Abstract

Pentingnya manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu di Perpustakaan Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong, sehingga lancar pelaksaan kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan konsep dasar manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu perpustakaan Pesantren. 2) Mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan mutu Perpustakaan Pondok Pesantren.Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Bagian Umum, Kepala Sub. Bagian Kedaerahan, dan Kepala Perpustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu perpustakaan pesantren yaitu proses dan hasil pembelajaran diperoleh dari bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi dengan orang lain. Hasil belajar diperoleh dari sharing antara teman, antara kelompok dan antara yang tahu dan yang belum tahu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai dalam dharma gita yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial di kalangan pelajar, khususnya siswa SMA. Keberagaman ras, suku, etnis,  agama, dan kebudayaan menjadikan Indonesia memiliki ciri khas yang membedakannya dengan bangsa lain. Local genius atau yang sebagian besar oleh para ahli disebut juga dengan kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada setiap daerah merupakan akar dari sejarah nasional. Masyarakat Bali memiliki dharma gita sebagai salah satu kearifan lokalnya. Dharma gita adalah seni sastra masyarakat Bali dalam menyampaikan cerita dengan menyanyikannya melalui olah vokal (kidung atau kekawin) yang berisi berbagai nilai kehidupan melalui tokoh-tokoh dan dialog-dialognya. Dharma gita dalam perkembangannya di masyarakat Bali dikenal dengan nama mebebasan. Dharma gita melalui tradisi mebebasan menawarkan upaya menciptakan harmoni sosial untuk para generasi penerus bangsa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Adapun pengumpulan data diperoleh dari referensi dan literatur terkait yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menciptakan harmoni sosial merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bali, melihat corak masyarakatnya yang beragam. Begitupun prakteknya dalam interaksi para siswa di sekolah, guru harus menjadikan pembelajaran sejarah sebagai resolusi dalam meminimalisir konflik yang disebabkan oleh keberagaman. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai dharma gita dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah mampu menciptakan harmoni sosial dalam setiap interaksi siswa di SMA.

Abstract

Gas leak detection systems are essential for ensuring the safety of people and property. The use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in gas leak detection systems has become increasingly popular due to its ability to connect devices and collect data from various sources. In this paper, we propose the design and development of an LPG gas leak detection system based on IoT. The system uses LPG gas sensors to detect the presence of gas in the environment, a microcontroller to process the data and send it to the cloud, and a web-based dashboard to display the real-time gas concentration levels and send alerts to users in case of gas leakage. Liquefied Petroleum Gas is a tool that serves to anticipate the safety of a gas leak hazard that can cause explosion and harm to the soul and property. In this final assignment explains how to create a detection system using the MQ-2 gas sensor that is connected to the NODEMCU ESP8266 microcontroller which is then sent to Firebase where the data storage can be viewed in realtime and continued to the Android application, the application used is the MIT App Inventor that has been created to receive notifications in the event of a gas leak. Using a MQ-2 gas sensor with a standard value in the event of gas leakage above 200. This system has fulfilled the rules of the Internet of things because it uses the Internet to connect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of public policy on the management of traditional markets. Traditional market management policy is a form of public policy that regulates and oversees the management of traditional markets. The type of method used in this article is a literature review. Writing this literature review adopts national articles published on various platforms providing journals on a national scale that discuss public policy analysis of traditional market management. The research results show that the implementation of traditional market management policies can help create a healthier and more productive market environment for traders and visitors. However, this policy must also pay attention to the social, economic and environmental impacts that may arise and must constitute a target or objective of a government program, so that it is made at a higher level up to the technical level. Aims to increase the economic growth of the community. The expected result of these activities is the availability of economic facilities as a forum to move and grow the regional economy so that the community's economic activities can develop properly and open up employment opportunities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui indeks pembangunan manusia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Dengan data masing-masing kabupaten yang diperoleh dari data Badan Pusat Statistik DIY. Pada penelitian ini menulis menggunakan metode Panel Data. Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa angka harapan hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, artinya ketika angka harapan hidup naik maka indeks pembangunan manusia ikut naik. Kemudian angka melek huruf memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, jika angka melek huruf turun maka indeks pembangunan manusia turun, pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, begitu pula dengan pengeluaran riil perkapita yang juga berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

