Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemacetan di Kecamatan Gedebage dan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi kemacetan di Kecamatan Gedebage, Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari narasumber yang dipilih secara sengaja menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sementara data sekunder berasal dari buku, artikel, laporan, dan penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan topik kajian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemacetan di Kecamatan Gedebage disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor baik dari penduduk lokal maupun pengunjung luar kota, infrastruktur jalan yang terbatas dan tidak mampu menampung lonjakan volume kendaraan, kurangnya transportasi umum yang efektif, serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam tertib berlalu lintas. Selain itu, pembangunan pusat-pusat kegiatan besar seperti Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api, Masjid Raya Al Jabbar, dan Mall Summarecon turut berkontribusi pada peningkatan arus kendaraan. Pemerintah Kota Bandung telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menanggulangi kemacetan, seperti pembangunan dan pelebaran infrastruktur jalan, pengembangan transportasi umum, penerapan rekayasa lalu lintas, penempatan petugas di titik rawan kemacetan, serta pembukaan kembali akses tol KM 149. Penanganan kemacetan di wilayah ini memerlukan kolaborasi lintas sektor, manajemen lalu lintas yang lebih baik, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada kendaraan pribadi agar solusi yang diterapkan dapat berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaturan imam masjid oleh negara melalui SK Dirjen Bimas Islam No. 582 Tahun 2017 dalam perspektif siyāsah syar‘iyyah. SK ini bertujuan menstandardisasi kualifikasi imam untuk meningkatkan pembinaan umat dan mendorong moderasi beragama. Meski demikian, muncul perdebatan mengenai kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip syariat, khususnya terkait otonomi umat dan peran negara. Dengan pendekatan normatif-yuridis dan metode deskriptif-kualitatif, ditemukan bahwa SK ini umumnya sejalan dengan prinsip maṣlaḥah, karena mendorong peningkatan kualitas imam. Persyaratan yang ditetapkan mencerminkan nilai fikih klasik, meskipun dalam kerangka birokrasi modern. Prinsip syūrā juga terakomodasi melalui pelibatan masyarakat. Namun, tetap perlu diwaspadai potensi dominasi ideologi dan kontrol negara yang berlebihan. Implementasi partisipatif dan inklusif menjadi kunci agar kebijakan ini berjalan sesuai syariat dan menghormati otonomi umat.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten dalam hal ini tenaga kerja sebagai penggerak operasional bisnis demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Sebuah perusahaan tidak hanya menjalankan administratif bisnisnya namun perlu memperhatikan pula etika dalam usahanya yang dikenal sebagai etika bisnis. Budaya organisasi yang positif dan kokoh akan membentuk perilaku karyawan yang etis dan akhirnya berdampak pada kepuasan kerja sehingga output kinerja karyawan menjadi meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa budaya organisasi yang baik akan membentuk kinerja karyawan yang optimal dan membentuk perilaku etis karyawan yang tercermin dari etika bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik penelitian berbasis studi pustaka. Penelitian studi pustaka dipilih karena penulis bermaksud menyajikan uraian teori serta hasil-hasil temuan dari berbagai literatur. Budaya organisasi dan Etika Bisnis dalam Pembentukan Kinerja Karyawan diterapkan oleh PT. Indah Jaya Londrindo dimana budaya kerja dibangun melalui aturan yang jelas, pembagian tugas yang terstruktur, dan lingkungan kerja yang terbuka serta kondusif dan di PT. Nesia Pan Pacific menerapkan etika bisnis yang baik meliputi transparansi, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan memotivasi karyawan untuk bekerja lebih efisien serta berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman mahasiswa semester II Fakultas Teknik dan Ilmu Komputer Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan (UMPP) terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan keimanan serta implikasinya dalam pembentukan perilaku prososial. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 26 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang tinggi terhadap nilai kemanusiaan dan keimanan, dengan 57,7% responden menilai Baik dan 30,8% Sangat Baik. Sebagian besar mahasiswa juga menyatakan bahwa mata kuliah berpengaruh terhadap cara mereka berinteraksi (77%), sering hingga sangat sering menerapkan nilai keimanan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari (84,6%), serta aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan prososial (57,7%). Selain itu, 80,7% responden meyakini bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut berdampak positif bagi komunitas sekitar kampus. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis nilai kemanusiaan dan keimanan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan perilaku prososial mahasiswa, meskipun penelitian ini masih terbatas pada jumlah responden yang kecil.

Abstract

The phenomenon of radicalism has become a tangible reality in Lombok Island, marked by the growing exposure of extremist ideologies within its culturally and religiously diverse society. This condition poses a serious threat to social stability and national security, as it disrupts communal harmony and risks triggering horizontal conflicts. This study aims to examine the dynamics of radicalism dissemination in Lombok, identify the key contributing factors that drive extremism and terrorism, analyze the resulting social impacts, and formulate effective and sustainable counter-strategies. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research utilizes document analysis and relevant secondary data. Findings reveal that the spread of radicalism in Lombok is influenced by community interactions, peer environments, religious figures, and social media platforms, particularly video-based applications such as YouTube. The social impacts include stigmatization of regions and communities, disruption of educational and religious institutions, social and ideological fragmentation, and a decline in tourism and local economic sectors. Countermeasures are carried out through a multi-sectoral approach involving government, civil society, educational institutions, and religious leaders. The main strategies consist of cultural and community-based initiatives, inter-institutional synergy and regulation, deradicalization and counter-radicalism programs, enhancement of digital literacy, and empowerment of deradicalization partners.

