Abstract

With so many YouTube channels and videos in Indonesia, there is competition. In addition, YouTube videos in Indonesia are also often found in the form of shows that violate the policies that have been made by Youtube. Like several video uploads on Nikita Mirzani's Youtube channel which eventually sparked controversy. One of them is titled “Buka-Bukaan di Kolam Renang!! Billy Gak Kuat” which has 15 million views and 198,000 likes and 25,000 dislikes. This video contains shows full of scenes of female sensuality. The purpose of this study was to determine the Surabaya youth's perception of female sensuality in the show "Buka-Bukaan Di Kolam Renang!! Bilyy Gak Kuat” - Youtube Crazy Nikmir Real. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by using the function of perception as a research reference. The data in this study were collected by in-depth interviews and documentation. According to the theory of perception which is divided into three stages, namely sensation, attention and interpretation, the results of this study indicate that there are differences in each individuals who are influenced by their life background, especially based on their profession, environment, personal experience, and so on experienced by the informant

Abstract

In the rape newspublished on Kompas.com daily in January 2021. The victims in reportingthis rape case are women, women are not dominant groups. Women are often the subject of newscoverage by the media, but what is unfortunate about this is that women in the news are often harmedby the media. The purpose of this study is to find out how Kompas.com describes actors in rape newswhich published in January 2021. The research was conducted using the exclusion and inclusionstrategy of Theo Van Leeuwen's critical discourse analysis model to find out the discourse on rapenews based on news texts. The results of the study indicate that there is a text that places the victimin a marginal position by using an identification strategy. Abstract

Promotion of healthy lifestyle habits of washing hands and short nails in pre-childrenat Tanjungsasi 2 Elementary School is one form of prevention against deviant attitudes andlifestyles. This study used the Pre-Experimental method: The One Group Pretest-PosttestDesign. The research subjects consisted of 60 elementary school students in grades 3 and 4divided into groups of 5 students each as users of the APE Educational Media PeCiKuTAHeS and 30 parents/guardians/teachers, 1 psychologist as an assessor of EducationalMedia Educational Game Tools PeCiKu TAHeS at Tanjungsari 2 Elementary School BlitarCity. The research object was the effectiveness of PeCiKu TAHeS Educational Game Tool(APE) in increasing the hand washing habits and short nails. Collecting data by givingquestionnaires before and after being given treatment to measure the hand washing habitsand short nails. and a media assessment checklist for media eligibility. The results of thepaired sample t-test showed that p = 0.000 (because p < ) then Ho was rejected and Ha wasaccepted, so there was a significant difference in the hand washing habits and short nailsbefore and after being given an intervention in the form of simulation games with PeCiKuTAHeS Educational Game Tool (APE), so it could be concluded that PeCiKu TAHeSEducational Game Tool (APE) was feasible and effective in increasing the habit ofwashing hands and short nails in schoolchild.

Abstract

This research is choosing a topic to determine the effect of online customer review communication on purchase interest with trust as an intervening at the Bukalapak online store in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who shopped online at the Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2020 whose number was not known with certainty, with a total sample of 138 people. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used partial least squares (PLS). The summary of the results obtained from this study shows that online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on consumer trust in the online shop Bukalapak in the city of Padang. Online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on consumer purchase interest at Bukalapak online store in Padang City. Trust has a significant positive effect on consumer purchase interest at Bukalapak online store in Padang City. Then online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on purchase interest through trust in the online shop Bukalapak in the city of Padang.

Abstract

One of the variations of contemporary digital advertising is that it contains a description of a society's cultural traditions and local wisdom. Besides aiming to convey a product or service message, the advertisement also aims to promote regional cultural tourism as the advertisement "Delivery Sustainable Tourism" made by the Ministry of Tourism and the Creative Economic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine how the Delivery Sustainable Tourism advertisement on Youtube constructs cultural traditions and local wisdom in Indonesia. This qualitative research uses John Fiske's semiotic analysis method, which categorizes the signs in advertisements into three levels: the level of reality, the level of representation, and the ideology level. The results show traditional constructions and Indonesian local wisdom, including Indonesian hospitality represented by Javanese ethnicity; traditional arts represented by wayang kulit, masks art, and kecak dance; and worship activities represented by Balinese ethnicity. This research concludes that digital advertising constructs the cultural traditions and local wisdom of Javanese and Balinese ethnicities into a representation of cultural realities in Indonesian society with cultural diversity.

