Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the cognitive development of children who crawled and did not crawl. This research was conducted in July-December 2022. This research method uses qualitative research. Data was collected in this study using observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that children who crawl have cognitive development faster than children who do not crawl, because in processing information and doing activities, children who crawl are faster in responding to the information conveyed because the nervous system in their brain is more connected, thereby developing muscle turned out to greatly affect the development of the child's brain.

Abstract

This article aims to know the effect of the cooperative learning model of complex instruction type on history learning outcomes of class XI IPS students SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with the form of design used being the nonequivalent control group. The population in this study are all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The sample in this study was XI IPS 1 as an experimental class and XI IPS 2 as a control class, samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are test and documentation. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the cooperative learning model of complex instruction type influences student history learning outcome with an average student learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 1 is 73,45 while class XI IPS 2 is 58,50. The results of data processing using Mann-Whithney test on the experimental class and control class showed that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) that is 0,001 less than 0,05, so is accepted and is rejected, it means that there is an effect of the model on history learning outcomes of class XI IPS students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis bagaimana kondisi modul elektronik sejarah yang digunakan saat ini di SMA Labschool USK khususnya pada mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia kelas XII, 2) mendeskripsikan pengembangan modul elektronik sejarah yang dikembangkan, dan 3) mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakan dari modul elektronik yang telah dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R D dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan dari Borg and Gall. Untuk menghasilkan modul elektronik sejarah ini, peneliti mengadopsi dua tahapan pengembangan, yaitu tahap penelitian pendahuluan dan tahap penelitian pengembangan. Pada tahap penelitian pendahuluan, peneliti melakukan studi Pustaka dan observasi. Pada tahap penelitian pengembangan, peneliti melakukan desain modul, validasi kepada ahli dan pendidik, revisi, serta melakukan uji coba awal pada enam peserta didik kelas XII di SMA Labschool USK. Proses penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) modul elektronik sejarah yang digunakan saat ini di SMA Labschool USK pada kelas XII adalah modul dari Kemendikbud, 2) proses pengembangan modul ini dilakukan dengan media Heyzine sesuai dengan saran dari ahli dan pendidik, proses uji coba awal dilakukan pada enam peserta didik dengan hasil akhir modul elektronik sejarah berbasis PBL untuk siswa kelas XII di SMA Labschool USK sangat layak digunakan, dengan perolehan skor 98% dari ahli modul, 88% dari ahli materi, 86% dari pendidik, dan 90% dari peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan prestasi belajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran SQ3R dan metode diskusi pada mata pelajaran sejarah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian true-experimental design dengan desain posttest-only control design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS yang terdiri atas 3 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang terdiri atas 18 siswa dan siswa kelas XI IPS 3 A sebagai kelas kontrol yang terdiri atas 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai  = 2,24  dan nilai  pada taraf α = 0,05 dengan dk = 34 adalah 2,03 berarti    atau 2,24 2,03. Oleh karena itu, sesuai kriteria pengujian maka  ditolak dan  diterima. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara prestasi belajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran SQ3R dan metode diskusi, dan pada penelitian ini prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran SQ3R lebih baik daripada prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode diskusi.

Abstract

The research, titled "Standard of Economic Teacher Learning Process at senior high school in Banda Aceh" aims to know the standards of the learning process and know what obstacles economic teachers face in implementing the standard of learning process. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a type of declining research using frequency distribution techniques. The population in this study was an economics teacher at senior high school in Banda Aceh city of 47 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 12 teachers of economic subjects with purposive sampling techniques that are sampling techniques with certain considerations. The results showed: (1) Obtained from the distribution of questionnaires that the standard of learning process of economics teachers at sma negeri in Banda city as a whole that entered into the category is very good number of 10 teachers, and 2 teachers implement the standard of learning process into the category of good. (2) Obtained from the results of the interview that the obstacles faced by teachers in carrying out the standards of the learning process are: when implementing the standard of learning process curriculum 2013 is very many forms of learning that must be implemented by a teacher, many components that must be noticed by teachers simultaneously in carrying out the standard of learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look into how worker execution in the Southern Sumatra Power Age Unit, PT PLN (Persero) Bukit Asam Power Age Execution Unit, is affected by remuneration. An information assortment approach was used to collect the necessary data for this investigation using a survey that was distributed to all 120 employees who were representatives of the PT PLN (Persero) Bukit Asam Power Age Execution Unit and the Southern Sumatra Power Age Unit. With a relapse value of 0.380, information analysis using simple direct relapse demonstrates that worker execution is significantly impacted by pay. The investigation's findings have a positive effect on worker performance, demonstrating that wage increases coincide with representatives' presence at the PT PLN (Persero) Bukit Asam Execution Unit and the South Sumatra Power Age Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of students' digital literacy related to the obstacles and solutions found in the implementation of guidance related to increasing students' digital literacy at SMK Sandikta Bekasi City. This research is a qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, BK teachers, students. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that guidance and counseling was carried out with systematic management starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, which in the management process was carried out by prioritizing coordination and communication by all school members in integrating behavioral education in daily activities. Guidance and counseling management improves students' digital literacy in designing objectives, materials, strategies and evaluation of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application and response of class XI IPS 1 students in the application of problem solving learning models assisted by roulette media in history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Cot Glie, Aceh Besar District. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type and the sampling purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 1, totaling 24 students. Based on the results of the research, it is known that (1) The application of the problem solving learning model assisted by roulette media in history learning in class XI IPS 1 has been carried out well according to the problem solving syntax. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the application of the learning model, an average score of 78,3% is included in the good criteria and the results of the learning mastery analysis show that 21 people scored above the minimum criteria of mastery learning or equivalent to 87,5%, while 3 people scored below the minimum criteria of mastery learning or equivalent to 12,5%. (2) The response of class XI IPS 1 students in the application of learning with problem solving models assisted by roulette media is good. This can be seen from the activities and behavior of students shown in learning activities, students listen and follow the teachers directions in accordance with the learning syntax. Students solve the problems given by the teacher carefully and keep the class organized.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain that physical education is often associated with physical health and sports skills. However, in the context of Islamic education philosophy, physical education has a deeper dimension. This article explains the position and importance of physical education in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. Islamic education emphasizes the balance between the physical, spiritual, intellectual and emotional aspects of individual development. Physical education is not only considered as a physical activity, but also as a means to get closer to Allah, appreciate the blessings given by Him, and as a form of gratitude for the existence of a healthy and strong body. In addition, physical education is also a form of practicing discipline, patience, and cooperation in accordance with the values taught in Islam. Through this approach, physical education can be an integral part of a comprehensive Islamic education system, which aims to develop a balanced individual in both physical, spiritual and social aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with JNE Express freight forwarding services in Sampit District, Kotawaringin Timur. District, in the study of 100 people using the Slovin formula. By using the Accidental Sampling method. With the provisions of the data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression method and the data is analyzed using the SPSS V.23 program. Based on the results of this study indicate that Trust and Service Quality significantly influence Consumer Satisfaction in JNE Express freight forwarding services in Sampit District, Kotawaringin Timur Regency. Simultaneously the independent variable (Trust and Service Quality) significantly influences the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) on JNE Express freight forwarding services in Sampit District, Kotawaringin Timur Regency. R Square value of 0.571 or 57.1% means the variable Customer Satisfaction is influenced by the Trust and Quality of Consumers while the remaining 42.9% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
