<![CDATA[The implementation of the merit system in the management of Riau Province's ASN still faces challenges which are characterized by the fact that performance in aspects of promotion and transfer is low. This is because the current JPT filling does not yet implement a talent management mechanism as mandated in the merit system index assessment. This issue is important to address because it will have an impact on the quality of bureaucratic leadership and overall government performance. This policy paper uses a literature study approach and SWOT analysis to compare two alternative JPT filling policies, namely open selection and talent management. The results of the analysis show that talent management has strategic advantages to be implemented, with dominant internal strengths and external opportunities compared to the open selection mechanism currently used. Thus, it is recommended that the Governor of Riau formulate a policy in the form of a governor's regulation as a basis, guideline and technical instructions for implementing talent management. Furthermore, the Riau Province Regional Civil Service Agency as the regional apparatus that carries out personnel affairs can implement this policy gradually and comprehensively. The implementation of this policy is expected to improve the quality of bureaucratic leadership, encourage accelerated improvement in the quality of public services and achieve regional development goals in Riau Province, as well as contribute to increasing the merit system index assessment score.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the development strategies of Warung Madura and their impact on the well-being of the managers in the Sidosermo area, Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews with Warung Madura managers and analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. Purposive sampling was used to select relevant informants. The results show that the development has positively contributed to improving the managers' well-being through increased income and economic stability. Additionally, good cooperation and communication among the warung managers have strengthened social relationships and harmony within the local community. The study also discusses the implications of development on the harmony between Warung Madura managers and the surrounding community. It is hoped that this research provides useful insights for formulating policies and programs that support the development of Warung Madura and strengthen its role in the local economy. In conclusion, appropriate development strategies can enhance well-being and strengthen social networks among warung managers.]]>

<![CDATA[Railway transportation is considered an efficient mode of transportation in Java Island because it can transport passengers and goods quickly and in large quantities. Regarded as a highly popular mode of transportation, PT KAI (Persero) is committed to providing the best service with the tagline "Adaptive, Solution-oriented, Collaborative for Indonesia", offering quality services and comfort, and improving customer service and ticketing systems. This research focuses on services and ticket sales relevant to PT KAI's needs and interests. The analytical method includes observing operational processes and learning about company policies. Data collection involves interviews with relevant personnel, internal and external data analysis, and direct observation of processes at PT KAI. Subsequently, analysis and interpretation are conducted on the collected data, aiming to gain a deep understanding of emerging findings. The methods employed may include statistical analysis, modeling, and theoretical approaches to support conclusions.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how the constructivism learning model impacts on students' English learning outcomes in Class 7 of MTs Bale Da'wah Nabawi in Pohgading, East Lombok. Most of the learning models are based on the old teaching approach, namely lectures and assignments. As a result, students become passive and accept what is given by the teacher. In addition, students are not enthusiastic during the learning process and prefer to be silent, so that communication only goes one way. Therefore, the researcher tried to use the Constructivism Learning Model to solve this problem. This experimental study is a research. Students in class 7A were used as an experimental group with 27 students and students in class 7B were used as a control group with 27 students. After the data were collected and processed, the researcher found an average value of 82.40 for the experimental group and 66.85 for the control group. in hypothesis testing, the researcher used the t-test formula. The researcher found a t-test value of 6.015 and a t-table at a significance level of 5% of 1.684, so the hypothesis was accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Constructivism Learning Model on English Learning Outcomes in Students in Grade 7 at MTs Bale Da'wah Nabawi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of information technology usage in office activities within schools. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from in-depth interviews with administrative staff and teachers at several schools in Jakarta. The results indicate that the use of information technology can enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, reduce manual workload, and expedite decision-making. However, challenges exist in terms of training and technology adaptation for some staff members. This study recommends continuous training and improvement of technological infrastructure to maximize the benefits of information technology in school environments.]]>

Not only does it impact the quality of life in general, poverty also has significant implications for the intelligence development of children, who are exposed to this condition from an early age. Various studies show that children from poor families tend to have lower intelligence scores compared to children from families with better economic status. This program aims to identify and implement interventions that can help improve the intelligence development of children from poor families. The main focus is on increasing access to quality education, adequate nutrition, and an environment that supports cognitive development.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to look at the factors that influence foreign investment in 31 regencies/cities of Central Java Province in 2017-2022. The method used in the research is the GMM Two-Step analysis method. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that the City Minimum Wage variable has a significant negative relationship with Foreign Investment. In the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable, there is a significant positive relationship with FDI. The HDI variable has no influence on PMA. The population variable does not have a significant relationship with FDI. There is a positive relationship between TPAK and FDI. Government policy to maintain and increase GRDP through the development of priority industries, improving infrastructure, as well as guaranteeing legal security and stability. And it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for foreign investment, which will ultimately encourage sustainable economic growth in Central Java through the available workforce.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara lebih lanjut “Pengaruh Brand Experience Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Dalam Aplikasi Gojek” sesuai dengan pokok permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu hubungan antara Brand Experience dengan kualitas layanan serta loyalitas konsumen dalam penggunaan aplikasi Gojek. Yang melatarbelakangi diadakannya penelitian ini adalah dikarenakan perubahan jaman yang semakin maju yang ditandai dengan perubahan digital yang semakin canggih, sehingga dimanfaatkan beberapa kelompok orang untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja yang sudah ada tetapi lebih modern. Sehingga menunjang penyampaian penyalur jasa melalui aplikasi Gojek melalui Brand Experience yang dialami oleh para pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: apakah Brand Experience dapat mempengaruhi tindakan konsumen dalam keloyalitasnya, apakah jika terjadi kesalahan teknis dalam penggunaan aplikasi Gojek mempengaruhi loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Gojek, dan bagaimana peran Brand Experience dalam menunjang aplikasi Gojek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang dimana bertujuan untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh antara variabel yang akan diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para individu yang memiliki usia produktif yang sering menggunakan aplikasi Gojek yang ada di Kota Surabaya, dan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 140 sampel, dan Teknik yang digunakan adalah nonpropability sampling. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Brand Experience berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya, kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya, Brand Experience dan kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek di Kota Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, corruption perception index, trade openness, market size, and financial development on foreign direct investment (FDI) in six ASEAN countries. Using the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) method and secondary data from the World Bank and Transparency International, this research combines cross section and time series data to provide a comprehensive view. The results of this research show that the corruption perception index and trade openness variables have a significant positive influence on foreign direct investment to ASEAN countries. The financial development variable has a negative and significant effect on foreign direct investment to ASEAN countries. These findings emphasize the importance of these factors in determining the direction and volume of foreign investment. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of foreign investment in the ASEAN region and highlights the importance of efforts to increase the corruption perception index and trade openness to spur economic growth through foreign investment flows. The implications of these findings can be a policy basis for governments and stakeholders in ASEAN in increasing the attractiveness of foreign investment.]]>
