<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the concept of social support as stated in the Qur'an and analyze its influence on the mental health of pregnant women. Through a literature study approach and thematic analysis of relevant verses of the Qur'an. Research results. Knowledge and correct understanding of the process of pregnancy and childbirth are also emphasized to reduce ignorance and anxiety. Reflecting on the verses of the Qur'an about the power and mercy of Allah can provide peace of mind. The psychological experience of pregnant women is seen as a test and a gift from Allah. The Qur'an provides comprehensive spiritual guidance to deal with emotional, physical, and cognitive challenges during pregnancy. By strengthening faith, being patient, grateful, relying on God, seeking knowledge, and supporting each other, pregnant women can go through their pregnancy with peace of mind and belief in God's help. The integration of Qur'anic values in understanding and addressing the psychological aspects of pregnancy not only provides spiritual peace but can also contribute to optimal mental and physical health for the mother and fetus, psychological well-being and a reduced risk of mental disorders in pregnant women. The practical implications of these findings are expected to provide insight into the development of social support interventions based on Islamic values to improve the mental health of pregnant women.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of andragogy strategies in enhancing lifelong learning in community education is increasingly recognized as critical in todays rapidly changing society. This study aims to explore the impact and effectiveness of andragogical approaches in fostering lifelong learning within community education settings. Utilizing a qualitative methodology, this research employs a comprehensive literature review (library research) to analyze existing studies and theoretical frameworks related to adult learning. The study focuses on key andragogical principles, including learner self-direction, experiential learning, readiness to learn, and the role of motivation in adult education. Findings indicate that effective application of andragogical strategies significantly enhances learner engagement, autonomy, and practical knowledge application, thereby promoting continuous learning beyond formal education. The study also highlights challenges, such as varying levels of digital literacy and diverse learning motivations, which must be addressed to optimize andragogical approaches. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of adaptive teaching methods and supportive learning environments that align with adult learners' unique needs and life experiences, ultimately contributing to more resilient and informed communities. Future research should focus on integrating digital tools and personalized learning pathways to further enhance adult learning outcomes in community settings.]]>

<![CDATA[Muhammadiyah dan Nahdlatul Ulama mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan politik serta proses demokratisasi pada era Reformasi di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh kedua organisasi Kedua organisasi massa Islam terbesar di Indonesia ini tentu memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses demokratisasi di negri ini. Terbukti, kebijakankebijakan yang dilaksanakan oleh kedua organisasi ini telah mampu mewarnai kehidupan politik di negeri ini. Selain itu, kedua organisasi ini juga telah membantu proses pendewasaan para anggotanya untuk berdemokrasi. Pemikiran pendidikan Islam sebuah proses mengembangkan dan mendidik emosi serta perilaku sikap dengan ajaran agama Islam menjadi pribadi dengan karakter yang sesuiai dengan nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan peninjauan literatur (Literatur review). Literatur review berfokus pada artikel original yang di dalamnya terdapat abstrak, pendahuluan, metode dan hasil. Literatur review termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif, sehingga pengelolahan data menggunakan pengelolahan data kualitatif. penelitiannya berfokus pada kepentingan. Isu-Isu Konterversial terkait Pendidikan Nasional. pendidikan Islam merupakan sebagai sebuah pondasi atau dasar pokok dari berjalannya pendidikan, sebab ajaran-ajaran pendidikan Islam memiliki sifat universal menyimpan ketentuan-ketentuan yang mangatur semua point kehidupan manusia mulai dari hubungan manusia dengan tuhannya hingga hubungan manusia dengan sesama. Dan pendidikan itu sendiri merupakan sebagai sebuah usaha terencana dan sadar dalam mewujudkan proses serta suasana dalam belajar mengajar agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam dirinya secara aktif dalam aspek spiritual, kepribadian, kecerdasan, pengendalian diri, akhlaq mulia serta ketrampilan. <![CDATA[https://jurnal.usk.ac.id/riwayatThis paper aims to analyze the influence of leadership, training, and motivation on employee performance with competence as an intervening variable at the Bangun Insan Mandiri Education Foundation in Medan. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of the foundation. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The results indicate that leadership, training, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee competencies. Competencies were also found to have a significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, competence mediates the relationship between leadership, training, and motivation toward performance. These findings indicate that enhancing employee competence is key to strengthening the positive impact of leadership, training, and motivation on performance. The implications of this study suggest that foundation management should continue to develop effective leadership, relevant training programs, and appropriate motivation strategies to improve employee competence and overall performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Klinik Bidan Atik currently manages patient registration manually, resulting in long waiting times, data entry errors, and challenges in generating monthly reports effectively. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based patient registration system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with a prototyping approach. The system is designed to streamline the patient registration process, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate monthly report generation. Data collection methods include direct observation, interviews with clinic staff, and system requirements analysis. The implementation results indicate a 50% reduction in registration time compared to the previous manual method. Additionally, blackbox testing shows that the system functions as intended, reducing data entry errors and providing easier data access for clinic administrators. With this system, Klinik Bidan Atik is expected to improve service quality, accelerate the registration process, and organize monthly reports more systematically.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on stock prices. The population of this study is 15 companies and based on the sample criteria, there are 13 Financing Service subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet the criteria. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis show that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables do not affect stock prices. Return on Asset and Earnings Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices in financing service subsector companies.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the environment Work , Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Job Satisfaction SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan. In this study there was a population of 86 teachers and a sample of 60 respondents . The method used in this study was a statistical test with primary data from the distributed questionnaire . Data analysis using SmarPLS. The results of the study showed that partially the work environment and motivation had a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction. While work discipline did not succeed in influencing teacher job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) and Zakat on the Reputation and Profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The ICSR index is measured based on the disclosure of 6 themes, with a value of 1 for each disclosed component and 0 if not. Profitability is proxied using Return on Equity (ROE). This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports of Islamic Banks in Indonesia for the period 2019-2024 obtained from the official websites of each bank. The sample selection method is purposive sampling, and data analysis is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that ICSR disclosure does not have a significant effect on Reputation or Profitability. On the contrary, Zakat has a significant effect on Reputation and Profitability partially. Simultaneously, ICSR and Zakat have a significant effect on Reputation and Profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan pada pengunjung pasien di klinik dr. Mohammad ahwan. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner atau angket dan Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 18 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa financial preparedness berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial well being, dan financial literacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial well being pada pengunjung pasien di klinik, dan financial preparedness dan financial literacy seacara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial well being.]]>
