compared to the activity of the region as a whole at two points in time. Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA) criteria used in determining food crop targets in the Teluk Bintuni Regency area are by looking at the LQ value> 1 and the positive SSA value. The results of the analysis show that the leading commodities for food commodities in Teluk Bintuni Regency are rice, corn, cassava and sweet potatoes. Rice that has an LQ value > 1 and has a positive SSA value is Manimeri, Tuhiba and Tembuni Districts. Corn development centers are Aroba, Muskona and Bintuni Districts. The centers of cassava development are Farfurwar, Sumuri, Wamesa and Biscoop Districts. And sweet potato development centers are Babo District, Aroba, Kaitaro, Kuri, Bintuni, Beimes, Tembuni, Mayado, West Moskona, and Biscoop Districts. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Provinsi Papua Barat tahun 2017- 2020 2). Mengetahui capaian kesejahteraan masyarakat Provinsi Papua Barat Tahun 2017-2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis, dimana tingkat kesejahteraan menggunakan indicator IPM menurut UNDP dan untuk mengetahui capaian kesejahteraan masyarakat diukur menggunakan metode Gap Analysis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik periode 2017-2020. Hasil menunjukan bahwa IPM Provinsi Papua Barat tergolong sedang dan mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2017-2020. Capaian IPM Papua Barat relative tinggi lebih dari 98%. Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH)Provinsi Papua Barat tahun 2017-2020 mengalami peningkatan, dengan rata-rata umur penduduk 66 tahun. AHH yang dicapai melebihi target dalam RPJMD. Berdasarkan komponen lama sekolah, penduduk Papua Barat yang berusia 25 tahun ke atas rata-rata mengenyam Pendidikan setingkat kelas 7 SMP. Capaian lama sekolah penduduk Papua Barat dibandingkan dengan target mencapai lebih dari 90% kecuali tahun 2020 mencapai 89%. Berdasarkan Angka Melek Huruf (AMH), 97,72% penduduk dapat membaca dan menulis. Pengeluaran per kapita penduduk tahun 2017-2020 cenderung meningkat, dengan peningkatan 2,24% di tahun 2020 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2017. Tahun 2017- 2019 capaian pengeluaran per kapita penduduk melebihi 100% dari target, sedangkan tahun 2020 capaian sebesar 99%. Kata Kunci : IPM, AHH, Lama Sekolah, Pengeluaran ABSTRACT This research aims for 1). know the level of welfare of the people of West Papua Province in 2017-2020 2). Know the achievements of the welfare of the people of West Papua Province in 2017-2020. The method used is an analytical descriptive method, where the level of well-being uses HDI indicators according to UNDP and to find out the achievements of community welfare is measured using the Gap Analysis method. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2017-2020. The results showed that the HDI of West Papua Province was classified as moderate and increased from 2017-2020. The achievement of West Papua HDI is relatively high by more than 98%. Life Expectancy (AHH) of West Papua Province in 2017-2020 has increased, with an average population of 66 years. AHH achieved exceeds the target in RPJMD. Based on the old school component, West Papuans aged 25 years and above on average received education at the level of 7th grade junior high school. The old school achievement of west Papuans compared to the target of reaching more than 90% unless by 2020 reaches 89%. Based on Literacy Figures (AMH), 97.72% of the population can read and write. Per capita spending of the population in 2017-2020 is likely to increase, with an increase of 2.24% in 2020 compared to 2017. In 2017-2019 the achievement of per capita expenditure of the population exceeded 100% of the target, while in 2020 the achievement was 99%. Keywords: HDI, AHH, School Term, Expenses

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the cost of sales of nutmeg syrup in Fakfak, (2) to analyze the internal and external conditions of the nutmeg syrup business, (3) to determine the strategies for developing a nutmeg syrup business that could be applied. The method used in this research is a quantitative and descriptive method with a case study technique. The sampling method in this study was purposive for entrepreneurs and snowball for consumers. The data collected in this study are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this study consists of two parts, namely the analysis of tabulated calculation data and tabulated data analysis then analyzed by SWOT analysis (Strenghths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats. The results of this study are seen from (1) the calculated value of the cost of goods sold for Fakfak nutmeg syrup to the current selling price. (2) internal-external conditions currently faced by the nutmeg syrup business, (3) nutmeg syrup business development strategies that can be applied by entrepreneurs. Keywords: cost of goods sold nutmeg syrup, internal and external conditions of the business, business development strategy ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui harga pokok penjualan sirup pala di Fakfak, (2) Menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha sirup pala, (3) Mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha sirup pala yang bisa diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan teknik studi kasus.Metode pengambilan contoh pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) untuk pengusaha dan Snow Ball untuk konsumen.Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terbagi dalam dua jenis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu analisis data perhitungan yang ditabulasikan dan analisis data yang ditabulasikan kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis SWOT (Strenghths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari (1) Besaran nilai hitung harga pokok penjualan sirup pala Fakfak terhadap harga jual saat ini, (2) Kondisi internal-eksternal yang dihadapi usaha sirup pala saat ini, (3) Strategi pengembangan usaha sirup pala yang bisa diterapkan pengusaha. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan pedagang sayuran pada pondok menetap di Kelurahan Amban . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pedagang Sayuran pada Pondok menetap di Kelurahan Amban Distrik Manokwari Barat Kabupaten Manokwari. Metode pengambilan contoh dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel acak berkelompok (Cluster Random Sampling). Metode pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengan melakukan wawancara langsung terhadap pedagang sayuran menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan selanjutnya akan diolah dan di analisis dengan tabulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Rata-rata biaya yang digunakan oleh pedagang dalam berjualan sayuran adalah sebesar Rp 1.976.167 per bulan, Rata-rata penerimaan yang diperoleh pedagang sayuran adalah sebesar Rp 3.207.167 per bulan dan Rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima dari penjualan sayuran selama satu bulan adalah sebesar Rp. 1.230.999. Kata Kunci : Pedagang Sayuran, Pendapatan, Penerimaan dan Biaya ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the cost, receipt and income of vegetable traders at a settled cottage in Amban Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a study approach. case. The subject of this study was a Vegetable Trader in Pondok settled in Amban Village of West Manokwari District of Manokwari Regency. The sampling method is done using random group samples. (Cluster Random Sampling). Method of collecting data in the form of primary data and secondary data by conducting in- person interviews with vegetable traders using questionnaires, while data analysis is used. It will then be analyzed and analyzed with tabulation. The results of this study showed that the average cost used by traders in selling vegetables was Rp 1,976,167 per month, the average receipts were rp 1,976,167 per month. Obtained by vegetable traders is Rp 3,207,167 per month and the average income received from the sale of vegetables for one month is Rp. 1,230,999. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kognitif serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi petani dalam penggunaan pupuk pada petani padi sawah dalam setiap periode tanam. Penelitian dilakukan di Distirk Prafi kabupaten Manokwari dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara purposive pada dua kampung yaitu kampung Prafi Mulya dan Kampung Desay dengan total 30 sampel yang terdiri dari 15 sampel petani padi sawah pada masing-masing kampung. Penelitian didasarkan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu saat padi berumur 3-20 hari, 30- 45 hari dan padi berumur 50-65 hari dengan melihat hubungan tingkatan kognitif pada penggunaan pupuk dengan pengalaman bertani, keterlibatan belajar dengan PPL , dan informasi dari media pada setiap periode tanam padi sawah. Analisis data menggunakan tabulasi silang, secara parsial dengan Analisis Rank Spearman dan secara simultan dengan analisis Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian diperoleh presentase penggunaan pupuk pada umur padi 3-20 hari (84,68 %), umur padi 30- 45 hari (90,99), dan umur padi 50-65 hari (89,01%), semuanya berada pada jenjang pertama yaitu ranah mengetahui yang berarti bahwa petani dapat menyebutkan jenis, takaran, cara, waktu, frekuensi, kandungan dan manfaat penggunaan pupuk pada setiap tahapan penanaman. Hasil uji juga menunjukkan nilai siginifikan rs hitung lebih besar dari rs tabel yang berarti bahwa variabel pengalaman bertani, kegiatan belajar bersama PPL da informasi melalui media memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan tingkat pengetahuan kognitif petani padi sawah. Kata Kunci: Kognitif, Padi, Pupuk. