Abstract

This research aims to evaluated the performance of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services department (DPMPTSP) of Sidenreng Rappang Regency through a community satisfaction survey. The method used in this research is employing a descriptive analysis approach, inferential analysis such as correlation analysis and quadrant analysis, and adding qualitative analysis using Word Cloud. In addition, the indicators used and the measurement procedures refer to the guidelines of Permenpan RB No. 14 of 2017. The data collection technique began with accidental sampling, selecting samples from individuals who are randomly encountered at the location and have just been served by the DPMPTSP, followed by filling out a questionnaire through face-to-face interviews. Based on the research results, the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) of DPMPTSP obtained a score of 3.101, which falls into the "Good" category or a "B" score with a conversion value of 77.536. Based on the correlation analysis, a significant correlation was found between officer behavior and service procedures with a value of 0.464, categorized as "moderate correlation". Meanwhile, based on the quadrant analysis, the service elements located in quadrant II that need to be maintained are the cost/tariff and infrastructure. Based on the qualitative analysis of the Word Cloud, the community assesses the competence of the officers by their ability to serve quickly, skillfully use computers, and provide good service, while the community evaluates the officers' behavior based on their friendliness, politeness, and warmth in conversation

Abstract

Strategic frameworks are a key component of the OECD Green Budgeting Framework, aiming to align fiscal policy with environmental sustainability. This study evaluates the implementation of strategic frameworks in policy documents in North Toraja Regency, including the Strategic Plan (Renstra), Strategic Environmental Assessment (KLHS), and the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD). Using Krippendorff's content analysis approach, the study identifies key themes across three dimensions: semantics, pragmatics, and symbolic means. The findings reveal that although the policy documents reflect a commitment to sustainability, there are significant shortcomings, including the absence of measurable performance indicators, sufficient baseline data, and clear evaluation mechanisms. From a pragmatic perspective, program implementation is often hindered by a lack of cross-sectoral coordination and inadequate budget allocation. Furthermore, the analysis of symbolic means indicates that the information presented in the documents is more focused on administrative outputs rather than outcomes that reflect real impact. This study concludes that the strategic frameworks in North Toraja Regency need to be strengthened through more technical approaches, including the development of specific performance indicators, enhanced coordination among local government agencies, and the integration of data-based evaluation mechanisms. These recommendations are expected to improve the effectiveness of policy documents in supporting the sustainable implementation of green budgeting at the local level.

Abstract

The performance of an employee is evaluated based on how successfully they perform the assigned tasks according to the established standards. The purpose of this study is to (1) untangle the relationship between corporate culture and employee output and (2) hide the relationship between teamwork and output in the workplace. Primary data were obtained from employees at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota, Urip Sumoharjo Makassar Branch. A sample size of 54 respondents was used to calculate the sample size using the slovin technique. The traditional hypotheses of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were investigated to ensure the validity and dependability of the results obtained from the questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 23, which is a statistical package specifically designed for social sciences, were used in the data analysis process. Statistics showing that organizational culture and work teams have a good influence on employee performance provide credence to all these assumptions, which are supported by statistics

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze employee work ability based on factors of Work Experience, Work Environment, Awards and Soft Skills and which variables are dominant in influencing PT Makmur Karya Persada Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative analysis. In this study, the analysis method used is regression analysis, in this case the regression used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Soft Skill, Awards, work environment, and work experience variables together have a significant influence on employee performance and have a very strong influence on employee performance. The Soft Skill variable partially has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Makmur Karya Persada Makassar This means that in order to achieve more effective employee performance based on the goals and expectations of the organization, employees must be given good training and education in order to improve their technical abilities and skills based on the main functions and duties of an employee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how influential the Auditor's Ethics and Behavior are to Fraud Prevention in the Bantaeng Regency Inspectorate. The research design used a quantitative research approach to examine the ethics and behavior of an individual in a group with a multiple regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS 25 application. In sampling, all populations were sampled as many as 38 people. The findings of this study indicate 1) auditor ethics do not affect fraud prevention in the Bantaeng Regency Inspectorate, 2) auditor behavior has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention in the Bantaeng Regency Inspectorate 3) auditor ethics and auditor behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention in the Bantaeng Regency Inspectorate

Abstract

The current retail business competition in Indonesia is very tight, as evidenced by the number of retailers that are widely spread throughout Indonesia both local, national and international. Indonesia is one of the countries that has a high level of consumption of retail goods. The pattern of consumer behavior that can be found when in a retail store is to make spontaneous and unplanned purchases referred to as impulse purchases. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence discounts and product arrangements in the store have on impulse purchases at MR.DIY Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using primary data from 100 respondents at MR.DIY consumers in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the discount variable has no significant effect on impulse purchases, while product arrangement in the store has a significant effect on impulse purchases.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Experience, Work Environment, Awards and Training on employee performance and which variables have the most influence on the Kalla Aspal Division at PT Bumi Sarana Utama Makassar. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative data is data that is managed by calculating or spreading it into numbers or values ​​related to employee performance. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test whether there is a relationship or influence between the two independent variables (X) with or more dependent variables (Y). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variables Work Experience, Work Environment, Awards, and training together have a significant influence on employee performance and have a very strong influence on employee performance. Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to the marketing strategies of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including those in Bone Regency. This study aims to analyze the digital promotion strategies implemented by online-based SME actors and to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges in their implementation. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that most SME actors have utilized social media and marketplaces such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Shop. However, the use of more advanced digital marketing features such as paid advertising and analytics remains very limited. The main challenges include low digital literacy and limited access to training. Nevertheless, there are significant opportunities through the growing trend of online shopping and the potential for collaboration with local influencers. Two business actors who applied educational content strategies and two-way communication successfully increased their sales significantly. This study recommends the need for more structured digital marketing training for SME actors to improve promotional effectiveness and business competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to test independent variables including the effect of profitability, leverage, and company size on company value. This study is a quantitative study with an associative approach. This study uses a sample of financial statements of LQ 45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of companies sampled in this study was 16 companies out of 45 companies with observations for 5 years. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple regression techniques using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that profitability, leverage and company size have a simultaneous and significant effect on company value. Partially, profitability and leverage have a positive and significant effect on company value. While company size does not affect company value. Simultaneously, profitability, leverage and company size have a significant and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of research on cognitive flexibility in the fields of business management and accounting through a bibliometric approach based on data from the Scopus database. Cognitive flexibility is understood as an individual’s ability to shift perspectives and adapt responses to situational dynamics, which is crucial in modern managerial decision-making. The analysis was conducted on 166 documents published between 1989 and 2025. The results show a significant increase in publication volume since 2019, with research articles dominating (98.8%). The journal that most frequently published related articles is the Journal of Business Research, while the most productive author is Septianto, F. The largest contributions come from institutions in the United States, China, and Australia. The subject areas are dominated by Business, Management and Accounting (45.5%), followed by Social Sciences and Psychology. These findings indicate that cognitive flexibility is an increasingly global and interdisciplinary topic, with great potential for further development in the context of strategic management, organizational innovation, and human resource development.
