Abstract

Communication and development are two things that cannot be opened and are closelyrelated. One sector that requires a special touch of development communication is the agriculturalsector. This study was to determine the communication strategy of Field Agricultural Extension indisseminating innovations in dryland rice cultivation to farmer groups in Jatigreges Village, PaceDistrict, Nganjuk Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in thisstudy were collected by interview, observation and documentation. Then it is processed usingHafied Cangara's Five-Step communication strategy theory and the Innovation Diffusion Theorycreated by Everett M. Rogers. The results showed that the Field Agricultural Extension did thecommunication stages, namely research, planning, implementation, measurement, and reporting.The communication strategy implemented by PPL was relatively successful because 89.7% of thetargets for the implementation of the innovation program for rice cultivation were in dry land. This isbecause an innovation program contains important points from the theory of diffusion of innovation,namely, compatibility, complexity, testability, and observability.

Abstract

PKL or Field Work Practice is a final semester student activity carried out with the aim of channeling and improving skills and abilities in the field of study being taken. In carrying out PKL activities, students must have a supervisor during carrying out PKL activities. PKL guidance is an activity that is very much needed for a student to support the smooth running of street vendors and at the time of preparing street vendors reports. According to the results of Ethics research (2016), there are several things that make it difficult for students in conducting PKL guidance in compiling PKL reports including determining the title of the report, lack of references, lack of working time, feeling lazy to work and lack of motivation, lecturers who are difficult to find, difficult to divide time. , work fatigue, insufficient rest time. Therefore, there is a need for research using descriptive quantitative methods. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the process of mentoring street vendors during the pandemic is still running smoothly and does not really affect the decrease in satisfaction for students. From the results of the research, students gave a good response of 37%, very good 40%, quite 12%, less 7% and very less 4%. So that the overall aspects of PKL guidance given by lecturers to students can be concluded that students are satisfied with a very good level of 40%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the economic development of the people through the business unit owned by the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School, Malang City. In addition, researchers also want to know the strategy for implementing business unit management during the COVID-19 pandemic. The literature review used refers to the concepts of modern entrepreneurship integrated with Islamic boarding schools. The method used to analyze the data is using the Cresswell model, because it will be easier to find and group research results related to the themes and sub-themes of business unit development. The results that can be concluded from this study are 2 philosophies (main reasons) for the establishment of a business unit at Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang, namely as an education for students to be independent and as a tool to support the welfare of the pesantren (santri). Second, the choice of the type of business that already exists because of the opportunities and potential of the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang which can be developed for the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang. Third, maximizing digital marketing and direct marketing is a strategy to anticipate the weakening of the economy during the pandemic at the Bahrul Maghfrioh Islamic Boarding School, Malang. Finally, the result of the business unit at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School is the realization of the vision and mission of the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang, which is to become a boarding school that has good facilities at a low cost.

Abstract

The research development was carried out in order to overcome the problems of students who felt difficulties in Mathematics in grade V SD. The development of this research is so that students are enthusiastic about learning mathematics and change the mindset of elementary school students that learning mathematics is not difficult and even tends to be fun. This research was conducted by Research and Development. The initial process of making pictorial story material and comic illustrations was then validated by a team of media experts, linguists and material experts. Continue to be tested in small groups in order to see the level of readability and student response to a learning medium for students and teachers, so that it can be concluded that the comic strip media for learning mathematics can be used as a medium for learning mathematics in grade V SD. The results of the research on Mathematics Learning Comic LKS for grade V SD have been developed according to the stages according to Sugiyono which are limited to seven stages. At the validation stage, it shows that the results of the material expert validation obtained a percentage score of 80.6%, including the feasible criteria. The results of the linguist validation obtained a percentage score of 83.3%, including the feasible criteria. The results of the media expert validation obtained a percentage score of 82%, including the feasible criteria. In the readability test, students towards the media got a score of 85.6% and in the response test students got a score of 91%, so it can be concluded that the media is very feasible.