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the cognitive level as well as the factors that influence farmers in the use of fertilizers on paddy in the rice paddy in each planting period.The research was conducted in Prafi District, Manokwari Regency with purposive sampling method in two villages, namely Prafi Mulya village and Desay village with a total of 30 samples consisting of 15 samples of rice farmers in each village. The study was based in 3 stages, namely when rice was 3-20 days old, 30-45 days old and rice was 50-65 days old by looking at the relationship between cognitive levels in the use of fertilizers with farming experience, learning involvement with Fileld Agricultural Instructure, and information from the media at each rice paddy planting period in the rice paddy .Data analysis used cross tabulation, partially with Spearman Rank Analysis and simultaneously with Wilcoxon analysis. The results showed that the percentage of fertilizer use at the age of 3-20 days (84.68%), the age of paddy 30-45 days (90.99%), and the age of paddy 50-65 days (89.01%), all were at the the basic level that is the realm of knowing, which means that farmers can mention the type, dose, method, time, frequency, content and benefits of using fertilizer at each stage of planting. The results also show a significant value of the calculated Spearman’s rho (rs) is greater than the critical value from Spearman’s rho (rs) tabel, these findings implied that the variables of farmer experience, learning activities with PPL and information through the media have a close relationship with the level of cognitive knowledge of paddy field farmers. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan karakteristik usahatani petani Arfak serta mengkaji tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok rumah tangga petani Arfak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan teknik studi kasus. Populasi penelitian 84 KK dengan 30% dari populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 25 KK. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan penelusuran studi pustaka.Analisis data dengan distribusi presentase dan frekuensi dalam tabulasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi sosial petani Arfak, 96% dalam umur produktif, 52% laki-laki, kepercayaannya berupa Kristen Protestan, 56% berasal dari Suku Hatam, 40% pendidikan terakhir berupa perguruan tinggi, 60% memiliki lebih dari 5 tanggungan, 84% mata pencaharian utama sebagai petani dan 24% sebagai pedagang noken dan minuman kemasan. Berdasarkan karakteristik usahatani petani Arfak, 21% lama usahatani lebih dari 10 tahun, 92% memiliki luas lahan skala menengah, kepemilikkan lahan berupa hak milik, 88% menggunakan tenaga kerja dalam dan luar keluarga dengan padi ladang sebagai komoditas utama, usahatani bersifat komersil, rata-rata penerimaan usahatani Rp28.565.440/tahun. Rata-rata penerimaan nonustan petani Arfak sebesar Rp9.408.000/tahun. Rata-rata penerimaan rumah tangga petani Arfak sebesar Rp37.973.440/tahun. Berdasarkan penerimaan usahatani, 64% petani Arfak tergolong tidak miskin dalam arti tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok minimumnya terpenuhi. Berdasarkan penerimaan rumah tangga, seluruh petani Arfak tergolong tidak miskin dalam arti tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok minimumnya terpenuhi. Kata kunci: Karakteristik sosial ekonomi, Karakteristik usahatani, Kebutuhan pokok ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the socio-economic characteristics and farm characteristics of Arfak farmers and to examine the level of fulfillment of the basic needs of Arfak farmers' households. This research uses descriptive method with case study technique. The study population was 84 households with 30% of the population as samples, namely as many as 25 families. Data collection by observation, interview and literature study. Data analysis with percentage and frequency distribution under simple tabulation. The results showed that based on the socio-economic characteristics of the Arfak farmers, 96% were of productive age, 52% were male, their beliefs were Protestant Christians, 56% were from the Hatam Tribe, 40% had college education, 60% had more than 5 dependents, 84% of the main livelihood as farmers and 24% as traders of noken and packaged drinks. Based on the farming characteristics of Arfak farmers, 21% of farming durations are more than 10 years, 92% have medium-scale land area, land ownership is in the form of property rights, 88% use domestic and external workers with field rice as the main commodity, commercial farming, the average farm income Rp28,565,440/year. The average of non-farm income of Arfak farmers is Rp. 9,408,000/year. The average of household income of Arfak farmers is Rp. 37,973,440/year. Based on farm income, 64% of Arfak's farmers are classified as not poor which mean the minimum basic needs is fulfilled. Based on household income, all Arfak farmers are classified as not poor which mean the minimum basic needs is fulfilled.
