Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of online sales strategies, service quality, and price perceptions on customer loyalty at Kukume Beauty. The research was conducted through a survey of 300 customers randomly selected from the Kukume Beauty database. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of questions related to online sales strategies, service quality, price perceptions, and level of customer loyalty. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple regression method. The research results show that online sales strategies have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Likewise with service quality, which also significantly influences customer loyalty. Apart from that, price perception also plays a role in forming customer loyalty, although its influence is not as big as online sales strategies and service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the performance of village officials in Lombo Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive case studies. Primary data was collected through interviews with village government officials, while secondary data was obtained from various sources such as websites, social media, books, and presentation materials. Literature reviews on HRM and performance were used as the basis for data analysis. The research findings indicate that HRM plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of village officials. Careful selection of village officials involving community participation, employee development through training and education, and providing fair and adequate compensation are some key aspects identified. Based on the research findings, it is recommended to continue improving the selection process of village officials with greater precision and transparency, continuing investment in employee development, implementing periodic and objective performance assessment systems, and reviewing and updating existing compensation systems. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations will enhance the effectiveness of HRM at the village level, which in turn will contribute to improving the performance of village officials and village development overall.

Abstract

Of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and discipline on employee performance at PT. Daikin Airconditiong Indonesia Makassar Branch. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through multiple linear regression tests obtained a value of Y = 9.956 + 0,393 X1 + 0,402 X2, then the value of the correlation coefficient (r) 0,830, or 83,0% and the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0,678 or 67,8%. Furthermore, the calculation of the T test obtained results for leadership variables, namely T count 4,091 > T table 1,673 and discipline variables obtained values, namely T count 5,276 > T table 1.689. Test results F obtained F count 59,893 > F table 2,77. The results showed that leadership and discipline both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial element in achieving a company's objectives. The success of a company greatly depends on effective management of existing resources. Performance management plays a vital role in optimizing the performance of individuals, work units, and the company as a whole. A competency-based performance management system helps ensure that employee tasks and abilities align with the company's strategic goals. This system also contributes to rewarding high-performing employees who make significant contributions. PT Singlurus Pratama faces challenges in the coal industry and needs to enhance productivity through Competency-Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM). This research aims to explain the implementation of a competency-based performance management system at PT Singlurus Pratama and analyze its supporting and inhibiting factors. A descriptive research method with a qualitative approach is used to collect data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that employee awareness and discipline, collaboration between evaluators and employees, as well as technical and managerial support are the main supporting factors. However, subjectivity in evaluations, lack of employee involvement, and resistance to change are inhibiting factors that need to be addressed to achieve the success of the competency-based performance management system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan penimbang dalam estimasi indikator ketenagakerjaan di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, khususnya dalam konteks transisi dari Survei Penduduk Antar Sensus 2015 (SUPAS 2015) ke Long Form Sensus Penduduk 2020 (LF SP2020). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak perubahan metodologi terhadap validitas dan konsistensi data ketenagakerjaan, serta implikasinya terhadap kebijakan publik. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur untuk menyusun ulang informasi dari sumber-sumber yang relevan, termasuk publikasi ilmiah, laporan lembaga statistik, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peralihan dari SUPAS 2015 ke LF SP2020 mencerminkan evolusi dalam pendekatan survei dan pengolahan data untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan relevansi data ketenagakerjaan. Implikasi dari perubahan metodologi ini penting untuk merancang kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang lebih efektif dalam menghadapi dinamika populasi dan pasar tenaga kerja di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of work motivation and competency on employee performance at PT Sanghiang Perkasa Branch Office Cirebon. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data were collected by conducting a survey using a questionnaire with a population of 35 employees, data processing analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount value > ttable (3.909 > 2.036). Competency has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the tcount value > ttable (4.498 > 2.036). Work motivation and competency simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the Fcount value > Ftable (47.673 > 3.29). The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent is 74.9%, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The implications of this study indicate that efforts to improve employee performance can be done effectively through strengthening work motivation and developing competencies on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of human resource management (HRM) policies and employee welfare on improving employee performance at PT. Arisco Mandiri. Effective HRM policies and adequate welfare are important factors in enhancing productivity and work efficiency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between these variables. The results show that HRM policies have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, employee welfare also contributes significantly to performance improvement. A combination of well-planned HRM policies and adequate welfare levels can create a conducive work environment, motivating employees to achieve company targets. The conclusion of this research is that HRM policies and employee welfare collectively have a significant influence on improving employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to increase its focus on these aspects to support organizational sustainability and growth.

Abstract

There are various types of state-owned companies in Indonesia that are engaged in various fields, one of which is PT Pegadaian Persero tbk. Pegadaian is a company that aims to overcome people who are in need of money so as not to take loans to bonded dealers or commonly said to be loan sharks where they provide relatively high interest. The company's financial performance can be interpreted as a form of financial statement results that have been analyzed to determine the results of the company's performance and assess potential changes in resources owned during the specified period. The main objective of this study is to determine how the development of the company's performance of PT Pegadaian (Persero) tbk based on the results of the liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio, and solvency ratio. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach with the data source used is secondary data and the data collection technique is based on documentation from the financial statements obtained and then analyzed using descriptive analysis using financial ratio analysis. The results of this study based on liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, and profitability show the company is in poor condition. Abstract

This research aims to: 1) determine the influence of spiritual intelligence partially on students personal financial management, 2) determine the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle partially on students personal financial management, and 3) determine the influence of spiritual intelligence and a hedonistic lifestyle simultaneously on financial management student personality. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative methods and causal relationships. With a population of 534 students, the sample in this study was 84 because this research is population research. Meanwhile, the type of data used is primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are: Data quality testing, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence between spiritual intelligence and a hedonistic lifestyle (simultaneous test) on the personal financial management of students at Ichsan Sidenreng Rappang University. There is an influence of spiritual intelligence (partial test) on the personal financial management of management concentration students at Ichsan University. sidenreng rappang, the hedonistic lifestyle has no effect (partial test) on the personal financial management of Ichsan Sidenreng Rappang University students, and the influence of spiritual intelligence and the hedonistic lifestyle (simultaneous test) on the personal financial management of Ichsan Sidenreng Rappang University students. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most urgent thing in the business field because it is a determining factor in the success of a company, prices that are not affordable will make customers feel less satisfied. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the marketing mix of Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4) has an effect on Customer Satisfaction at Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency, both partially and simultaneously.The method used in this research is quantitative research method with a type of correlation research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers of Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency, the population in this study is unlimited so that the researchers conducted a sample of 96 respondents using the lemeshow formula, then the data obtained were processed using the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the marketing mix of Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4), both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Toko Myarumi Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
