Abstract

Background: Cappuccino iced drink is one of the most popular drinks people are interestedin, if in the management of drinks it is not hygiene and sanitary may result in the presence of ingredients in food and drink that can cause health problems for consumers. Purpose: The purpose of this research to analyze the relationship of sanitary hygiene with the presence of bacteria esccherichia coli on a cappuccino iced drink. Method: Using a Cross Sectional Research Design. Research Sample were 30 person. Types of Qualitatif Results: Based on statistical tests with the Chi Square test, the p value is ≥ 0,05 (0,201) so That Ha is rejected, meaning there is no relationship between Knowledge and Personal Hygiene. The results of statistical tests with the chi square test show a p value of ≤ 0,001 ) p value ≤ 0,05) Ha is accepted, meaning there is a relationship with Attitudes towards Personal Hygiene. The results of the Chi Square Statistical test showed that the p value was ≥ 0,05, namely 0,113, so Ha was rejected, meaning there was no relationship between behavior and Personal Hygiene. Conclusion: It shows that there is a relationship between personal hygiene of handlers, there is a relationship between equipment sanitation hygiene, there is a relationship between sanitation hygiene at places where drinks are sold, and there is a relationship between ice cappuccino vending facilities and the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria by showing a value of (p<0.05), there is no relationship between raw materials. with the presence of Escherichia Coli bacteria in the iced cappuccino drink showing a value of (p>0.05), the OR value = 8.333, meaning that Hygiene Sanitation of Raw Materials has an 8.33 times chance of the presence of Escherichia Coli bacteria, while from laboratory results it is 6.7% of all iced cappuccino drink samples were positive for Escherichia Coli and 9.33% of iced cappuccino drink samples were negative for Escherichia Coli in accordance with RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 1096/MENKES/PER/IV/2011 concerning Health Requirements for Hand-Wiped Cutlery, Food Ingredients, and Food (Catering Services) with requirements for pathogenic germs

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The diagnosis of pulmonary TB is made based on the clinical picture, physical examination, radiological picture, laboratory examination, and tuberculin test. The pulmonary TB diagnosis currently used routinely in laboratories including hospitals and health centers is bacteriological diagnosis using the rapid molecular test (TCM) technique, while microscopic examination is used as a follow-up examination (monitoring) in patients receiving treatment. TCM examination is a molecular detection method based on nested real-time PCR. The use of TCM is a priority for TB testing because it has several advantages, including: it can diagnose TB and resistance to rifampicin quickly, accurately with high sensitivity, and results can be known in approximately 2 hours. Objectives: The aim of this study is to see the description of TCM examinations in patients at Palembang BARI Regional Hospital based on gender and age groups. Method: This research was conducted at the Palembang BARI Regional General Hospital Laboratory Installation. The samples taken were from patients at the Palembang BARI Regional General Hospital and not referrals from other health service facilities. 50 samples were taken and grouped based on TCM results, gender and age. Result: In grouping based on TCM results, the highest result was negative. In gender grouping, more male patients underwent TCM examinations. In the age grouping, the elderly are more likely to undergo TCM examinations. Conclusion: There are several factors that cause a person to become infected with TB, namely social status, smoking, and having the habit of drinking alcohol.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang saat ini menjadi masalah kesehatan yang serius dan perlu diwaspadai. Hipertensi yaitu peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Tekanan darah tinggi pada hipertensi dapat diatasi dengan terapi farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi yaitu relaksasi nafas dalam. Tujuan: Untuk mengeksplorasi tentang efektivitas relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Metode: Pada literature review ini menggunakan metode pencarian artikel yang dilakukan dengan menggunaan database elektronik seperti Science Direct, Pubmed dan Proquest tahun 2015 – 2020 berdasarkan kata kunci yang telah ditentukan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil ulasan dari 7 artikel penelitan tersebut didapatkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi setelah dilakukan relaksasi nafas dalam. Kesimpulan: Relaksasi nafas dalam efektif menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal lakukan secara rutin, dan sesuai prosedur dengan cara melakukan tarik nafas dalam melalui hidung secara perlahan setelah itu hembuskan perlahan-lahan melalui mulut yang dilakukan 2 kali sehari selama 5 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi 15-30 menit setiap pelaksanaanya. Abstract