Abstract

Brand awareness or brand awareness is one way to measure marketing effectiveness as measured by the ability of customers to recognize and remember names, images and signs associated with certain brands. According to Charles in Atmoko (2018), strategy is a concept of how companies and institutions organize themselves and all activities related to them so that the business they run can succeed in competition. The data sources in this study were 4 informants, 1 Co-founder of the @localprideindonesian Instagram account and 3 business people who had used paid promotional services on the @localprideindonesian Instagram account. The data technique used is the depth interview technique. The results of the study show how the @localprideindonesian Instagram account marketing strategy in building brand awareness. This is influenced by the informant's internal factors, where the informant knows that Instagram social media can build brand awareness by optimizing marketing strategies, so that activities become more effective.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently very fast and influences various fields, one of which is education. for example the use of media in learning, such as the use of multimedia learning. In addition, this study also aims to improve students' understanding of fraction material for fourth grade elementary school students. This is the background of this research in multimedia learning mathematics development. The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia learning mathematics on fractions for fourth grade elementary school students. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) type of research according to Sugiyono which is limited to only seven stages of research. The stages include, potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The result of this research is multimedia learning of fraction mathematics (Mujamatcah) for fourth grade elementary school students with the aim of increasing students' understanding. Where to get the following results, for the validation of material experts 94% (very feasible), validation of media and multimedia experts for learning 87% (feasible), and validation of language 89% (feasible). The results obtained from the student readability test obtained data of 96% (very feasible) and for teacher readability of 91% (very feasible).

Abstract

This research aims to establish the Go Gold Generation (3G) Web-Based Quiz for teaching and learning grammar that focused on simple past tense, present perfect tense, and past continuous tense, to discover the appropriateness of 3G web-based quiz for teaching and learning grammar, and to find out the teachers’ and students’ responses toward the use of 3G web-based quiz for teaching and learning grammar to the tenth-grade students. The researchers adapted Sugiyono’s research and development framework as a reference. The adaption has been formulated into three phases, which were: foundational research; design and development; and perception test and finalization. The research result showed that the validation score was 89,73% included in the “Very Valid” category. The result of teachers’ and students’ responses score was 89,09% included in the “Very Good” category. It means that a 3G web-based quiz can be applied as an alternative media for teaching and learning grammar to the tenth-grade students in senior high school. Furthermore, the final product of the model consisted of 3G Web-Based Quiz, guidebooks for teachers and students, and assessment guidelines.

Abstract

The Micro PPKM policy is often a polemic in the community in the current pandemic conditions. This is related to the public perception that PPKM Micro is a very detrimental policy, but there are also people who agree with the Micro PPKM policy. This perception is inseparable from the news that appears in the media, one of which is online media that is often accessed in this millennial era. Therefore, the researcher wanted to know the perception of Tuban UMKM prepetators about micro PPKM news in Online Media. The choice of Tuban City as the research location was because Tuban had become the highest Covid case in East Java and there had also been a violation of the Micro PPKM by UMKM prepetators in Tuban. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. For the theory, the researcher uses the new media theory because it is in accordance with the object of research that is reported through online media. The results obtained from this researcher are that UMKM prepetators have a positive perception of PPKM Micro coverage in online media.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations at UPT SDN Sumberjo 02, it is known that the learning books used are less varied, so creative and interesting reading books are needed. At that school the Natural Resources Magazine (Majasda) had never been used. The purpose of this study is to explain the development of Majasda and increase the reading interest of elementary school students. The research design used is R&D, namely research and development. The research and development model used is Borg and Gall proposed by Sugiyono, which is only limited to the seventh stage, namely product revision. The results showed that the assessments of media experts, linguists and material experts were respectively 85.5%, 84.16% and 80%. 94% student response. Students' reading interest increased by 99%, from the average result of 2.63 to 5.27. The results of the study got a percentage of 9,99% student reading interest questionnaire. So it is known that Majasda can increase the reading interest of elementary school students.
