Abstract

Since 2004, PT EXA Mitra Solusi (EXA) has been an industrial company that provides outsourcing services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the areas of recruitment services, marketing sales outsourcing, operations outsourcing, customer service and training for HR training and development. As an outsourcing company, PT EXA Mitra Solusi provides business solutions that follow and adapt to current business needs, from workforce requirements to system management and monitoring employee performance. As well as helping businesses to grow perfectly. Because many prospective employees are applying to this company, this research is needed by the company for time efficiency and employee effectiveness in the employee recruitment process. The benefit of this research is that it is hoped that each company will get quality employees as needed by the company for the company's development.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Sikap Belajar Siswa terhadap Prestasi Belajar Sejarah (Survei pada Sekolah Menengah Swasta di Jakarta Timur). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi, yaitu menghubungkan antara data yang menunjukkan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sejarah. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan 1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional dan sikap belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan Sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  dan Fh = 139,475. 2).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05  dan th = 5,474.3).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sikap belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Sejarah siswa SMA Swasta di Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh bahwa nilai Sig. 0,000 0,05  dan th = 5,416.

Abstract

Convergent media plays an increasingly important role in shaping people's views and understanding of politics. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of convergent media in maintaining public trust in a political year. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is a literature study that has been indexed by Google Schoolar. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that convergent media has an important role in maintaining public trust in the political year. Convergent media can act as providers of accurate and balanced information, providers of space for the public to participate in the political process and guardians of media independence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media history learning, the obstacles faced by teachers and the responses of class XI IPS 1 student at SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh in applying the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media in history learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type, while the technique used was a purposve sampling technique. The data collection in this study was carried out by interview, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is knows that (1) The application of the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media in history learning for Class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh is included in good criteria. (2) Obstacles faced by teachers in applying the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media in history learning, namely from the aspect of time, student and the Covid-19 national disaster. (3) Student responses to the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media were enthusiastic and enthusiastic even though they had never experienced it before. Learn to use the TPS learning model assisted by ludo media. There are also some who have difficulty in understanding the learning material. It is proven by the percentage of student responses on the questionnaire sheet which shows an average value of 76,5% which is in good criteria.

Abstract

Shredded is a long-lasting food that has high protein and has low cholesterol levels, which is made from shredded meat or separated fiber, then added spices and fried. To determine the level of preference for shredded freshwater fish and shredded seawater fish, a hedonic test was carried out with reference to 4 indicators, namely: taste, color, texture and aroma. The objectives of this Final Project are, to find out the process of making shredded fish from freshwater fish and seawater fish. Know the consumer hedonic test on shredded freshwater fish and shredded seawater fish. The stages of making shredded fish are receiving raw materials, weeding raw materials, boiling, shredding I, seasoning, cooking, pressing, shredding II and packaging. Based on the results of hedonic tests show that shredded seawater fish has a higher value with a color value of 4.1, aroma 4.8, taste 4.5 and texture 4.6 compared to freshwater fish with a color value of 4.4, aroma 4.0, taste 2.6 and texture 3.8.

Abstract

The momentum of COVID-19 should be an opportunity for courier business owners because many people focus on their activities at home and rely on courier services to shop. Two big players such as JNE and JnT have shown an increase in transaction volume in 2020 and 2021. On the other hand, Pos Indonesia has experienced a 15% decrease in profit from usual. This phenomenon is also reflected in the scale of Postal Agents, one of the official partners of Pos Indonesia. Referring to data from the Central Post Office in Sidoarjo , the income of all Postal Agents in Sidoarjo decreased by around 15% during the pandemic, starting in 2020 Rp. 11.3 billion to Rp. 9.6 billion in 2021. This research was conducted to investigate the influence of aspects of external and internal factors on the performance of Postal Agents. All research data comes from questionnaires filled out by 30 respondents who are managers of Postal Agents in Sidoarjo. Then the data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) method. The results showed that internal factors had a positive influence on the performance of Postal Agents with a T-statistic of 3.115 and a P-value of 0.002 (0.05). From these internal factors, it is known that finance and service products are the most influential aspects. Meanwhile, external factors did not have a positive influence on the performance of Postal Agents with a T-statistic of 0.123 and a P-value of 0.902 ( 0.05).

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is currently increasingly faced with the challenge of increasing operational efficiency to maintain competitiveness. One approach that has proven effective in achieving this goal is the application of lean management principles. This article aims to dig deeper into how lean management principles can be applied in the context of the manufacturing industry to increase operational efficiency. The research method used is literature analysis, which searches literature through academic databases, online libraries and related literature sources. Literature selection will be carried out by paying attention to criteria such as relevance, author credibility, and year of publication to ensure the selection of up-to-date and high-quality literature. The results of this research include the application of lean management principles in the manufacturing industry, which positively impacts operational efficiency. By eliminating waste, encouraging employee participation, implementing JIT concepts, and leveraging technology, companies can achieve higher productivity goals, maintain a competitive advantage, and face market challenges more responsively. Thus, the manufacturing industry can benefit significantly from implementing lean management principles to remain competitive in a dynamic business environment. The success of this implementation depends on the company's commitment to changing work culture, engaging employees, and continuously seeking innovation to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

Interactions between education providers and stakeholders who misperception and miscommunication have a negative impact on the quality of education. This paper aims to provide a complete and comprehensive discussion of the urgency of stakeholders in their roles, functions and understand their rights and obligations. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study describe the urgency of stakeholders in terms of their role in providing information in the form of questions, inputs, suggestions and criticisms addressed to education providers, and stakeholders prioritizing ethical principles and functions when interacting with the school, as well as education providers updating the rules and formulas that are appropriate for the function and appropriate for the learning process. Formulas or learning formulas that integrate the interaction of the school with stakeholders must be applied massively. The interactions that are built lead to improving the quality of education. The conclusions of this paper lead to three aspects, first, the strategic role of stakeholders, Second, the rules and formulas for the interaction of education providers, and Third, the principles and functions of stakeholder interactions.

Abstract

The evaluation of learning that has been running and carried out in many schools uses written or oral evaluation, it makes students feel monotonous with the evaluation system. In the development of evaluation, several tools can be used in the evaluation, one of which is the Quis system where the tool uses the Quizizz program. This article aims to analyze the application of evaluation instruments in the context of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the use of the Quizizz application. Are there changes to students that can be used as motivation for students in the evaluation process or does even using this instrument make students or the evaluation system not work well? This research adopts a qualitative approach with field research methods, where data is obtained and the research process is carried out in specific locations. The study was conducted in the 8th grade of SMP Plus Al Aqsa. The results showed that the use of Quizizz in PAI learning in the classroom was effective, able to motivate students, and resulted in improvements in their exam performance.

Abstract

MSMEs are currently the most developed commercial sector in the local market. The sector that is most in demand and survives in the local market is the culinary sector. However, culinary MSMEs have the lowest share in the global market. Lack of potential exporter capacity and products that do not meet export standards as well as a lack of export financing are currently the main obstacles for SMEs. This research aims to help prospective exporters with an overview of exporting their products on the global market as well as the export standards and procedures that must be followed, as well as providing solutions for export organizations to provide a more efficient export platform. This research uses data collection techniques through qualitative methods with primary data and secondary data. The research results show that exported products do not meet HACCP standards and food safety licenses in several countries. strict export procedures that must be followed by culinary MSMEs with relatively low human resources. Export stakeholders do not yet have sufficient skills to compete in the export market, and MSME stakeholders also do not have sufficient knowledge regarding Export Pro.
