Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital agriculture, internet access, and technology literacy on the business performance of millennial farmers in East Java. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 150 millennial farmers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that digital agriculture, internet access, and technology literacy have positive and significant effects on business performance both partially and simultaneously. Technology literacy emerged as the most dominant variable influencing business performance, followed by digital agriculture and internet access. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.520 indicates that 52.0% of the variation in business performance can be explained by the three independent variables. The findings suggest that the integration of digital technology, supported by adequate internet access and strong technological competence, contributes significantly to improving productivity, operational efficiency, market expansion, and business sustainability among millennial farmers. This study highlights the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure, expanding internet accessibility, and improving technology literacy to support sustainable agricultural transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial transparency and data security on user trust in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms in Indonesia. The rapid growth of fintech services has increased public adoption of digital lending platforms; however, concerns regarding transparency and cybersecurity remain significant challenges affecting consumer confidence. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 250 respondents who had experience using P2P lending platforms in Indonesia. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that financial transparency has a positive and significant effect on user trust, demonstrating that clear and accessible financial information enhances perceptions of platform reliability and accountability. Data security was also found to positively and significantly influence user trust, indicating that strong protection of personal and financial information increases confidence in digital transactions. Simultaneously, financial transparency and data security significantly influence user trust in P2P lending services. The findings suggest that fintech companies should strengthen transparent financial communication and cybersecurity systems to maintain public trust and support the sustainable development of digital financial services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of people analytics and talent management in improving the quality and productivity of human resources in manufacturing companies in West Java. The rapid development of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 has encouraged manufacturing organizations to adopt data-driven human resource management practices to enhance operational efficiency and workforce competitiveness. This study uses a quantitative research approach involving 150 respondents from manufacturing companies in West Java. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. The variables examined include people analytics, talent management, human resource quality, and human resource productivity. The results indicate that people analytics has a positive and significant effect on human resource quality with a path coefficient of 0.381 and a T-statistic of 5.842. Talent management also positively affects human resource quality with a path coefficient of 0.472 and a T-statistic of 7.116. Furthermore, human resource quality significantly influences human resource productivity with a path coefficient of 0.844 and a T-statistic of 18.527. The findings demonstrate that the integration of people analytics and talent management contributes significantly to improving workforce competency, professionalism, and productivity in manufacturing organizations. This study provides theoretical contributions to human resource management literature and practical implications for manufacturing companies in developing data-driven HR strategies and sustainable talent development systems to improve organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to map the factors shaping and influencing the dynamics of work-life balance in flexible and remote work arrangements, as well as to identify research trends, theoretical perspectives, and existing research gaps in the literature. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA procedure through the Scopus database. From an initial 120 identified articles, 31 articles met the inclusion criteria and were selected for the final synthesis. The findings indicate that work-life balance is influenced by psychological, organizational, social, technological, and individual factors. The results also reveal paradoxical dynamics, where flexible work arrangements can improve autonomy and well-being while simultaneously increasing stress, burnout, role conflict, and blurred boundaries between work and personal life. The study concludes that work-life balance is the result of interactions among multiple factors within the modern work environment.

Abstract

The increasing environmental awareness among consumers has encouraged businesses to promote eco-friendly products through digital communication channels. Social media has emerged as a powerful platform for influencing consumer behavior, particularly through eco-influencers and environmental advocacy campaigns. This study aims to examine the influence of eco-influencers and social media advocacy on consumers’ intention to purchase eco-friendly products in West Java. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from 175 respondents who actively use social media and are familiar with eco-friendly products. The research instrument utilized a five-point Likert scale, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that eco-influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, indicating that credible environmental influencers can effectively encourage consumers to consider eco-friendly products. Social media advocacy also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, suggesting that environmental campaigns disseminated through social media enhance awareness and motivate sustainable purchasing behavior. Furthermore, eco-influencers and social media advocacy simultaneously influence purchase intention, explaining 46.1% of the variance in consumers’ intention to purchase eco-friendly products. The findings highlight the strategic importance of digital environmental communication in promoting sustainable consumption and provide practical implications for businesses, marketers, and policymakers seeking to encourage environmentally responsible purchasing behavior.
