Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus yang biasanya dikenal dengan penyakit kencing manis adalah suatu penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah secara terus menerus terutama setelah makan.Tes atau pemeriksaan glukosa merupakan tes yang sering diperiksa untuk mengontrol kadar glukosa khususnya bagi penderita Diabetes Mellitus. Alat POCT (Point of Care Testing) yaitu alat pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai glukosa pada Darah Kapiler dan Darah Vena menggunakan POCT pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional dan Design Penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Posttest Only Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RS Bunda Palembang dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 2 jenis pemeriksaan yaitu menggunakan Darah Kapiler dan Darah Vena. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan nilai rata-rata glukosa darah kapiler 263 mg/dL dan darah vena 280 mg/dL. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan dari pemeriksaan glukosa darah kapiler dan darah vena menggunkan POCT pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

Background: Young coconut ice drink is one of the drinks that are most sought after by the public, if in the management of unhygienic and sanitary drinks can cause the ingredients in food drinks that can cause health problems for consumers. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship of sanitary hygiene with the presence of Escherichia Coli bacteria in Young Coconut Ice drinks. Method: This type of research is a research in the form of experiments taken from literature studies. Data collection by observation, interview, questionnaire and laboratory examination. Data analysis using statistical tests with Chi-square test to analyze the relationship of sanitation hygiene with the presence of Escherichia Coli bacteria in young coconut ice drinks. Result: The results of this study indicate a relationship of sanitary hygiene with the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria by showing a value (p<0.05) while from laboratory results as much as 80% of all samples of positive young coconut ice drinks Escherichia Coli and 20% of samples of young coconut ice drinks negative Escherichia Coli, especially in processing raw materials as many as 3 traders who met the hygiene sanitation requirements and 16 traders who did not meet the hygiene requirements sanitation. Conclusion: There is a relationship between sanitation hygiene and the presence of bacteria Escherichia Coli in young coconut iced drinks, The research results show that there are still many iced drinks available young coconuts that are positive for containing Escherichia Coli bacteria are suitable with RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 492/Menkes/PER/IV/2010 concerning Requirements Drinking Water Quality is 0 per 100 ml sample, The results of this research show that in terms of sanitation hygiene principles there are still those who do not meet the sanitation hygiene requirements, especially for processing of raw materials in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Decree No. 942/Menkes/SK/VII/2003 Guidelines for Sanitation Hygiene Requirements Snack Food.Keywords: Sanitation Hygiene, Young Coconut Ice, Escherichia Coli

Abstract

Latar belakang: Hiperemesis gravidarum adalah  mual dan muntah yang terjadi secara berlebihan selama hamil. Hiperemesis gravidarum dapat menyebabkan ibu hamil mengalami gangguan elektrolit dan penurunan berat badan. Sebagai upayapencegahan, makaibuhamildapat melakukan medical check up untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya risiko gangguan kesehatan pada ibu hamil. Salah satu pemeriksaan check up ialah pemeriksaan gula darah. Pemeriksaan kadar gula darah dapat dilakukan dengan alat glukosameter (POCT) maupun alat spektrofotometer (metode GOD-PAP). Tujuanpenelitian: ini untuk menganalisa adakah perbedaan kadar gula darah sewaktu menggunakan POCT dan metode GOD-PAP pada ibu hamil dengan Hiperemesis Gravidarum di RSIA PRIMA QONITA. Metode penelitian: ialah post test only design. Jenis penelitian: yang digunakan ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 42 sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian: didapatkan hasil rata-rata pemeriksaan kadar gula darah sewaktu menggunakan POCT ialah 96,26 mg/dL dan kadar gula darah sewaktu menggunakan metode GOD-PAP  ialah 94,54 mg/dL. Dari rata-rata perbandingan pemeriksaan kada gula darah sewaktu menggunakan kedua metode didapatkan perbedaan sebesar 1,72%. Dimana perbedaan tersebut masih dalam batas normal. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test  didapat hasil sig = 0,000 yang menunjukkan ρ < 0,05. Kesimpulan: dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan gula darah sewaktu menggunakan POCT dan metode GOD-PAP

Abstract

Background: Overnutrition is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia that is currently often found, especially in adolescents, caused by fast food consumption patterns and low physical activity (screen time) Objective: To determine the relationship between fast food consumption and screen time and the incidence of more nutrition among SMP Negeri 56 Palembang students. Method: This study is analytical descriptive research with a case-control design. The population in this study is students with more nutritional criteria, and sampling is carried out by the random sampling method, which is 62 students. Results: The statistical analysis results were obtained from two treatments, namely case and control, in the case of respondents with a high screen time of 71% and in the control case with a high sereen time of 87 1%. The analysis results on fast food consumption are often found in cases of 83.9% and in control cases classified as rare, which is 67.7%. The screen-time statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.212> 0.05, meaning no relationship exists. The results of the statistical test of fast food consumption with more nutritional events obtained a p-value of 0.000 (≤0.05), meaning a significant relationship exists. Conclusion: There was no relationship between screen time and nutritional status with a p-value of 0.212 0.05, and there was a relationship between fast food and nutritional status with a p-value of 0.000 ≤0.05.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology in all fields is a necessity to assist in operational activities in processing data quickly and precisely. Each IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang guest book has assets in the form of guest reception data to support the activities of visiting visitors. Applications are a subclass of computer software that utilizes the computer's capabilities directly to perform a task that the user desires. This research aims: aims to design and develop a web-based guest book information system at IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang using the Waterfall method. Method: The Waterfall method was chosen because of its structured and systematic development process, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The system developed is expected to replace the manual recording system that has been used. Results: the author will build a web information system for the IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang guest book using a web application using Laravel, so that the process of recording guest data becomes more efficient, accurate and easy to access. In this way, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of service and guest data management at IKesT Muhammadiyah Palembang.

