Abstract

In accordance with Government Regulation Number 66 of 2014 concerning clean and healthy health, environmental health aims to create a healthy environmental quality, both from physical, chemical, biological and social aspects, which enables everyone to achieve the highest degree of clean health, especially the surrounding environment. its height. A clean and healthy environment is the dream of all levels of society, people have the right to an environment that is comfortable for themselves. Humans live in a world that determines their environment or is determined by their environment. The problem approach used is a normative and empirical legal approach. The type of data consists of secondary data and primary data, carried out using field studies and literature studies. Based on the results of environmental research in the Marelan area, the environmental conditions of the polluting community in the Marelan area have followed up on the pollution that occurred in the Marelan area. The form of pollution that occurs is rubbish and there are companies that pollute the environment in the Marelan area, including 10 factory companies that dump waste into the river, namely workshop waste, chips factory, tofu and tempeh food factory, shrimp manufacturing factory, retail syrup factory. Apart from that, there are inhibiting factors in legal protection of the community's environmental conditions due to pollution in the Marelan area, divided into (2) two factors, namely, internal and external factors. In order for legal protection of the community's environmental conditions due to pollution in the Marelan area to run well, the regional government must follow up well in accordance with Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan mengetahui Peningkatan dana negara terhadap partai politik merupakan suatu langkah kebijakan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus terkait akuntabilitas dan justifikasi. Akuntabilitas dalam konteks ini mencakup transparansi keuangan dan pertanggungjawaban terkait penggunaan dana publik, sementara justifikasi merinci alasan dan tujuan di balik alokasi dana tersebut. Mekanisme pengawasan, seperti badan pengawas independen dan auditor, menjadi kunci dalam memastikan penggunaan dana yang efisien dan sesuai aturan. Kriteria justifikasi termasuk penguatan demokrasi internal partai politik, keterwakilan rakyat, dan investasi dalam pendidikan politik. Kendala dan risiko, seperti penyalahgunaan dana, harus diatasi melalui pengawasan yang ketat. Partisipasi masyarakat sipil dan konsultasi publik juga menjadi elemen penting dalam menjaga integritas dan keadilan dalam proses peningkatan dana. Evaluasi periodik diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa partai politik memenuhi tujuan dan kebutuhan politik serta sosial yang berubah seiring waktu. Pemberian dana negara kepada partai politik perlu didukung oleh sistem akuntabilitas yang kokoh dan justifikasi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan demi menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat dan integritas demokrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Instagram social media marketing platform as a strategic tool in facilitating Gadadua's business ventures to enter international markets. By utilizing a social media marketing framework, this research analyzes the extent to which Gadadua's presence on Instagram can influence recognition, customer interaction, and sales conversions in international markets. This research method includes qualitative data analysis in the form of interviews with related parties and the three layers of social media method which includes data collection from social media statistics. The research results show that Instagram is effective as a marketing platform for Gadadua, with an increase in the number of followers, interactions and sales. The practical implications of this research include recommendations for improving social media marketing strategies, use of creative content, and customer engagement to maximize Instagram's potential as an effective marketing tool in a global market context.

Abstract

When the Prophet was still alive, the supremacy of law was based on two sources, namely Allah's revelation and the ijtihad of the Prophet Muhammad. An event that requires the existence of a law may arise from a question or dispute, even at the request of an apostle, Allah revealed to his apostles the verses of the Qur'an which explain the law that he wants to convey to his people. So this article will answer the status of the position of ijtihad during the time of the Prophet Muhammad based on the meaning and pattern of ijtihad. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this literary study examines various situations of Muhammad as an ordinary human being and as a prophet and apostle in carrying out his daily mission. This type of library research is only based on published documents such as books, journals, and others. Normative research methods or library legal research are used as research methods. His position as a prophet and apostle of course makes his ijtihad more important than the ijtihad of Muslims in general. Therefore, ijtihad has its position in Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Bullying, especially verbal bullying, is still common among adolescents. Adolescents living in orphanages are vulnerable to bullying. This is due to socioeconomic status, differences in family background, and low self-esteem. The impact of bullying for adolescents in orphanages is serious enough that it needs to be addressed immediately. One approach that can be taken is through group guidance services. Group guidance was chosen because it can provide social support and increase the self-esteem of victims of bullying. Through group guidance, adolescent victims of bullying can learn coping skills, such as assertive communication and problem solving. They can also share their experiences with fellow victims of bullying. Thus, it is hoped that group guidance services can reduce cases of verbal bullying and help adolescent victims of bullying in orphanages to have a stronger mentality in dealing with bullying.

