Abstract

Acts of terrorism are actions that require full involvement from various security defenses of a country. Handling acts of terrorism poses a serious challenge to the security and stability of a country. Indonesia, as a country committed to protecting its citizens from the threat of terrorism, relies on the role of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in efforts to prevent, overcome and eradicate acts of terrorism. In recent years, the threat of terrorism has increased, requiring a response from various security agencies, one of which is the TNI. The TNI plays a crucial role in efforts to deal with terrorism through a number of strategies and tactics. Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law No. 34 of 2004 explains that one of the TNI's tasks is to overcome acts of terrorism. Therefore, the TNI has the responsibility to identify potential terrorist threats. Even though there is a legal basis that regulates the role of the TNI in handling terrorism, the TNI and Polri, as well as related agencies, must work together to deal with the threat of terrorism in order to deal with this threat effectively.

Abstract

Example of a problem involving a Notary in a legal dispute that arises in the case of establishing a limited liability company whose deed of establishment contains false information. The author of this research wants to study and analyze further the legal implications of a limited liability company deed made based on false information and the form of notary responsibility for a limited liability company deed based on false information. The research method used is normative legal research. The research results show that for the establishment of a limited liability company, a claim for revocation of the establishment can be filed in court if the founding agreement contains deed defects due to false statements. Cancel the contract establishing the limited liability company. In this case the Notary is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information

Abstract

Pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) dalam rangka pelaksanaan sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Perundang-undangan Ketenagakerjaan,  Cipta Kerja, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 35 Tahun 2021 menjabarkan mengapa dilarang dan apa saja yang diperbolehkan. Namun dalam kasus pemecatan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, ternyata ada kesalahan dalam memutuskan hubungan dengan karyawan tersebut, oleh karena itu penulis ingin membahas tentang pemecatan karena sakit, kedisiplinan berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan pemberi kerja dan menganalisa apakah sudah sejalan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan dokumen hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Dari permasalahan dan cara yang digunakan terlihat bahwa tergugat melakukan kesalahan dalam memutuskan hubungan kerja dengan pekerjanya karena sakit, bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan sehingga tidak sah, sedangkan tindakan disiplin sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan  perusahaan, akan tetapi perusahaan tetap bertanggung jawab atas ganti rugi. Contoh kasus pemecatan yang digunakan penulis dalam jurnal ini  adalah putusan Nomor 155/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2021/PN.BDG antara penggugat Usmiyati, Chici Setiorini dan Herman Purba untuk tergugat PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. Saat melakukan PHK oleh PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfa) menggunakan dalil bahwa penggugat atas nama Usmiyati telah melanggar ketentuan Undang-undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 dan Pedoman Perjanjian Kerja, dengan ketentuan berkaitan dengan pegawai yang tidak bekerja selama 5 hari berturut-turut tanpa adanya keterangan yang dapat dijelaskan, sehingga penggugat (Usmiyati) memutuskan hubungan dengan perusahaan, berhak mengundurkan diri sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan.

Abstract

Diversity is a sunnatullah that every community must contemplate and believe in. Awareness of religious communities is the key to continuity in practicing their respective religions. Every religion has a substance of truth, in preennial philosophy a concept in philosophical discourse that discusses the nature of God as an absolute being is the source of all sources of existence. Pluralism is a condition of a pluralistic society (related to social and political systems) or a cultural condition of various different cultures in a society, or a situation where large groups and small groups can maintain their identity in society without having to oppose the dominant culture. This research is qualitative in nature so the method used is a qualitative method, where the focus of the research is centered on in-depth observation. In this research, data collection was carried out using the library study method, namely searching authentic written sources. Furthermore, the data that was successfully collected was analyzed to be able to understand and reach conclusions in this research.

Abstract

Elementary school age children are often faced with problems related to dental and oral health, Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), and Hand Washing Behavior with Soap (CTPS). The health of elementary school-aged children can be positively impacted through the implementation of health education strategies, such as education about hand washing with soap (CTPS) which influences hand washing attitudes in elementary school students. This research is a literature review research, where the author searches various relevant sources, such as journals, books, articles, the internet, or documents related to the topic under study. From the analysis of various published scientific research journals such as those conducted by Merlina (2018), there are still students (29.3%) who have a poor level of knowledge about (CTPS), 37% do not know the need to wash their hands with soap, 50% do not know why do you have to wash your hands with soap, 35.9% don't know where to wash their hands, and 15.2% don't know the importance of CTPS. The habit of washing your hands with soap regularly can help reduce the risk of contracting diseases that are often transmitted to children in the school environment, such as diarrhea. Good hand washing habits not only protect children from infectious diseases, but also help children acquire healthy living habits that can last throughout the child's life.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the concept of jihad in Islam. This journal writing method uses the Normative legal method using a conceptual approach. The study results show that jihad in Islam has a wider scope than war activities. It includes war and spending wealth and all efforts in order to support the religion of Allah SWT, fighting in the face of lust and Satan. Jihad is not only limited to carrying out war or violence, but there are many ways that Allah has given us to play an active role in the context of this form of worship. Jihad carried out in a peaceful form such as preaching, seeking knowledge, taking part in peace conferences is a beautifully conceptualized jihad that will minimize losses between both parties, especially Muslims.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) on the decision to study at the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic, using quantitative methods on 30 student respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, test t, f test, and coefficient of determination, which shows that price has a significant influence on the decision to study, while product, promotion and place variables do not have a significant effect partially, but simultaneously, these four variables influence the decision to study with a contribution of 67.8 %.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the importance of sexual education in overcoming sexual harassment among elementary schools and the factors that influence it. The literature study approach method is used with in-depth analysis of various literature sources and related research. The results of the analysis show that sexual education is an important foundation for children to understand reproductive health, personal boundaries, and how to protect themselves from unwanted behavior. The lack of sexual knowledge in children contributes to the increasing cases of sexual abuse. Therefore, sexual education needs to be provided both through formal education in schools and non-formal education in the family environment. Although there is still a societal stigma associated with talking about sex with children, sexual education can help develop a healthy and responsible attitude towards their bodies and prevent inappropriate sexual behavior. Thus, sexual education should be implemented appropriately and comprehensively as a preventive measure against sexual harassment among elementary school children.

Abstract

This study examines the history of Islamic civilization through the analysis of the power phases of three major empires: the Ottoman Sultanate, the Safavid Dynasty, and the Mughal Empire. The method used is library research, which utilizes sources such as books, journals, and historical documents to obtain data on the political structure, governance system, economy, society, and culture of these three empires. The results of the study indicate that the Ottoman Sultanate, the Safavid Dynasty, and the Mughal Empire had significant periods in the development and spread of Islam worldwide, highlighting various aspects such as politics, society, economy, and culture. For instance, the Ottoman Sultanate was known for its efficient governance system and vast territorial reach, while the Safavid Dynasty introduced profound Shia political policies and influenced Persian culture. Meanwhile, the Mughal Empire, although shorter-lived, made significant contributions to the development of Islam in Central Asia.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how public perception of quick count results influences the overall election process and political stability in Indonesia. The study also examines the relationship between the public's level of trust in quick count institutions and SDG 16 as an accountable and transparent institution. This research employs a normative legal study, focusing on a literature review. Based on the conducted research, it was found that Quick Count affects public trust by monitoring and predicting fast and accurate results. This allows the public to have an initial understanding of the outcome before it is published by the KPU. Quick Count is used as a means to assess the transparency of the election vote counting process.