Abstract

In every learning carried out in an educational institution, the best thing is always done to improve the results of the learning. In this case learning can be assisted by learning media. The learning media can increase students' absorption in receiving each subject matter. For its use, the media used is SODA API media. This SODA API media has characteristics that can improve teamwork. Referring to the application of this learning media, it is applied to SMAN 4 Blitar. It is hoped that the results of its implementation can be; (1) developing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning, (2) developing students' enthusiasm for learning, (3) developing students' interest and motivation in learning, (4) developing students interact directly with reality, (5) overcoming the diverse learning modalities of students, (6) streamline the communication process in learning, (7) improve the quality of learning. This learning media will be optimized for the JIGMEN learning method which will certainly help students absorb the material presented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve process skills and understanding of the concept of nutrition science courses using the Outdoor Study method, as well as improving process skills and understanding of nutrition science concepts using the Outdoor Study method. This type of research is CAR (Classroom Action Research) model of Kemmis and Taggart whose steps consist of planning, implementing and observing, reflecting. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, concept understanding tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The research subjects were students of the fifth semester of the Biology Education study program at the Islamic University of Balitar, Blitar. The results showed that the increase in learning social skills and understanding of the concept of Nutrition Science was shown from the observations of learning social skills in the first cycle of 67.78%, increasing to 78.89% in the second cycle. The results of the learning social skills questionnaire in the first cycle were 71.46%, increasing to 77.40% in the second cycle. The average result of the percentage of social skills in the first cycle was 69.62% and 78.14% in the second cycle. The results of the assessment to determine the understanding of the concept, namely the post-test results in the first cycle obtained an average value of 74.33 with 21 students (70%) completed and 9 students (30%) incomplete. Cycle II obtained an average grade of 79.83 with 25 students (83.33%) completed and 5 students (16.67%) incomplete.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations at UPT SDN Sumberdiren 02, it is known that thelearning media used so far are still less varied, so creative and interesting media areneeded. At that school the Smart Game Media had never been used. The purpose ofthis study is to explain the development of Smart Games for SD/MI students. Theresearch design used is Research and Development (R&D). The development modelused is the Borg and Gall model proposed by Sugiyono which is limited to the seventhstage, namely product revision. The results showed that the assessments of mediaexperts, linguists and material experts were respectively 85.5%, 87% and 80%.Student response 89%. Students' reading interest increased by 99%, from the averageresult of 2.63 to 5.27. The results of this study have reached the criteria set out inprevious studies, namely 9.3%. 87% student interest in reading questionnaire. So it isknown that Smart Games can increase the learning interest of SD/MI student

Abstract

This study focused on the multiculturalism representation of child characters in the movie “Cuties” (2020), directed by Maimouna Doucoure. The research was interesting as it represented the child characters into multiculturalism issues which became the central problem in “Cuties”. The data was obtained in the form of movie scenes that presented the structure of multiculturalism issues. These issues were shown both visually and narratively. The study was a descriptive qualitative study using a semiotic analysis method that referred to the John Fiske model, which consisted of reality level, representation level, and ideology level. The symbols in the movie scenes represented the multiculturalism in “Cuties”. This multiculturalism could convey the diversity and differences in French society. The result of study indicated that multiculturalism was shown by the process of accepting a new culture, which was represented through attitude, behavior, narration, and other aspects in the movie through the characterization of Amy as the child character. Besides, the existence of this multiculturalism process could construct the identity formation in anyone without exception to a child.

Abstract

With the lack of learning media, monotonous learning and misuse of cellphones during learning are the reasons for researchers to develop learning media based on PPKn multimedia in high school. The purpose of developing MANTRA media. To see the response of teachers and students to the MANTRA multimedia comic media. The research design used is research and development design. While the approach used is a quantitative approach, where in calculating the data using numbers. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the product developed by the researcher in the form of a multimedia comic insight into the archipelago (mantra). It is hoped that this research can provide benefits towards the development and advancement of science and information technology to support Civics learning in high school. The results in this study are in the form of multimedia comic videos (software) designed using the Corel Draw application in the form of MANTRA learning videos. To assess the feasibility of the product, three experts were validated, namely material, media and language experts who obtained an average score of 74% with a fairly valid category. Meanwhile, product trials to determine student and teacher responses to the developed media scored an average of 87.7% and 78.2% with a very high response to media category.
