<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyediakan bahan ajar berbasis e-learning pada mata kuliah teori dan praktik bola voli yang sesuai dengan himbauan pemerintah untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan) dalam upaya meminimalisir penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang melanda dunia saat ini. Pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis online ini dibuat dalam bentuk video tutorial latihan yang dapat diakses mahasiswa secara online melalui situs berbagi video. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan konsep pengembangan model ADDIE. Pengembangan dimulai dari tahap (a) analisis kebutuhan, (b) desain (c) pengembangan (d) implementasi dan (e) evaluasi. Hasil validasi pengembangan media video pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh (a) ahli Bola voli berada pada kategori baik dengan dengan persentase 87,5%, (b) ahli media pembelajaran pada kategori baik dengan persentase 82,5%, (c) uji coba perorangan pada kategori baik dengan persentase 85%, (d) uji lapangan pada kategori baik dengan persentase 84,44%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, bahan ajar mata kuliah teori dan praktik bola voli berbasis e-learning sudah dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mental skills and a person's level of anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mental skills as an important aspect in supporting achievement are very influential for athletes, especially when practicing and competing during the Covid-19 pandemic like today. Through this research, it will be seen how big the correlation is between the mental skills of an athlete and how much anxiety level is during the pandemic. The research method used in this research is associative quantitative method with a correlational approach. In this study, the samples were KOP volleyball athletes, State University of Jakarta. Data collection was preceded by distributing questionnaires to the athletes. The hypothesis testing technique carried out in this study used statistical analysis techniques of product moment correlation, followed by a t-test at a significant level of =0.50. The sample in this study was KOP Volleyball FIK UNJ athletes with 56 respondents, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative relationship between Mental Skills on Anxiety During the Covid-19 Pandemic with a correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.459. That is, if the score of the mental skill variable increases, the score for the Anxiety variable During the Covid-19 Pandemic will decrease, but on the contrary if the Mental Skill score decreases, the Anxiety score During the Covid-19 Pandemic will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[BLT-Dana Desa is one of the programs issued by the Indonesian government to overcome the impact of economic factors on people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of financial assistance provided to the poor and families affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The BLT-DD program was issued by the government in order to overcome declining public finances due to the Covid-19 outbreak. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the BLT-DD program during the covid-19 period in the village of Jalan Patah, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the BLT-DD program in its implementation. The theory used in this study is the theory of program effectiveness by Edy Sutrisno using five indicators to measure program effectiveness (understanding of the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real change). To answer these problems, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the BLT- DD program in the village of Jalur Patah, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is still not effective. Evidenced by the Village Government not being optimal in their duties in determining the target criteria for the BLT-DD program so that there are still people who have not been recorded for BLT-DD receipts. It is hoped that before launching the policy, the government can socialize the program so that related parties understand the purpose of the BLT-DD program. <![CDATA[Industri Kain Ban adalah sebuah pabrik yang memproduksi kain ban yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan ban karet. Kain ban umumnya terbuat dari benang nylon ataupun polyester.Nylon (nylon 6,6 dan Nylon 6) adalah serat sintetik pertama yang digunakan oleh industry karet, bahan baku awal kain ban adalah biji plastik, mengolah biji plastik menjadi kain ban tentu diperlukan panas agar biji plastik tersebut meleleh dan uap bertekenan untuk menjaga kualitas benang. Panas yang dibutuhkan untuk proses produksi kain ban pada PT Indo Kordsa berasal dariketel uap atau Boiler dengan jenis boiler Fire tube. Sebelumnya control valve manual harus memerlukan operator untuk membuka tutup control valve yang membuat tidak effisien. Setelah melakukan studi literatur maka penulis mendapatkan ide membuat perancangan control valve otomatis sistem blowdown. Setelah control valve otomatis blowdown dipasang steam pressure, temperature steam, dan level water boiler lebih stabil dikarenakan pembukaan control valve yanglebih teratur.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the integration of ecology in public policy. There is often a conflict between short- term economic interests and long-term environmental protection goals. Governments and other stakeholders often prioritize economic growth over ecological sustainability. In this study, the method used is qualitative. qualitative research method is a study used to research on natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are combined, data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. This article emphasizes the importance of ecological integration into public policy, not only for environmental preservation but also for social and economic benefits. Specific examples mentioned include sustainable agricultural practices and ethical water management policies, which can improve people's well-being and food security. Environmental challenges faced by governments, such as pollution, deforestation and climate change, require a holistic and science-based policy approach. Public policies that consider ecological principles can ensure that economic and social development go hand in hand with environmental conservation.