Abstract

The issue of the relationship between religion and politics is an old issue in modern human history, both of which always spark polemics regarding the position of religion in the political arena which, at least, involves two groups that are diametrically opposed. One party is campaigning for religion to be included in every political consideration. This idea is known as theocracy, a religion-based government. As a consequence, religion becomes the highest umbrella in every political policy. On the other hand, there are parties who actually reject religious interference in political affairs. Religion must be excluded from public discourse and understood as a private matter that only concerns individual interests. Religion is nothing more than a ritual affair that describes man's dependence on his god.

Abstract

Today's millennial society makes a lot of use of the internet, which is a component of the digitization process. By using a marketing strategy approach, companies are prepared to face this competition by improving the quality of their services while consumers make choices, such as choosing one of the existing delivery services. In this study using  Paxel delivery services that can provide frozen food delivery services and provide opportunities for customers who have frozen food businesses.  With Paxel same-day delivery, frozen food can safely carry out the delivery process inside and outside the city because of special handling complete with refrigeration facilities. The sample in this study is some Paxel Surabaya customers using a sampling technique classified as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling or sampling. From the results of these calculations  , then the number of samples in this study was 96.04 rounded up to 100 respondents, namely Paxel customers in the city of Surabaya.  Based on the results of the answers from the respondents tested, the result that gets the highest score lies in the Customer Trust variable which gets an average value of 3.71, which is the highest value of the other variables. This value is based on the variable category. Based on the results of the study, the purchase decision  Paxel shipping services are in the high category, therefore Paxel companies are advised to maintain the quality of the services they offer. So that the trust in Paxel customers who are in the city of Surabaya can be tighter and purchasing decisions can be increased.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between Academic Self Efficacy and Learning Motivation of Students at the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University in 2023 with a sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. The results of research involving 358 students from the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University, show that there is a relationship between Academic Self Efficacy and Learning Motivation of Students from the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University. It is hoped that the implications of this research can be a consideration for future researchers to pay more attention to other factors that can be related to learning motivation.

Abstract

Pemerintahan Aceh berdasarkaan Undang-undang No. 18 Tahun 2001 tentang otonomi khusus Aceh, diperbarui Undang-Undang No.11 Tahun 2006 tentang pemerintahan Aceh yang memberlakukan syariat Islam dalam bidang jinayah Tahun 2002 dengan menerbitkan Qanun. Dimana sudah menerapkan hukuman berupa cambuk dan denda. Lembaga pembuat Qanun jinayah yakni Eksekutif dan Legislatif dan pelaksana Qanun seperti WH, Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, serta Mahkamah syariah. Dalam penulisan ini akan fokus membahas lembaga pelaksanaan Kejaksaan prespektif hukum positif dan Qanun Aceh, tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan kompratif terkait lembaga pelaksana Kejaksaan menurut prespektif hukum positif dan Qanun jinayah. Metode dalam penulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, jenis data kualitatif, dimana sumber data berdasarkan bahan hukum dengan menelaah konsep, asas, serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari buku, jurnal dan Undang-Undang. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan penulisan ini menyatakan bahwa : Tinjauan komparatif terkait dengan lembaga pelaksana Kejaksaan dari perspektif hukum positif dan Qanun Jinayah adapun beberapa kesimpulan, Dasar Hukum :  Hukum Positif : Mengacu pada hukum umum yang berlaku di suatu negara, tergantung pada sistem hukumnya, sedangkan  Qanun Jinayah : Didasarkan pada hukum Islam (Syariat) yang diatur dalam Qanun Jinayah di Aceh.  Wewenang dan Tugas : Hukum Positif : Wewenang dan tugas Kejaksaan tergantung pada sistem hukum negara tertentu, melibatkan penyelidikan, penuntutan, dan perlindungan hukum. Qanun Jinayah : Wewenang Kejaksaan terkait dengan penerapan hukum Islam dalam konteks Syariat, termasuk penyelidikan dan penuntutan dalam pelanggaran hukum syariat Islam. Prinsip Hukum : Hukum Positif : Menjunjung prinsip-prinsip hukum nasional yang mungkin mencakup asas-asas umum dan hak asasi manusia. Qanun Jinayah: Mendasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam dan syariat, dengan penekanan pada norma-norma Islam dalam proses hukum.

