Abstract

Religious moderation is an important concept in maintaining harmony and social stability in Indonesia, a country with a very wide diversity of religions and cultures. This study aimed to examined the concept of religious moderation in Indonesia. Using a literature review approach, this paper analyzed various sources of religious moderation literature. The results of the study concluded that religious moderation in Indonesia is driven by several main factors, including the values of Pancasila, the role of religious figures and organizations, and government policies through the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Religious moderation is considered a solution to prevent radicalization, promote tolerance between religious communities, and maintain social cohesion. Religious moderation in Indonesia must continue to be supported by various parties, including the government, community organizations, and religious leaders, through inclusive policies, moderate religious education, and constructive interfaith dialogue.

Abstract

The aim of the researcher in this study is to describe the connotative meaning contained in Chairil Anwar's poem entitled "Cintaku Far Di Pulau" so that the message contained in the poem can be conveyed properly according to the poet's expectations. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which basically collects data in the form of words or sentences from a text by conducting subjective research. The data collection technique in this research is the note-taking technique because the researcher must first listen to the poem and then record the data contained in the object of research. The result of this research is that there is a connotative meaning contained in the poem "Cintaku Far Di Pulau" by Chairil Anwar along with the value of taste contained in the poem. The data obtained are 15 connotative meaning data, including 14 words and sentences containing positive sense values and 1 connotative meaning data containing negative taste values.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the employee performance assessment at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Karawang. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of performance assessments at BPS Karawang is neither significant nor efficient. Despite previous efforts, there are gaps in the assessment that encompass all aspects of employee performance and do not account for external and internal environmental changes. The use of Kip App, a web-based performance assessment tool, aids in planning, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance. The study reveals that the average employee performance scores range from 97-98, indicating a very high level of overall performance. However, some employees have lower scores in the adaptive and harmonious categories, highlighting areas that need further attention.

Abstract

Indonesia is the country that sends the largest number of Indonesian workers abroad and is able to generate the second largest foreign exchange after the oil and gas sector of more than 159 trillion rupiah. It is very clear that Indonesian workers have contributed a lot to the country. The country's high foreign exchange earnings from migrant workers abroad also have many problems. To deal with these problems, the government established a non-ministerial institution which is tasked with and responsible for placement and protection services. Overseas Indonesian workers are the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI). The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Indonesian government through BP2MI in providing protection for Indonesian workers, where the state has an obligation to protect every citizen, without exception and to find out the condition of PMIs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, and data collection techniques include literature study and interviews. So, the author can describe how the BP2MI program is implemented in protecting PMI abroad. In implementing the placement and protection of PMI, BP2MI cannot work alone, but by collaborating and coordinating with other institutions or agencies that are involved with the placement and protection of Indonesian migrant workers abroad.

Abstract

Appearance is currently in the spotlight of every individual caused by high social and economic changes. Students are one of the actors who experience this change. The hijab is a sacred thing to wear for Muslim women, but in its development the presence of the hijab has become one of the fashions used by students to keep up with the times. This has led to the emergence of the phenomenon of removing the hijab among students, so that dramaturgical theory will analyze the existence of this phenomenon. This research will use qualitative research methods with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and answer what is the legal protection of underage heirs against the sale of inherited property by the guardian. The research method used is legal research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the form of legal protection of underage heirs against the sale of inherited property land carried out by guardians Minors cannot transfer land rights alone because there is no legal capacity possessed by children as legal subjects in legal actions. Therefore, the transfer of land rights must be carried out by someone who represents the minor, whether it is a parent or guardian appointed in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The aim is to prevent possible claims or lawsuits from other parties regarding the validity of land ownership by the new right holder.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze Islamic legal products and their implementation in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research with the type of library research. The data collection method used in this research is literature study. This research focuses on Islamic legal products. This research aims to find out how Islamic legal products are applied to Indonesian society as a whole, such as fiqh, fatwas, legal decisions and legislation. Apart from that, this research also aims to assess the feasibility and impact of implementing Islamic regulations in Indonesia, including the difficulties and opportunities that have existed so far.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether using Easy Stories in English Podcasts on the Spotify application is effective for improving students' listening comprehension. The study involved two classes from XI SMA Negeri 1 Permata: 25 students in class XI.3 served as the experimental group, while 25 students in class XI.2 were the control group. The results indicate that using Easy Stories in English Podcasts on Spotify significantly improved test scores, particularly in listening skills. This improvement is reflected in the scores of the students. The test data were analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, followed by a t-test. The average score for listening skills among students using the Easy Stories in English Podcasts was 69.60, compared to 55.60 for those not using the podcasts. This result leads to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Therefore, it can be concluded that utilizing Easy Stories in English Podcasts on Spotify enhances students' listening skills.

Abstract

This study presents an analysis of the budget cycle of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in Indonesia, with a focus on efficiency and accountability in public financial management. The research methods used include surveys, interviews and analysis of budget data from various trusted sources. The research results show that the APBN/APBD budget cycle experiences challenges in achieving optimal efficiency and accountability. First, in the planning phase, there is a need to strengthen community participation in the budget preparation process to increase accountability and transparency. Active involvement of all stakeholders is expected to increase the legitimacy of budget decisions. Second, in the implementation phase, several obstacles were found related to budget management, including the low quality of supervision and control, as well as a lack of capacity of the relevant institutions. This raises the risk of misuse and waste of the budget, threatening the efficient use of public resources. Third, in the evaluation and reporting phase, transparency and accountability are still the main problems. Lack of transparency in public financial reporting can reduce public trust in the government and make it difficult to monitor financial performance. In order to increase the efficiency and accountability of public financial management, strategic steps are recommended, including increasing public participation in the budget planning process, increasing supervision and control during implementation. budget, as well as increasing transparency and accountability through financial reporting that is more open and easy to understand. These steps are expected to optimize the use of public resources and improve government financial performance at the national and regional levels.

Abstract

Communication in an organization is carried out to drive activities within the organization. Therefore, the most important aspect that must be considered is employee motivation. Employee motivation indicators are measured using the Motivation Hierarchy Theory proposed by Abraham Maslow, there are five categories, namely physiological, safety or security, social, appreciation and self-actualization. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication patterns on employee work motivation at the Tajurhalang District Office, Bogor Regency. This research used quantitative descriptive methods at the Tajurhalang District Office, Jl. Manunggal No.1 Tajurhalang, Bogor Regency. The data collection technique used is a nonprobability sampling technique with a sampling method, namely saturated samples. The respondents used as research samples were all 40 employees of the Tajurhalang subdistrict office, Bogor Regency. The results of this research show that the influence of the variable Organizational Communication Pattern (X) simultaneously on Work Motivation (Y) is 11.2%. In conclusion, organizational communication patterns have a significant effect on work motivation, with the results of the respondents' average scores being quite good.
