<![CDATA[The inadequate passing capabilities of Ball Voli kids in class IX A at Pangsid Pangsid Public Middle School in Sidenreng Rappang prompted this investigation. The goal of this study is to see if playing a four-on-four game may help pupils improve their passing skills. This study is a collaborative and interactive classroom action research project. It is divided into two cycles, each of which includes planning, implementation, and observation, as well as reflection. A total of 29 pupils from class IX A were included in the study. Tests are used in data collecting strategies. Data analysis procedures are descriptively qualitative and quantitatively carried out. The results revealed that students' passing abilities improved when they played volleyball in a four-on-four format. For example, according to the findings of the cycle I evaluated, 10 students (32.26 percent) finished their learning, while 19 students (67.74 percent) had not yet done it. The results of the cycle II examination revealed that 29 pupils (93.55 percent) had finished their learning, while 2 students (6.45 percent) had not. Keywords: passing down, game 4 on 4. According to the average findings obtained, the second cycle of the cycle I saw a 20.18 percent gain. As a result, it can be inferred that using 4 on 4 games can improve a student volleyball player's passing abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Lack of information about further studies for high school students after graduation is a significant problem in their study selection. This can hinder students' ability to make informed educational choices that align with their interests and goals. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of information services using portfolio media on students' decision making for further studies at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. This research aims to determine the significant influence of career information services using portfolio media on students' further study decisions at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. This research is a quasi-experimental type using pretest-posttest, non-equivalent control group design. Research participants were class XII MIPA 4 students at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. There were 20 participants in this study and were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (N=10) and the control group (N=10). The measuring instrument used in this research was a questionnaire for selecting students for further studies. The data analysis technique uses independent sample t-test hypothesis testing. The research results show that information services using portfolio media can increase students' further study decision making scores at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. The results of the independent sample t-test are p = 0.000 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence of career information services using portfolio media on students' further study decisions at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. The implication of this research is that portfolios can be used as a medium to improve high school students' decision making for further studies.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to create learning that is fun and easy to understand, by using varied learning models it can reduce student boredom when studying and can increase student motivation to learn. That way the teaching and learning process in class will be more effective. This research uses a classroom action research model, where teachers directly carry out teaching practice at SMP N 2 Koto Baru class VIII D using student worksheets. This research is casuistic in nature and has a context on the conditions, circumstances and situations that exist in the classroom which are carried out to solve problems that occur in order to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This research discusses the context of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model, the steps for using the CTL learning model, as well as the implementation of the CTL learning model in class VIII D. Based on the author's observations, students seemed enthusiastic in discussions and doing homework on the LKPD. Because it is assisted by learning media in the form of PowerPoint and LKPD to draw conclusions from each material and process it so that it is easy for students to understand.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses and proposes an integrated review of laws and regulations by the Constitutional Court. Discusses the problem regarding the authority of the Constitutional Court in conducting a review of the ratification law against the 1945 Constitution. Judicial review in the common law legal system is often understood as efforts to review laws and regulations carried out by the agency judiciary, although in the context of a wider scope of authority, because sometimes they also test administrative products (administrative Acts). Norms testing carried out by the Constitutional Court theoretically starts from abstract norms as an implication of the position of the Constitutional Court which is a norm court and examines it against constitution. To assess the constitutionality of law norms, then norms abstract which will be the focus of the MK's examination. This can lead to problems regarding the clarity of the authority to review ratification laws by the Constitutional Court in the future. This study uses the literary method with the conclusion that the Constitutional Court has the authority to review ratification laws that are contrary to the 1945 Constitution, but does not have the authority to examine the attachments to ratification laws that contain international agreement material. Testing ratification laws is limited to determining the constitutionality of the ratification of an international treaty through ratification laws.]]>