Abstract

This research has two main objectives. The first objective is to find out the promotional strategy of the Banjarmasin Sales Force Add On in increasing sales of IndiHome Witel South Kalimantan products. Meanwhile, the second objective is to understand the concept of the Banjarmasin Sales Force Add On promotional strategy in order to increase sales of IndiHome Witel South Kalimantan products. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the analytical descriptive method version of Miles and Huberman (2014) which involved three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study reveal several Sales Force Add On Banjarmasin promotional strategies that have been found, including: 1. Digital advertising campaigns 2. Referral programs 3. Collaboration with local business partners 4. Local exhibition and event activities In addition, this research also identifies several concepts of the Sales Force Add On Banjarmasin promotional strategy that can increase sales of IndiHome Witel South Kalimantan products, including: 1. Market segmentation 2. Personalization of communication 3. Featured benefits 4. Monitoring and measurement of results In conclusion, this research provides insight into promotion strategies Sales Force Add On Banjarmasin which is effective in increasing sales of IndiHome products in the South Kalimantan region.

Abstract

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Code of Ethics is a code of conduct that contains an explanation of the basic principles and values of personal behavior that must be implemented by all KPK employees. This code of ethics aims to ensure that KPK employees carry out their duties with integrity, professionalism and independence, as well as building public trust in the Corruption Eradication Committee as a law enforcement agency that is free from influence from any party. There are so many cases of violations of the professional code of ethics committed by KPK individuals in this era, so it is necessary to have fair and binding legal enforcement and sanctions so that violations of the code of ethics, especially the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which has many pillars as a pillar of legal supremacy in Indonesia, do not lose public trust. The research method that the author uses is normative juridical legal writing in writing this article by carrying out a process to identify legal regulations and principles that contribute to solutions to the problems that will be discussed and faced by the author. Law enforcement in violation of the KPK's professional code of ethics which the KPK As a law enforcement agency in Indonesia, It is important to note that the KPK, as a corruption eradication agency, is expected to have high standards of ethics and integrity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and explain the role of banking institutions in empowering small businesses of Indigenous Papuans in Jayapura Regency and the role of KADIN and KAPP Papua in empowering small businesses of Indigenous Papuans in Jayapura Regency. The type of research used is empirical legal research because it is motivated by the idea that law cannot be separated from people's lives in the form of values and attitudes/behavior carried out, so that the study of law does not only involve normative aspects, but law can be studied from its empirical aspect, namely how the law is. in fact in people's lives. The results of the research reveal that after the implementation of special autonomy for the Papua Province, the empowerment of small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community has not been carried out optimally by the Provincial, Regency and Jayapura City Governments, so it is not in accordance with the application of the theory of justice which emphasizes that justice is fairness and should always be fought for through correlation. and improving social institutions, economic institutions and other institutions through agreements that are used as a legal basis to be directed towards justice for all interested parties. Likewise, the role of banking institutions is not yet optimal, because loans in the form of MSME credit and KUR are hampered by collateral problems. Specific forms of empowerment for small businesses have not yet been regulated, so the Regency/City Government needs to make a Regional Regulation (PERDA) regarding small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community so that they have access to sources of financing and guarantees in an effort to empower small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT PNM Meekar Syariah West Aceh Region. The data collection technique in this research is by observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research involved 77 employees at PT PNM Meekar Syariah West Aceh Region. The data analysis used was the partial t test and F anava test. The results of the research show that the sig value for the career development variable (X1) is 0.000, meaning that career development (X1) influences employee performance. Furthermore, the sig value for the work motivation variable (X2) is 0.006, meaning work motivation (X2) has an effect on employee performance and the sig value for the work discipline variable (X3) is 0.381, meaning the discipline variable (X3) has no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously using the ANOVA test, the sig value is 0.000b, this means that overall career development, motivation and work discipline influence employee performance.

Abstract

Judicial practice shows a tendency for plaintiffs to also attract DJKI as a Co-Defendant in lawsuits to nullify registered trademarks. In this regard, there are considerations from the Judge in Supreme Court Decision No. 457 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022, which states that DJKI must be withdrawn as a Co-Defendant. This research aims to determine whether the judge's considerations in the decision are in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, as well as to examine the position of the DJKI after the decision. The research method in this legal research is based on a juridical-normative approach. The research results show three conclusions that can be drawn—first, Supreme Court Decision no. 457 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022 is not in line with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, the opinion of intellectual property law experts, the theory of government officials' compliance with court decisions, and the views of judges in 11 (eleven) court decisions have the same permanent legal force—Second, the plaintiff's "Yunteng" mark qualifies as a well-known mark, and there are substantial similarities between the Plaintiff's and the Defendant's trademark—Third, even though the decision deviates from what ought to be, the decision is a Supreme Court Decision that has the potential to be used as a reference for subsequent judges in similar cases.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how entrepreneurial knowledge influences business success, to find out how entrepreneurial skills influence business success and to find out how entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills influence the success of coffee shop businesses in Medan Baru sub-district. The population in this study was all 256 coffee shops. The sample in the research was 72 coffee shops taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on business success, entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on business success and entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills have a significant and simultaneous effect on the success of coffee shop businesses in Medan Baru sub-district
