Abstract

This research aims to evaluate human resource (HR) needs in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital using the Workload Indicator of Staff Need (WISN) method. This method is used to measure the comparison between the amount of energy required and the amount of energy available to handle the workload in the sterilization unit. The data used in this study includes information about the number of sterilization procedures, the time required for each procedure, and the number of sterilization personnel available. The analysis was carried out using the WISN formula to calculate the ratio of sterilization personnel requirements. The results of the research show that the WISN ratio for the need for sterilization personnel at CSSD PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital is 0.6, indicating that there is a shortage of sterilization personnel. This indicates that the number of sterilization personnel currently available needs to be increased to handle the existing workload. In order to achieve a state of balance between the number of personnel available and those required, research recommends the addition of 7 sterilization personnel. This addition is expected to increase the efficiency and quality of the sterilization process, as well as reduce the risk of delays and disruptions in health services. This research provides an important contribution to the planning and management of human resources at CSSD PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital, as well as providing a strong basis for decision-making regarding additional sterilization personnel to improve the quality and safety of health services.

The results of the study were analyzed using the theory of Structuration by Anthony Giddens to relate agents and structures in the process of preventive efforts carried out by SMA N 3 Sukoharjo and the community in overcoming violence that occurs in adolescents. Teachers and school residents are agents while schools and communities are actors in a managerial structure. The results of the study show that schools and communities have various efforts such as carrying out socialization activities, making positive campaign wall posters about violence and the P5 video project to convey anti-bullying messages and highlight the negative impact of bullying behavior. Meanwhile, the community introduced the concept of pioneer pioneers (2P) and the formation of agents of change to encourage children to report violence or other inappropriate actions.

Abstract

Article 66 of the UUJN mandates prior approval from the Notary Honorary Council (Majelis Kehormatan Notaris, MKN) for lawsuits against notaries in Indonesia, aiming to protect their professional independence. This study examines the effectiveness, challenges, comparative insights, and reform recommendations regarding Article 66. Effectiveness analysis reveals that while the provision shields notaries from frivolous litigation, it impedes access to justice due to procedural complexities and delays. Transparency issues in MKN decision-making and perceived biases further complicate its implementation. Comparative insights from France, Germany, and the United States highlight best practices such as independent oversight mechanisms and transparent criteria, suggesting reforms to enhance accountability and fairness. Recommendations include establishing clear, public criteria for MKN approvals, setting procedural timelines, and introducing independent review mechanisms to address bias concerns. These reforms aim to maintain notarial integrity while ensuring equitable access to justice. Thus, while Article 66 serves to safeguard notarial functions, addressing its challenges through strategic reforms can foster public trust and strengthen Indonesia's legal framework.

Abstract

The threat of social engineering attacks is highly evident in Indonesia. This is reflected in the IDADX report, which shows a significant increase in phishing attack complaints in Indonesia during the first quarter of 2023, with 26,675 reports, up from 6,106 reports in the fourth quarter of 2022. The highest number of attacks occurred in February with 15,050 cases. This also resulted in Indonesia being the 8th country with the highest number of data breach cases globally, with 820,000 cases in the second quarter of 2022, according to Surfshark. The purpose of this research is to analyze the utilization of digital forensic technology in collecting digital evidence to reveal the identities of social engineering crime perpetrators. The writing of this article uses a qualitative analysis method supported by digital forensic theory. The results of the discussion indicate that forensics focuses on the identification, collection, analysis, and preservation of digital evidence that can be used in legal proceedings. Digital forensics leverages computer technology and digital devices to uncover and secure information relevant to a crime. In social engineering crimes, which involve psychological manipulation to obtain information or certain access from victims, digital forensics plays a crucial role in identifying, collecting, analyzing, and preserving digital evidence that can reveal the identities of the perpetrators and their methods. Digital forensic technology is used to analyze emails, text messages, activity logs, and other digital traces left by the perpetrators.

Abstract

lectronic Natural disasters in Indonesia from 2014-2023 have caused numerous casualties and infrastructure damage. Disaster mitigation and planning efforts need to be enhanced to reduce future damages. Although information technology such as the Lancang Kuning application, INA-Buoy, INA-CBT, PUMMA, LIPI-WISELAND, LEWS, and FEWS have been utilized for disaster mitigation, there are still weaknesses such as the vulnerability of sensor infrastructure and high operational costs. The role of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in disaster management is crucial, including protecting lives and property, evacuation, and maintaining security in affected areas. The writing of this article uses a qualitative analysis method supported by institutional theory. The discussion results show that interventive policing is a proactive approach to law enforcement focusing on preventing crimes and disturbances through direct intervention before problems develop into more serious situations. In natural disaster mitigation in Pulang Pisau Regency, this approach involves the use of data and technology to predict and respond early to potential threats. Integrated technology application management becomes an important strategy, utilizing information and communication technology to enhance effectiveness in data collection, early warning, evacuation, and post-disaster recovery.
