Abstract

Late-semester adolescents in higher education in Jember, Indonesia were studied to determine the effects of academic stress and emotional intelligence on their mental health. A cross-sectional design was adopted in this study, which included 450 teenagers in their final semesters from different universities. Data on academic stress, emotional intelligence, and mental health were gathered using standardized tests. Correlation, regression, and mediation analyses were performed statistically using SPSS software version 26. Academic stress needs to be addressed as a risk factor for mental health issues because the study indicated a significant positive association between it and poorer mental health. On the other hand, emotional intelligence was found to have a strong positive link with greater mental health, demonstrating its protective significance. Additionally, it was discovered that emotional intelligence somewhat mediates the link between academic stress and mental health. These findings highlight the significance of understanding the mental health issues late-semester adolescents in higher education encounter. To enhance emotion regulation and coping skills, institutions should offer specialized support services and think about including emotional intelligence training into their curricula. It is advised to conduct additional study on the efficacy of such programs as well as gender-specific interventions. Teenagers in Jember who are in their last semester can have better mental health if we handle academic stress and raise emotional quotient.

Abstract

This research investigates the challenges and solutions associated with the development and adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles (EVs) in Jakarta, Indonesia, a densely populated and rapidly urbanizing city facing pressing environmental and transportation issues. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study combines quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews and focus group discussions to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics influencing EV adoption. The findings reveal a relatively high level of awareness of EVs among Jakarta residents, with positive perceptions centered on environmental benefits. However, barriers such as high initial costs and concerns about charging infrastructure availability hinder adoption. Government policies, including incentives and clearer regulatory frameworks, are identified as pivotal drivers for EV adoption. Insights from government officials, industry stakeholders, and consumers emphasize the importance of collaboration to overcome infrastructure challenges and promote electric mobility. The study's recommendations aim to inform policymakers, industry players, and urban planners in their efforts to facilitate the transition to sustainable electric transportation in Jakarta.

Abstract

This bibliometric study examines how the field of sustainable crop management research is developing through an analysis of publications and their citations. We use VOSviewer software and sophisticated bibliometric approaches to find emergent research subjects, co-authorship networks, trends, and influential publications. Our data shows a significant increase in research publications over the course of four decades, which is indicative of the growing understanding of the significance of sustainable agriculture. Key publications by well-known writers offer fundamental information, and co-authorship networks emphasize cooperative research initiatives. Agroecology and climate-resilient agriculture are two emerging study subjects that provide insights into the field's future orientations. Through an awareness of these trends and key publications, this research helps to support well-informed decisions about food security and sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

In recent years, mindfulness-based interventions, or MBIs, have drawn a lot of attention as a potentially effective strategy for enhancing mental health and wellbeing. In order to perform a bibliometric analysis of the literature on mental health and MBIs, this study looked at collaborative networks, prominent publications and authors, research themes, and patterns in research production. Notable discoveries include a notable increase in research production, with a spike in activity starting in the early 2000s, which reflects the growing acceptance of mindfulness in relation to mental health. The development of the area has been attributed to seminal publications, eminent writers, and interdisciplinary cooperation. The neurological underpinnings of mindfulness, stress reduction, and the management of anxiety and depression were the main research themes. These results highlight the value of MBIs in treating mental health issues and offer directions for further study and application.

Abstract

The urgent environmental issues of the twenty-first century, particularly climate change, have thrust mechanical engineering into a central position in the creation of novel technologies for a future centered on sustainable energy. From energy-efficient mechanical designs to renewable energy systems, sustainable energy technologies provide a wide range of solutions. This bibliometric analysis uses sophisticated tools, such as VOSviewer, to examine a large dataset of academic articles in mechanical engineering that deal with sustainable energy technology. Dominant research themes, significant writers, collaborative networks, and prominent journals are identified by the study. Important discoveries include the notable increase in research output during the previous 20 years, the rise to prominence of notable writers and research teams, the connection between research themes, and the critical importance of particular papers and journals. These revelations help to shape a more sustainable and ecologically conscious energy future by offering a road map for navigating the complex world of sustainable energy in mechanical engineering.

Abstract

A transformational era of consumer behavior has begun with the advent of the digital age, where multichannel brand involvement is the standard. Businesses are progressively implementing omnichannel marketing tactics in Indonesia's dynamic economy to effectively navigate this intricate terrain. In order to find out how well omnichannel marketing techniques work in Indonesia, this study used a mixed-methods approach that included quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and content analysis. The results show that omnichannel marketing techniques do, in fact, work, since they significantly influence purchase decisions and generate a high degree of consumer involvement. Customized offers and recommendations strike a powerful chord with Indonesian customers, indicating that personalization is a major success factor. Although omnichannel marketing is generally viewed favorably, worries over data privacy highlight how crucial it is for companies to have open and honest data procedures. Practical suggestions are given for Indonesian businesses to maximize their omnichannel marketing endeavors in light of these findings. This study adds significant understanding to the ever-changing omnichannel marketing scene in Indonesia and provides direction for companies looking to prosper in the digital era while preserving customer confidence and data protection.

Abstract

Indonesia's fashion sector has grown dramatically in recent years, driven primarily by influencer marketing's ascent to prominence in advertising and consumer interaction. Within this dynamic framework, influencer credibility—which includes competence, trustworthiness, and attractiveness—has emerged as a critical component in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a mixed-methods approach to examine the complex relationship between customer behavior and influencer credibility in the Indonesian fashion business. It combines quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews. Our research suggests that dependability and competence are important aspects of influencer credibility that favorably affect consumers' decisions to buy. Although relevant, attractiveness has a relatively smaller impact. Furthermore, it was found that cultural relevance was a significant element, as consumers favored influencers that shared the norms and values of Indonesian culture. These insights offer a deeper knowledge of the interaction between influencers and customers in Indonesia's dynamic fashion market, which is helpful advice for influencers and marketers alike as they try to optimize their tactics in this quickly changing scene.

Abstract

In order to maintain growth and competitiveness in the modern business environment, digital marketing must be strategically integrated, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) that conduct business-to-business (B2B) transactions. This study looks into the potential and difficulties that come with B2B digital marketing as well as how to measure return on investment (ROI) for MSMEs in Indonesia. Surveys and in-depth interviews were used in a mixed-methods approach to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. The results show that MSMEs have widely adopted digital marketing tactics, with social media and content marketing being the most popular. There are still issues like tight budgets, hard ROI calculations, and fierce market competition. The report makes actionable suggestions, such as group marketing campaigns, the creation of uniform ROI measurements, and a focus on innovation via emerging technologies and niche targeting. The insights provide practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders with practical advice for improving the knowledge of the dynamics in B2B digital marketing for MSMEs in Indonesia.