<![CDATA[ Merger dan akuisisi merupakan metode yang relatif lebih aman dengan risiko yang lebih rendah untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dengan cepat, jika dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan organik. Meskipun demikian, strategi ini perlu dievaluasi secara lebih rinci untuk menentukan apakah dapat menciptakan nilai perusahaan yang lebih tinggi, yang terjadi melalui sinergi finansial. Meskipun pemegang saham mengklaim bahwa merger antara Bank Niaga dan Bank Lippo dilakukan untuk memenuhi persyaratan regulator, namun percaya bahwa merger tersebut dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan setelah merger melalui sinergi bisnis dan finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai apakah ada sinergi finansial yang dihasilkan dari merger antara Bank Niaga dan Bank Lippo. Ini dicapai dengan melakukan penilaian nilai kedua perusahaan sebelum merger. Hasil penilaian nilai kedua perusahaan sebelum merger tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan penilaian nilai perusahaan setelah merger untuk menentukan apakah terjadi sinergi finansial. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa merger antara Bank Niaga dan Bank Lippo berhasil menciptakan sinergi yang berasal dari sinergi bisnis dan finansial. Ini dapat dibuktikan melalui peningkatan kinerja setelah merger, di mana nilai perusahaan Bank CIMB Niaga setelah merger lebih tinggi daripada penjumlahan nilai perusahaan Bank Niaga dan Bank Lippo sebelum merger.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine law enforcement in Indonesia regarding general criminal offenses committed by TNI soldiers. The law enforcement is analyzed in order to know the difference between general crimes and military crimes. This research uses normative legal analysis research. By looking at library materials (secondary data), normative legal research is carried out which includes legal principles, legal systematics, comparative law, and legal history. This research provides results that a military member who commits a military and general criminal offense will be subject to confinement and additional sanctions. This is explained in Law No. 34 of 2004 which has also been explained in Article 65 paragraph (2) stipulates that soldiers are subject to military judicial power in the event of a violation of military criminal law and are subject to general judicial power in the event of a violation of general criminal law regulated by law.]]>

<![CDATA[Explore the impact of multicorrelation on classical assumptions in statistical analysis and identify more sensitive identification methods and innovative treatment strategies. Through analysis of simulated data and comparison of different methods, we show how multicorrelation can affect the validity of statistical analysis results. The use of correlation matrix analysis methods, Variance Inflation Factor (VIF), and other approaches were evaluated to identify the level of multicorrelation in the dataset. Additionally, we propose treatment strategies that include variable deletion, data transformation, and use of alternative regression methods. The results show that more detailed treatment methods provide a more adaptive solution to the multicorrelation problem, increasing the validity of the statistical analysis.This research underscores the importance of careful identification of multicorrelations and use of appropriate treatment strategies to maintain the validity of classical assumptions in statistical analysis. These results can serve as a guide for practitioners and researchers in facing the challenges of multicorrelation in data analysis, as well as provide a foundation for further research in this area.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi pengembangan tahfidz .Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsS Ponpes Ainul Yaqin Batagak. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskaan tentang manfaat dan strategi peningkatan tahfidz di MTs Ponpes Ainul Yaqin. Yang melakukan program ini adalah siswa MTs Ponpes Ainul Yaqin, yang mana santri-santri tersebut baru memasuki dunia Pendidikan baru yang beralih dai SD ke MTs. Program ini dilakukan agar santri lebih mudah untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an,karna sebelumnya belum diterapkan strategi yang mudah untuk anak tersebut menghafal Al-Qur’an. Progran ini di bimbing oleh guru yang sebelumnya di bimbing oleh anggota IHSAN (Ikatan Harmonis Santri Ainul Yaqin) atau biasa disebut dengan OSIM. Dengan ada nya pembimbing baru ini membuat santri semakin semnagat untuk melakukan program tahfidz ini, karna bisa menyetor setiap saatnya. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan rutin santri Ponpes Ainul Yaqin setiap paginya sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan di bimbingnya kegiatan rutin ini oleh guru, hafalan santri mengalami peningkatan, yang mana santri lebih leluasa untuk menyetorkan hafalannya yang sebelumnya dilakuka kepada anggota IHSAN saja. ]]>

Military Criminal Law and Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence regulate domestic violence. (1) Domestic Violence According to Military Criminal Law, (2) Factors Causing Domestic Violence Committed by Military Members, and (3) Legal Protection for Victims of Domestic Violence According to Military Law. This research uses a descriptive approach. In addition, this research is included in the field of normative legal research, which includes an analysis of legal norms in the sense of law in the law. This research enhances our understanding of domestic violence committed by military members, the factors that cause domestic violence to occur, and how victims of domestic violence can obtain legal protection.]]>