Abstract

Poverty is an unresolved problem in Indonesia. When a person or family is unable to meet their basic needs, it is called poverty. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the variables Human Development Index (HDI) (X1), Population Growth Rate (X2), Inflation (X3) and West Java Poverty Level 2020–2022 (Y). This study uses annual data from 2019–2022. To carry out this analysis, quantitative methods are used: coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous test). All of this was done using the SPSS 25 program. The analysis results show that population growth rate, inflation and the Human Development Index (HDI) influence poverty levels simultaneously or separately.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and understand the elements of default in credit agreements at Bank BRI and the execution of mortgage rights due to default in credit agreements at Bank BRI. The research uses a normative juridical approach and a qualitative research method based on previous journals and prevailing regulations in Indonesia. Default occurred because the debtor did not pay installments on time and showed no intention to settle the debt. The execution of mortgage rights is divided into six types, including claiming, direct private sale, private auction by the creditor, auction through an auction office without court involvement, court fiat execution, and ordinary civil lawsuit through the court. Decision number 1/Pdt.GS/2023/PN Ban executed the auction through a civil lawsuit.

Abstract

The Job Creation Law ultimately gave rise to a statement that it did not fulfill the principle of openness in the law formation process. The replacement regulation, namely "Perppu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation" also still does not apply the principle of openness even in the process of its formation and ratification. This is the basis for writing this research by discussing the implementation that should be carried out if it is connected to the principle of openness that exists in the process of forming and ratifying laws. This research uses a juridical-normative type with a statutory approach. The author uses primary and secondary legal materials originating from statutory regulations, doctrine, legal articles, and several previous studies that are relevant to the research topic. The conclusion that the author conveys is that it is important to place society at the top of the constitution where they have the right to know and take part in the process of making legal products.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the word formation in the short story "Letter for those who will never return by Gracellea Puehwan Limjoy: Morphological Study". The theory used is morphology. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source used is the word formation in short story "letter to those who will never return by gracellea puehwan limjoy. The data collection method used is the note-taking method. The data analysis method is the distributional method. The results of the research found the word formation. The results of the analysis concluded that there were (51) data containing elements of word formation in the form of affixes (39 words) and 12 words of repetition/repetition of words.

Abstract

Melihat perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat dan juga tidak bisa dibendung. Tentu, pemerintahan dan setiap elemen-elemen yang termasuk dalam suatu negara perlu menghadapi perkembangan tersebut dan mampu memanifestasikan hal tersebut menjadi suatu instrumen yang bermanfaat tinggi dalam meningkatkan kemajuan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Indonesia. Dengan mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, pemerintahan berhasil mengadopsi perkembangan tersebut menjadi inovasi dimana diberlakukannya e-government di Indonesia dalam aspek-aspek penting seperti perekonomian, legalitas, informatika, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan begitu, teknologi berperan sebagai instrumen yang meningkatkan efisiensi secara signifikan. Beralih ke segmentasi OSS RBA di Kota Bandung ada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu atau DPMPTSP Kota Bandung yang secara kewajiban itu mengontrol dan juga memonitoring kiprah segmentasi aspek terkait termasuk operasional OSS RBA di Kota Bandung. Berkaitan dengan OSS RBA di Kota Bandung tentu daya adaptabilitas sangat berperan dalam kesuksesan sistem OSS RBA di Kota Bandung dan menyediakan dua output yaitu adaptabilitas masyarakat yang baik akan membuat sistem menjadi inovasi yang membangun dan menciptakan dinamika perubahan sosial yang positif. Namun, apabila sebaliknya sistem OSS RBA dapat dikatakan sebagai sistem yang gagal dan memberikan perubahan sosial yang negatif.