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bina Yatama Foundation is an institution or organization engaged in the socio-religious field. With the increasing amount of data stored, it has made it difficult for the Foundation to manage all the data received, resulting in a buildup of files. From these problems it is encouraging to design a system by utilizing computer technology, especially in the use of the internet which is processed with an accurate management information system, the design of this system aims to help improve services at the Bina Yatama Foundation in managing donor data and related processes and reports systematically. Therefore the design of this system is made on a web basis to make it easier for the Foundation to manage the data needed. In this web application we use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. In addition, the tools used in designing this system are using the PHP programming language and MySQL database for data storage. The results of this research, in the form of a web-based donor management fund management information system, are expected to help the performance of the Bina Yatama Foundation in improving its services to donors and providing accurate information to be given to donors in need.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Religious Education is an important element in the development of individual Muslim character. In this context, the concepts of ethics and morality play a central role in learning Islamic Religious Education. This article raises the urgency of integrating the concepts of ethics and morality in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. Ethics and morality involve principles that govern human behavior, including values such as justice, kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity in the Islamic context. Teaching ethics and morality in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum helps students understand these values and apply them in everyday life. The integration of ethics and morality in religious education shapes students' character and helps them make ethical decisions in various situations. In the long term, this approach also plays a role in shaping behavior in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion, contributing to the formation of a better society in accordance with the principles of their religion. Therefore, the concepts of ethics and morality must be the main elements in learning Islamic Religious Education.]]>

<![CDATA[Video production is a stage that requires attention to detail and creativity. The use of appropriate equipment, good lighting, and capturing images from various engaging angles can enhance the visual quality of the video. The aim of this research is to identify the key elements that should be included in a promotional video for Universitas Adzkia to effectively attract prospective students in Padang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The findings indicate that the promotional video for Universitas Adzkia already demonstrates many positive elements, but some adjustments in format, style, duration, quality, and distribution strategy are necessary to achieve higher effectiveness and optimally attract prospective students.]]>

<![CDATA[Peranan video dalam kebutuhan pasar saat ini semakin banyak digemari, terlebih dalam promosi, video profil, news, dokumenter, youtube dan lain-lain, apalagi dengan adanya smartphone yang lebih memudahkan bagi siapa saja bisa membuat konten video yang bermanfaat tentunya bernilai edukasi bagi masyarakat. Terlebih bagi para pelajar bisa saja menjadi bekal awal mereka untuk memulai mengabadikan momen terbaik mereka dengan merekam menggunakan android atau membuat konten yang bisa bermanfaat dalam pelajaran. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini berharap siswa SMA Negeri 06 Mataram dapat mempelajari dan membuat video hanya melalui handphone mereka. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan salama satu hari, dengan melibat sebagian siswa SMA Negeri 06 Mataram yaitu perwakilan osis, dalam pelatihan ini materi yang akan dipelajari kaitan dengan aplikasi android Kinemaster. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan oleh mahasiswa teknologi pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika Mataram dan didampingi oleh dosen. <![CDATA[The background of the problem in this research is the change in social restriction policy and the transition of learning from face-to-face to distance learning. This change affects the learning process, especially in the Ismuba subject at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman, requiring teachers to find new effective strategies to deal with this challenge. In this context, it is important to explore how Ismuba teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman face and overcome learning challenges after the Covid-19 era. This research will highlight the learning conditions before and post the pandemic, covering changes that have occurred in learning methods and approaches, as well as their impact on student learning outcomes. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method, some interview data collection, observation and documentation with primary data from three teachers, each of whom teaches ISMUBA subjects. Secondary data was obtained through books, journal articles and internet media, which adapted to this research. The results of this study indicate that learning strategies and conditions play a role in increasing the quality of learning at Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman Middle School, including: 1) Post-Covid-19 ISMUBA Learning Conditions at Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman Middle School have changed to face-to-face (offline) this has made learning experience an increase. 2) The ISMUBA learning strategy to increase the quality of ISMUBA learning in the post-covid-19 era at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman uses a computer-based e-learning blender strategy and is adapted to student learning styles. 3) The benefits of post-covid-19 ISMUBA teacher learning strategies at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping Sleman provide benefits such as increased grades achieved, and students' interest and interest in learning has increased.]]>
