Penelitian ini menganalisis secara komparatif dua pendekatan hermeneutika yang berpengaruh dalam filsafat kontemporer: Hermeneutika Filosofis Hans-Georg Gadamer dan Dekonstruksi Jacques Derrida. Gadamer, melalui konsep fusi cakrawala, menekankan pentingnya tradisi dan dialog dalam memahami teks dan realitas, menjembatani kesenjangan antara subjek dan objek interpretasi. Fokusnya pada pengalaman hermeneutika sebagai kebenaran yang muncul dari pertemuan dengan tradisi menawarkan landasan bagi pemahaman yang berkelanjutan dan kontekstual. Di sisi lain, Derrida dengan dekonstruksinya menantang asumsi-asumsi dasar metafisika Barat, termasuk konsep makna dan kebenaran yang stabil. Melalui pembongkaran oposisi biner dan penyingkapan jejak-jejak teks, dekonstruksi Derrida mempertanyakan kemungkinan interpretasi yang final dan utuh, menyoroti sifat aporetik dari makna. Analisis ini tidak hanya menguraikan perbedaan fundamental antara kedua pemikiran ini, tetapi juga mengeksplorasi titik-titik persinggungan dan ketegangan di antara keduanya. Meskipun Gadamer berusaha mencapai pemahaman melalui dialog dan tradisi, Derrida justru menggugat kestabilan makna dalam fondasi tradisi itu sendiri. Dalam konteks pendidikan, perbandingan ini memiliki relevansi signifikan. Hermeneutika Gadamer mendorong pendekatan pedagogis yang menghargai dialog, pemahaman kontekstual, dan keterlibatan siswa dengan tradisi pengetahuan. Sementara itu, dekonstruksi Derrida menawarkan perspektif kritis yang mendorong siswa untuk mempertanyakan otoritas, dekonstruksi narasi dominan, dan mengembangkan pemikiran yang lebih mandiri dan multidimensional terhadap teks dan realitas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih kaya tentang implikasi filosofis interpretasi dalam praktik pendidikan.

This article explores how BBC News and Detik News frame reports on the Chinese governments renaming of hundreds of villages in Xinjiang, viewed as an attempt to erase Uyghur Muslim culture, and examines Chinas stance toward the Uyghur ethnic group. The study aims to reveal how media construct reality through a framing approach. This qualitative research uses a literature review method, collecting data from books, academic journals, and online sources. The framing analysis applies Robert N. Entmans model, which includes four components: problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. Findings show that both media refer to Human Rights Watch reports and highlight human rights violations. BBC News presents a more balanced perspective, while Detik News emphasizes violence and advocacy. The Chinese governments stance is driven by political and national security interests, leading to counter-terrorism policies.Keywords: Framing; Online Media; Human Rights; Uyghur

Koperasi Bina Insaf Mandiri (BIM) beranggotakan eks narapidana terorisme yang bekerjasama dengan Perhutani dalam mengelola lahan produktif di Gunung Karang. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan pertanian, koperasi BIM menghadapi tantangan kenaikan harga pupuk dan konflik pemanfaatan lahan. Koperasi BIM menggagas inovasi penggunaan fly ash bottom ash dari limbah non B3 PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 2 Labuan sebagai media tanam FABA Organik (METAFORA). Melalui pendekatan sosial serta kontribusi konkret dalam bidang ekonomi dan lingkungan, CSR berperan dalam muwujudkan reintegrasi koperasi BIM melalui konservasi dan inovasi sosial berbasis pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi CSR yang diterapkan guna memahami efektivitasnya dalam upaya reintegrasi eks narapidana terorisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Koperasi BIM berhasil menjalankan reintegrasi secara produktif melalui konservasi lingkungan di kawasan Gunung Karang. Koperasi BIM melakukan praktik budidaya kopi hingga tahap ke hilirisasi yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan para anggotanya. Selain itu, koperasi BIM juga telah mengalami reorganisasi kelembagaan dengan memperluas basis keanggotaannya melalui pelibatan petani, langkah ini merepresentasikan pencapaian dalam aspek inklusivitas serta memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha koperasi. Demikian, proses ini menunjukkan bahwa eks narapidana terorisme dapat diterima kembali oleh masyarakat melalui kontribusi positif.

The advancement of visual media as a promotional tool extends beyond commercial advertising into the realm of health-themed entertainment. A notable example is the promotional poster of the Korean drama Hospital Playlist, which portrays the medical profession in a warm and emotionally resonant manner. This study aims to explore the visual meanings conveyed in the poster by applying Roland Barthes semiotic theory, which interprets signs through two levels of meaning: denotation and connotation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with visual semiotic analysis, focusing on elements such as clothing colors, facial expressions, lighting, and the visual composition of characters. The findings reveal that these visual elements collectively construct a representation of medical professionals as approachable, collaborative, and empatheticcontrasting with the traditionally serious and rigid portrayal of the medical field. The diversity in clothing colors symbolizes the unique traits of each character, while their expressions and gestures communicate themes of warmth and familial bonds. This study highlights how entertainment media can function as an effective tool for visual communication, shaping positive public perceptions of the medical profession, particularly among younger audiences.