Abstract The use of information technology to become part of government governance, as the need for accurate and fast information availability increases. The organizational bureau has the task of providing administrative services in carrying out regional government tasks and preparing materials for coordinating the formulation of policies for implementing the tasks and functions of regional apparatus in the organizational field. So far, the Organization Bureau for recording guest books still uses manual guest books using paper media. With manual recording, the system for searching guest data is not fast and the guest book is often damaged. By using a guest book information system using a web-based QR code, it is hoped that it can help the Regional Secretariat Apparatus Development Section at the Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau of South Sumatra Province in carrying out guest data management which carries out consultations both from the Sumatra Provincial Government agencies themselves and from city district governments in South Sumatra Province quickly, consistently and efficiently.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Stunting is a condition where a child experiences growth failure that occurs in the body and brain due to long-term malnutrition which results in the child being shorter than normal children of his age. The latest data also shows that around 9 million Indonesian toddlers are currently stunted. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between family behavior and the risk of stunting in toddlers in RT 64, Kelurahan 16 Ulu, Seberang Ulu IIPalembang District in 2023. Methodology: The research method used was an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The number of samples in the study was 32 respondents. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level (p<0.05). In the results: the Chi-Square statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.038), attitudes (p=0.034), and actions (p=0.012) with the risk of stunting in RT 64 sub-district 16 Ulu, Seberang Ulu II District. Conclusion: This research shows that family knowledge, attitudes and actions are related to the risk of stunting. It is hoped that future researchers will examine the relationship between family behavior and the incidence of stunting in toddlers with different designs and research methods.

Abstract

Background: Obesity is a pathological condition, namely the accumulation of excess fat than is required for normal body function. However, there are still many opinions in society that think that obese children are healthy. Objective: This research aims to analyze the relationship between family diet and the incidence of obesity in school children in RT 006 RW. 069 Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. Methodology: The research method is collecting data by direct interviews with respondents and analyzing the data. Results: There were 75% of respondents adopting eating patterns that were not good for their children and 25% of respondents adopting eating patterns that were good for their children. Conclusion: This research shows a p value of 0.016, meaning there is a relationship between eating patterns and incidents. obesity in children with an OR of 8.31, meaning that children who adopt poor eating patterns have an 8.31 chance of experiencing obesity.

Abstract

Background: Social Media is online media that supports social interaction. Social media uses web-based technology that turns communication into interactive dialogue. Research objective: To determine the relationship between balanced nutritional knowledge and balanced nutritional attitudes through social media on the eating patterns of Muhammadiyah Palembang Health Sciences and Technology Students. Research Method: This research design uses a Chi-Square approach with quantitative methods. Research Results: The results of statistical tests using the chi square test obtained a value of p=0.006, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and eating patterns. The results of statistical tests using chi square obtained p=0.005, which means there is a significant relationship between balanced nutritional attitudes and eating patterns. Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and attitudes towards students' eating patterns, because the higher a person's knowledge and attitude towards eating, the better their diet.

Abstract

Background: Adolescents with poor nutritional status will have an impact on low intelligence, productivity and body immunity, while higher nutritional status can cause an increased risk of non-communicable diseases. Research Method: This research is an analytical research with a cross sectional research design. The research uses primary data, namely data collected by the researcher himself in the form of data on general characteristics, balanced nutritional behavior and nutritional status of adolescents. The research also used secondary data from IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang for the number of undergraduate students in Nutrition at IkesT Muhammadiyah Palembang. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that there is a relationship between balanced nutritional behavior and adolescent nutritional status (p value = 0.000). The level of strength of the relationship is strong with a correlation coefficient value of 0.597. The variable relationship is unidirectional, which means that the better the balanced nutritional behavior, the better the nutritional status. Conclusion: The results of the study show that there is a relationship between balanced nutritional behavior and adolescent nutritional status, p-value 0.000 < 0.05. Balanced nutritional behavior can help teenagers maintain normal nutritional status and prevent nutritional problems

Utilization of information technology in all fields is a must to assist operational activities in processing data quickly and precisely. Each IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang health laboratory has assets in the form of goods or equipment to support practicum activities and the learning process of the laboratory system. In every semester of lectures there will be practicum activities for several subjects and will always involve laboratory assistants to prepare and teach practicum. where the borrowing process is still manual. Application is a subclass of computer software that directly utilizes computer capabilities to perform a task desired by the user. the author will build a system for borrowing goods and equipment at the Muhammadiyah Palembang IKesT laboratory Management Unit using a Desktop application using Laravel 8

Abstract

Background: Forward Head Posture is a body posture depicted with the head facing anteriorly or forward. The main symptom of Forward Head Posture is pain disorders that can affect functional disorders. This case study patient is a 28-year-old man diagnosed with Forward Head Posture. Objective: This case study aims to determine the management and effect of physiotherapy interventions in patients by using Microwave Diathermy (MWD) and Scapula Stabilization exercises on the condition of FHP. Method: Data collection was carried out by evaluating the patient using the Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) to determine the degree of CVA, Occiput Wall Distance (OWD) to determine the distance of C7 to the wall and Neck Disability Index (NDI) to measure the functional activity of the neck. Evaluations were carried out 6 times over 4 weeks. Results: There was an increase in the Craniovertebral angle from a value of 43.20 to 460. A decrease in the distance of the occiput to the wall from a value of 7.4 cm to 6.5 cm. There was an increase in the functional value of the neck, marked by a decrease in the NDI value of 20%. Conclusion: Microwave Diathermy and Scapula Stabilization Exercise physiotherapy interventions can overcome movement and neck function disorders due to Forward Head Posture.