Abstract

Throughout Islamic civilization, the synergy between economics and constitutional law has played a crucial role in achieving community welfare based on the principles of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah. This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic constitutional law to the development of an equitable Islamic economic system. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, examining various sources related to Islamic constitutional law and Islamic economics. The findings indicate that the principles of Islamic constitutional law, such as justice (‘adl), consultation (syurā), trust (amānah), and the protection of individual and communal economic rights, significantly influence the formation of a more inclusive and sustainable economic system. The implementation of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah in Indonesia’s economic policies is reflected in regulations on zakat, Islamic banking, halal investment, and resource management aimed at public welfare. However, key challenges remain, including the harmonization of Islamic law with positive law and disparities in wealth distribution. Strengthening Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah-based policies is therefore necessary to ensure that the Islamic economic system can optimally contribute to improving societal well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to fill this gap by examining the effectiveness of simple technology systems integrated with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the context of the regional property industry. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through an instrumental case study design based on the conceptual framework of Stake (1995). Located in Bangun Bang, a property business unit of the Boedjang Group in West Kalimantan, primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key informants from the HR department, triangulated with a review of internal policy documentation and indirect observation. The main findings reveal that Bangun Bang has been able to effectively manage workforce growth and business expansion through a very simple technological infrastructure (such as digital attendance and an employee intranet portal). The absence of a comprehensive HRIS is compensated by the implementation of a tiered "Card System" for discipline and strict SOP integration. Furthermore, a managerial innovation was discovered in the form of a promotion policy based not on past performance, but projected on future leadership potential assessments. The HR strategy at Bangun Bang demonstrates that medium-sized enterprises in developing regions can achieve competitive advantage without excessive technology investment, provided there is alignment between support systems, adherence to work culture, and a holistic talent management approach. The practice of promotion based on long-term potential challenges the traditional meritocracy paradigm and offers a mitigation model for the "Peter Principle".

Abstract

Amid post-pandemic turbulence, escalating technological disruption, and fluctuations in global commodity prices, the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Pontianak City faces multidimensional challenges that demand comprehensive strategic transformation.This study aims to investigate in depth the anatomy of internal and external factors that determine the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs, as well as to formulate a sustainability strategy architecture based on the integration of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis, the Resource-Based View (RBV) paradigm, and the principles of the circular economy. By adopting a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies of culinary entities and local government regulations.The evaluation of the quantitative matrix indicates that culinary MSMEs in Pontianak possess competitive advantages in product authenticity and service flexibility, yet are constrained by a deficit in digital marketing literacy and inefficiencies in financial management. Opportunities for expansion through public space infrastructure and online food delivery aggregators are substantial, although accompanied by threats of market saturation from modern retail. The findings position MSMEs in Quadrant I (Aggressive), implying the urgency of implementing accelerated growth strategies.The managerial implications of this study recommend a transition toward holistic operational digitalization, capitalization on government legalization programs, and the adoption of zero-waste practices to reduce production costs and ensure long-term business resilience.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the influence and effectiveness of managerial leadership styles on work motivation and employee performance indicators at Cafe D'Real, a cafe business entity facing the challenges of performance fluctuations and high customer complaints regarding waiting times. Utilizing a qualitative research design with an instrumental case study approach, in-depth field data was collected through semi-structured interviews, a three-month participatory observation, and operational document analysis involving nine key informants (manager, supervisor, baristas, and operational staff). Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which encompasses data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Field findings indicate that the dominant leadership at Cafe D'Real is a transformational style that stimulates professional pride and creative initiative (intellectual stimulation). However, management failed to bridge the hygiene factors based on Herzberg's Theory due to the excessive application of full autonomy (laissez-faire) during peak hours, triggering role ambiguity, violations of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and inconsistencies in service time. The conclusion of this study affirms that transformational leadership in the labor-intensive F&B industry requires situational calibration with firm transactional interventions to ensure the consistency of operational standards.

Abstract

This research stems from students' low skills in the socio-religious field in conducting statistical analysis and the limited independence of learning due to the lack of contextual and applicable learning resources. Statistics learning, which tends to be theoretical and time-limited, also contributes to the gap between conceptual mastery and practical skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the application of the statistics practicum e-module in socio-religious research and its impact on students' readiness as prospective research assistants. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The research respondents consisted of 30 sixth-semester students of the Da'wah Management Study Program selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4, then processed using descriptive statistical methods and presented in tabular form. The results of the study indicate that the statistics practicum e-module received a positive response from students in all assessment aspects, with a predominance of the "appropriate" and "very appropriate" categories. These findings indicate that the e-module supports self-directed learning and makes it easier for students to understand and apply data analysis in the context of socio-religious research.