Penelitian ini berjudul Sejarah masjid Cheng Ho Palembang tahun 2006-2024 . Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sejarah berdirinya masjid Cheng Ho Palembang, bagaimana peran orang-orang muslim tionghoa dalam pembangunan masjid Cheng Ho Palembang dan bagaimana aktifitas-aktifitas yang ada di masjid Cheng Ho Palembang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah berdirinya masjid Cheng Ho Palembang, untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran peran maslim tionghoa dalam pembangunan masjid Cheng Ho Palembang dan bagaimana aktifitas-aktifitas yang diadakan di Masjid Cheng Ho Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah histori dengan langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu heuristic, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan agama, budaya dan Antropologi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masjid Cheng Ho Palembang ini didirikan oleh PITI dan diresmikan tahun 2008 sebagai monumen untuk mengenang Laksamana Cheng Ho, seorang tokoh Tionghoa yang pernah berkunjung ke Palembang pada abad ke-15. This study aims to examine how leadership micro-interactions reshape the narrative of employee engagement in the context of remote work cultures. The massive shift towards hybrid and online work patterns over the past decade has challenged the conventional employee engagement model that has relied on physical interactions, organizational structures, and formal interventions from human resource management. Through a narrative qualitative approach, this study analyzed 24 in-depth interviews with employees from the technology sector and creative industries in Southeast Asia who worked remotely. The results of the thematic analysis show that employee engagement in the context of digital work is formed through the presence of micro leadership, such as informal appreciation, empathy conveyed through short messages, providing contextual feedback, and quick responses to emotional and work needs. This interaction, although not formal, is perceived by employees as an indicator of attention, recognition, and psychological presence from the boss. These findings confirm that attachment in remote work culture is formed through narrative mechanisms born from consistent and meaningful micro-relational experiences. The study concludes that in the era of remote work, the role of leaders shifts from managers of structures to facilitators of meaning and emotional connection. This research contributes to the development of engagement theory by emphasizing the importance of micro and contextual approaches in building authentic working relationships, as well as providing practical implications for organizations in designing relevant engagement strategies in the ever-evolving digital work ecosystem.

Law enforcement and agrarian transformation are crucial issues in overcoming land mafia problems and land conflicts in Indonesia. This article discusses agrarian policies implemented in 2024, the effectiveness of law enforcement, as well as strategies for dealing with land mafias and land conflicts. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature study and policy analysis. The research results show that even though there are stricter agrarian reform policies, implementation in the field still faces challenges, especially in terms of coordination between institutions and law enforcement which is not yet optimal. Therefore, synergy is needed between the government, law enforcement officials and the community to ensure the sustainability of agrarian transformation in Indonesia.

This research aims to reactualize the role of teachers as social agents through the perspective of contemporary educational sociology. In the midst of rapid social transformation due to globalization, digitalization, and cultural pluralism, the function of teachers is no longer limited to the delivery of knowledge, but expands as actors who shape social norms, maintain community integration, and mediate structural inequality in educational institutions. Using a descriptive-qualitative method based on literature study, this paper analyzes the role of teachers in the process of reproduction and transformation of social values, negotiation of cultural identity in the classroom, and the development of students' critical awareness. This study draws on the theoretical frameworks of Emile Durkheim, Pierre Bourdieu, and Paulo Freire to explain how teachers operate within institutional structures while still having agency in driving social change. The results of the analysis show that the sociological role of teachers needs to be understood not only from an institutional point of view, but also as part of a broader socio-cultural dynamic, in which education functions as a medium of social construction. Therefore, a review of the role of teachers as social agents is important in formulating a responsive, democratic, and liberating education system.

development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in information consumption patterns, particularly among Generation Z. One phenomenon that has emerged is the use of clickbait headlines on online news portals as a strategy to capture readers' attention. This study aims to analyze the effect of clickbait headlines on Tribunnews.com on the reading interest of Generation Z students at the Faculty of Communication and Informatics, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 113 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results indicate that the use of clickbait headlines has a significant influence on reading interest. The effects are not only an increase in curiosity but also lead to boredom or disappointment when the news content does not match the expectations set by the headline. These findings reinforce the Uses and Effects Theory, which states that media directly impacts readers' behavior, both in terms of increasing curiosity and causing boredom when the news content does not meet expectations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pemanfaatan aplikasi TikTok terhadap hubungan interaksi sosial siswa di MAN 1 Medan. Dalam era digital, TikTok menjadi salah satu media sosial yang paling digemari remaja karena kemampuannya memfasilitasi ekspresi diri, komunikasi kreatif, serta kolaborasi antarindividu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap lima siswa aktif pengguna TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok memainkan peran signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan sosial siswa melalui berbagai bentuk interaksi digital, seperti membuat konten bersama, memberi komentar, dan mengikuti tren viral. Temuan juga mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan TikTok dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, memperluas jejaring sosial, serta membentuk komunitas virtual yang inklusif dan emosional. Mengacu pada teori Uses and Gratifications serta Social Network Theory, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa TikTok, jika digunakan secara bijak, berpotensi menjadi sarana efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial remaja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap kajian media sosial dan interaksi sosial, serta menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam memanfaatkan media digital secara produktif dan edukatif di lingkungan sekolah.