Abstract

Background: Internal quality assurance is a preventive and monitoring activity carried out by each laboratory regularly to prevent errors/deviations from occurring or reduce errors so that correct examination results are obtained. Internal laboratory quality strengthening is carried out to control the results of laboratory examinations every day, and to find out that the internal laboratory quality strengthening activities, including the quality of precision and accuracy of laboratory results, will increase. In routine urine examinations, it is necessary to carry out internal and external quality control. In carrying out internal quality urine examinations, qualified ATLM officers are required, in other words, officers who have passed DIII/DIV education by the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 42 of 2015. Professional competence is obtained through education, training, and apprenticeship over a long and quite difficult period, the learning is carefully designed and implemented strictly, and ends with a certification exam. Objective: This study is to analyze the internal quality control of the analytical phase of urine microalbumin examination in hemodialysis patients. Output: This research analyzes the internal quality control of the analytical phase of microalbumin examination in hemodialysis patients, applies quality control to laboratory examinations, and obtains accurate and well-validated results. Abstract

Background: The bacterial count is a calculation of the number of bacteria based on the assumption that each living bacterial cell will grow into a colony after incubation in a suitable culture medium. Objectives: This study aimed to examine the number of germs on bowls and spoons from eight street vendors at Jakabaring Sport City Palembang. Method: This study used the method using the total plate count (ALT) method with swab sampling. Population: 8 Street Vendors in Jakabaring Sport City Palembang. Sample: 20 samples of cutlery. Results: The results showed that the cleanliness of most traders does not meet health standards. Only spoons from two traders (C and F) meet the requirements with a germ count of less than 100 colonies/m², while six other traders (A, B, D, E, G, H) have spoons with a germ count exceeding 100 colonies/m². For bowls, only one trader (B) has a bowl that meets the requirements with a germ count of less than 100 colonies/m². Seven other traders (A, C, D, E, F, G, H) have bowls with a germ count exceeding 100 colonies/m². Conclusion: The practice of eating utensil hygiene among street vendors in Jakabaring Sport City needs to be improved to ensure consumer health.

Abstract

Digitalization has brought significant changes in various economic sectors, including the culinary industry. This study aims to analyze the use of Android applications in helping culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City increase sales. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that 80% of culinary MSMEs in Palembang have used Android-based applications, such as food delivery services (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood), digital cashier applications (Moka POS, Pawoon, Majoo), and social media and e-commerce (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Tokopedia). The use of Android applications has been proven to have a positive impact on increasing turnover by up to 50% in the first six months, increasing operational efficiency, and expanding market reach. However, challenges such as high commission costs, lack of digital literacy, and tight competition are still the main obstacles for culinary MSMEs in optimizing digital technology. To overcome these obstacles, digital training, government support, and more innovative marketing strategies are needed. By optimally utilizing Android applications, culinary MSMEs in Palembang City have great opportunities to develop and compete in the digital era

Abstract

Teknologi digitalisasi AI semakin banyak digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya melalui pembuatan video interaktif yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experiment), di mana terdapat kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan video berbasis AI dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa, serta kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa dan guru terhadap penggunaan AI dalam pembelajaran, video pembelajaran berbasis AI terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa sekolah dasar dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi AI dalam pembelajaran masih bergantung pada kesiapan teknologi, kompetensi guru, serta dukungan dari sekolah dan pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan dan pelatihan yang lebih lanjut agar pemanfaatan AI dalam pendidikan dapat diterapkan secara lebih luas dan optimal.

Abstract

Background : The problem of nutritional status in adolescents is caused by an imbalance between intake and needs, which will cause undernutrition problems or overnutrition problems. One of the other factors that affects nutritional status is a lack of physical activity. Poor nutrition in adolescents and adults causes a lack of energy availability, so they get tired easily, certain diseases appear, and productivity decreases. Meanwhile, nutritional conditions increase the risk of non- communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, and cancer. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between vegetable and fruit consumption, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents. Research Method: This quantitative study uses a cross-sectional study design located at SMK 3 Muhammadiyah Palembang in February-May 2024. Data was collected through height and weight measurements, and questionnaires were filled out. The research instruments used were a semi-quantitative FFQ-form questionnaire and a short-form version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, which used an interview method. A static test to analyze the relationship between variables is the Chi-square test. Results: There was a relationship between vegetable and fruit consumption, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents (p-value < 0.05). Conclusion: The better vegetables and fruits are consumed, the better the nutritional status of adolescents will also be. The more physical activity teenagers do, the better their nutritional status will be. Sufficient consumption of vegetables and fruits and good physical activity will help adolescents achieve optimal growth and development.