Mastery of English is increasingly required for college graduates because they will face the real world of work which requires them to have various kinds of skills including expertise in English. As education practitioner, lecturer in private tertiary institutions must do some efforts to increase the interest of students in English so that learning English is easier to understand and the knowledge conveyed can be well mastered. One of the efforts is to use the You Tube media, which is capable of displaying interesting and creative English learning materials, which can be learned at any time to improve their ability both in listening, speaking, reading and writing. The role of lecturers with high creativity, and by delivery the materials that easy to understand and fun will certainly improve the results of learning English later. From the results of research on Learning English by Using You Tube in Improving The LP3M Students' Interest, it was found that You Tube was able to make students interested in learning English by 90% while teaching methods from lecturers was able to make students interested in learning English by 80%. The use of You Tube and good teaching methods by lecturers will certainly greatly increase students' interest in learning English and this will have a positive impact on the maximum knowledge that will be acquired by students later.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Intelektualisme Hukum Islam Di Nusantara Abad-19. Perjuangan ulama di Nusantara pada abad ke-19 yang menuai banyak pengaruh dalam penyebaran agama Islam dan pendorong rasa keinginan untuk menyingkirkan kolonial kala itu. Ulama-ulama melakukan banyak hal untuk mencoba menyadarkan pribumi setelah berpulangnya mereka dari Mekkah dan kembali ke tanah air. Para ulama Nusantara ini melakukan perjuangannya tidak secara langsung menggunakan pertarungan fisik, namun dengan berbagai karya dan khotbah yang mereka lontarkan kepada Pemerintah Belanda sebagai tanda kritik keras dan ketidaksukaan mereka terhadap Pemerintah Belanda. Beberapa perjuangan mereka pun tak runtuh meski sampai ulama-ulama itu meninggalkan dunia fana ini. Setelah mereka meninggal pun perjuangannya tetap berkobar melalui murid-muridnya hingga mereka mencapai tujuan mereka, yakni menyebarkan dakwah Islam dan pengusiran para koloni. Bahkan karya-karya mereka masih dipakai sebagai kitab acuan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan di pesantren-pesantren hingga sekarang.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Asset and Stock Return. The data used is a source of data that has been available both internal and external data and data can be accessed through the internet and publication of information. Data used is the financial report of the sub-sector food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2018-2022. Analysis methods show that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no influence on Return on Asset and Stock Return. Net Profit Margin has an effect on Returns on Assets and Asset Return. Return On Assets has an influence upon Stock Return. Return on Asset cannot mediate the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio against the Stock Return. Return on Asset can mediate the Net Profit Margin against the Stock Return.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether self-management techniques influence online game addiction among Madrasah Aliyah YPPT LEDE students by using questionnaire data collection techniques and recording methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between self-management techniques on online game addiction of Madrasah Aliyah YPPT LEDE students, this is shown from the results of simple linear regression calculations. , specifically Y = 23.551 + 0.520 This means that if self-management techniques increase by one value, the value of online game addiction will increase by 0.520. The tcount value obtained is 2.28, this value is higher than the ttable value of 1.782, meaning that there is a significant influence between the self-management technique variable and the online game addiction variable for Madrasah Aliyah YPPT LEDE students

Abstract

This study aims to educate character in overcoming the moral crisis of grade X students at SMA Brigjend Katamso 1 Medan, considering that many students have a crisis of good character and morals. The method used in this study is to cultivate moral and religious values to students. So that the younger generation is able to understand their shortcomings and strengths as a source of grace from God that must be grateful. With this method can create an attitude of confidence, decrease violations of social rules that apply in society, the younger generation is able to show logical and creative thinking. In today's world of education, character education in overcoming students' moral crisis has begun to decrease. It can be proven by the number of students who lack respect, respect, and are not polite to people around them, especially in the school environment. This is due to the underestimation and non-compliance with applicable regulations in the school environment and also caused by the influence of the surrounding environment such as digital lifestyle, both from home, and also from friends. The digital era not only has a positive impact, but also a negative impact. For this reason, those who must play an active role in preventing a moral crisis of students like this are parents, especially and also teachers who teach in their schools. So that by preventing this student moral crisis, it can slowly realize character education in overcoming the moral crisis of students in class X at SMA Brigjend Katamso 1 Medan.
