Education about health in early childhood is needed as a way to provide information to the child about Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). Health education that has been given is expected to improve the health quality of a child. The quality of children's health at an early will affect the quality of children's growth and development in the future. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce PHBS to early childhood in the form of 6 steps of hand washing, how to brush teeth properly, and nutritious food using animated videos. The target of this service activity is early childhood children at PAUD Kusuma Harapan Darungan Village, Kediri. The method of activity is carried out in the form of counseling using animated videos, demonstrations using phantom, and question and answer activities. This service activity begins with an oral pre-test for the target group about hand washing, how to brush teeth correctly, and nutritious food. Furthermore, health education was carried out using animated videos and then followed by demonstrations to the target group. The evaluation of this activity was carried out at the end of the event by giving verbal questions to the target group and practicing hand washing and proper brushing of teeth in front of the class. The results achieved in this activity are that there is a change in the knowledge of the target group on the behavior of washing hands in 6 steps, brushing teeth properly, and eating nutritious food before and after health education is given. PHBS needs to be introduced early to children because in toddlerhood there is a golden age period that makes it easier for children to absorb information and imitate the behavior they encounter.

One form of stress that is often experienced by students and college students is academic stress. Stress can cause neck and shoulder pain due to psychological pressure which causes tension in the muscles, causing a person to experience pain easily. Stress causes a decrease in blood around the trape zius muscle and increases the flow of electricity so that the muscle contracts and muscle spasms occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between academic stress and neck and shoulder pain in final year students at STIKES Karya Husada Kediri. The design of this research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population is 176 students, 53 samples were obtained using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data using PAS (Perception Of Academic Stress) questionnaire and measurement of pain using NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The results showed that more than half (56.6%) experienced academic stress in the moderate category. And more than half (64.2%) experienced moderate level of neck and shoulder pain. Spearman rank statistical test results obtained p-value of 0.001 < α=0.05 with r: -0.432 with a negative relationship direction, meaning that the higher the academic stress, the lower the neck and shoulder pain. Students experience moderate academic stress due to academic expectations such as competition between students, lecturers' expectations, and high parental expectations of student achievement. It is hoped that students will be able to adapt and divide their time and manage stress by improving their coping strategies.

The quality of nutrition services in hospitals is an important thing to pay attention to. One indicator of hospital nutrition service standards is the patient's leftover food <20%, which is the minimum standard that has been set by the hospital. The patient's food waste is influenced by several factors, including internal factors, namely psychological conditions, physical conditions and eating habits. External factors are the taste of food, appearance of food (food color, texture and shape of food, large portions and presentation of food), while in terms of environmental factors (time of feeding, food utensils and food waiters). This descriptive study with 15 respondents aims to determine the description of food waste in the food service at Aminah Islamic Hospital in Blitar City. Perceptions about food are known by interview method, and observing the patient's leftover food for 3 days with a visual estimate of the Comstock 6 point. The results showed that most of the respondents during the day more often consumed food brought by their family from outside the hospital. This can be seen in the reports of the patient's average leftover food as follows: rice 69.80%, animal side dishes 57.20%, vegetable side dishes 74.25% and vegetables 49.80%. It is recommended that the processing method can be modified so that it can improve the taste, texture and aroma with the purpose that it is more attractive to the patient's appetite and reduces food waste. Motivating patients to maintain the intake served by the hospital is a supporting factor in the healing process.

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of symptoms or complaints in the form of physical, emotional, and behavioral that occur 7-10 days before menstruation. Many theories state the cause of PMS, but one of the factors suspected of causing PMS is hormonal. The imbalance of estrogen and progesterone hormones allows a person to experience Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (EDS). This study aims to analyze the correlation between the level of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) with the incidence of Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) in undergraduate nursing students at STIKES KaryaHusada Kediri. The research design used in this study is correlated with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 165 people who were the whole population (Total Sampling). Data analysis using Spearman rank. The results showed that almost half of the respondents had moderate PMS and most of the respondents had EDS. Analysis with the Spearman rank statistical test obtained an -value of 0.001 with an error level of =0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the level of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and the incidence of Excessive Daytime Sleepiness (EDS) with the strength of the weak category (r=0.252). Many factors can affect PMS and EDS conditions, perhaps one of the factors that can play a role in the form of bad living habits such as lack of physical activity and bad habits the form of playing with gadgets before going to bed. Thus, changing life habits for the better such as increasing physical activity and reducing bad habits of playing with gadgets before bed with maximum use of 30 minutes can be a solution to prevent the occurrence of EDS, besides that sufficient physical activity can also reduce the perceived risk of PMS severity. and also avoiding stressful and fatigue conditions can be the solution.

Menstrual hygiene is an action taken to care for and maintain cleanliness in the female area during menstruation, to prevent infection in the reproductive tract. The ability to practice menstrual hygiene can be improved by providing education through the VIMASI method (Video Animation and Demonstration). This study aims to determine the effect of the VIMASI method (Video Animation and Demonstration) on menstrual hygiene on the ability to practice menstrual hygiene in seventh-grade adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kalidawir. The design of this research is Pre Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach without using a control group. The sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling obtained 39 respondents from 130 populations. The research instrument used a menstrual hygiene observation sheet, with a statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that before being given the VIMASI intervention almost all (76.9%) respondents had the ability in the less category. Meanwhile, after the intervention was given, almost all respondents (92.3%) had good abilities. The mean on the Pre Test is 9.7949 and the Post Test is 28.0256. This shows that there is an increase in the value before and after the intervention is given. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained a sig (2-tailed) p-value 0,000 ≤ α 0,05. Based on the p-value ≤ α, means that there is an effect of VIMASI (Video Animation and Demonstration) about menstrual hygiene on the ability to practice menstrual hygiene in seventh-grade adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kalidawir. Preferably, adolescent girls always apply menstrual hygiene practices that have been taught in their daily lives to avoid reproductive diseases.

Based on the wilcoxon statistical test, the value of asymp sig 0.01 <0.05 H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, it means that there is a difference in the average knowledge between pre and post education given the role play method. These results indicate a positive increase in 40 people experiencing an increase in knowledge. It is hoped that based on Red Cross members, they are able to provide simple treatment if there is a recurrence of asthma sufferers in the school environment.
