Abstract

Electronic transactions offer various conveniences and benefits while also giving rise to legal problems, one of which is the crime of fraud. To minimize the occurrence of this, a more in-depth study is needed regarding legal regulations, forms and modes, as well as efforts to prevent and overcome them. The existence of the Covid-19 virus has had a negative impact on the reduction of workers in Indonesia and the rise of online fraud, especially using more and more electronic media. This was also influenced by the economic situation of Indonesian society when Covid-19 was on the rise. Cybercrime is a form of crime that arises from the use of internet technology. The rapid development in the use of internet services invites crime. With the increasing number of requests for internet access, crimes against the use of information technology are increasing along with the development of the technology itself. More and more parties will be harmed by the actions of cybercriminals if there is no law that regulates it.

Abstract

Traditional and basic service models continue to be a source of many issues with public health services. This research aims to optimize the efficiency and quality of service at the Atlantic Clinic through the implementation of a web-based information system. Analysis and trials show that current conventional service methods are no longer adequate, causing sub-optimality in the service process. The new system designed is able to increase administrative efficiency by speeding up recording and searching for patient data. In addition, the queuing system provides better time estimation for patients, while the medical record system ensures the security and accuracy of patient data. An integrated cashier system also increases the efficiency of payment transactions, reducing cost calculation errors. Management of master data which includes data on drugs, medical procedures, doctors and users becomes more structured and accurate. The implementation of this system is expected to bring significant changes in the quality of service at the Atlantic Clinic, making it more modern, effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that history education still employs lecture methods, causing students to be passive in learning history, which in turn affects their history learning outcomes negatively. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Accelerated Learning model assisted by audiovisual media on the history learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 2 Ponorogo. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a True Experimental Design, specifically a Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study consists of all 148 tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Ponorogo, and the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, with class X.A as the experimental class and class X.C as the control class. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests or posttests with multiple-choice variants. Data analysis utilized the t-test statistical method, with normality and homogeneity tests conducted on the posttest data as prerequisites. The research showed that the calculated t-value (9.37) is greater than the table t-value (1.686), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1, thus indicating an influence on student learning achievement. The observation sheet of student activity results scored 82, indicating good interaction between teachers and students with the Accelerated Learning model. This means that learning using the Accelerated Learning model assisted by audiovisual media is more effective than the Accelerated Learning model without audiovisual media in improving the history learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 2 Ponorogo.

Through the questionnaire method by distributing questionnaire questionnaires to 35 respondents of Nafisa Production employees in Surabaya. Based on data analysis and hypothesis tests simultaneously in this study, it can be found that motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y), this can be proven by the F value of the calculation (23,380) the F table (2,034). Meanwhile, the R multiple value of 0.771 shows that the relationship between the independent variable and the bound variable is 77.10%. Meanwhile, the value of the multiple determination coefficient is 0.594 which means that all independent variables can explain employee performance (Y) of 59.40%. Motivation partially affects the performance of Nafisa Production employees, this can be seen from the t-value of motivation (X1) which is greater than the work environment variable which is only 2.918. Abstract

Indonesia entered the era of political reform after the collapse of the Soeharto in 1998, which was marked by an agenda of government reform, including reform within the military. Reforms and dismantling of the dual-single doctrine (Dwifungsi) brought the army back to the barracks, and regulations ensured the army focused on its duties as guardians of national defense. Later in Indonesia's political process, informal military groups played a role behind the scenes as part of the team that formulated strategic policies. This research analyzes the development of military reform and influence in Indonesia from the reign of BJ Habibie to Joko Widodo and the factors that influenced the development of military reform. This paper uses a qualitative approach to describe the informal power of military groups in the political turmoil in Indonesia. This article uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation studies with a content analysis approach from various studies and news. The informal political power of the military group had a different impact on numerous policies of the President of Indonesia after the reformation. In the era of President BJ Habibie, the military still dominated, although the president later gave limits, especially to stop the Dwifungsi ABRI principle. In the Abdurrahman Wahid era, the influence of informal groups declined relatively due to Gus Dur's frontal policies to enforcing human rights. During the Megawati era, retired military officers strengthened the military's influence in Benny Moerdani's circle of influence. Under SBY, the influence of informal groups can be seen in his efforts to revoke TNI's business units entirely in various fields. The influence of informal groups returned in President Jokowi's era with his policy of recruiting retired military generals in various strategic posts in civilian ministries.
